MedMen - Downtown Vegas

Based only on non flower products. I can't recite on flower. I do not use flower. They never seem to have what I'm looking for when I'm in town. I'm not a flower guy so I have particular tastes and preferences. At the beginning of 2024 they did and my other trips they did not. Of your a flower person I would think it's cool.

This was my very first time visiting a dispensary. I did not perform any research before accompanying a friend to this location. I was quite surprised to see the negative reviews because my experience was quite pleasant. Everyone, including security was very friendly, respectful, and polite to my friend and I. Since I had never been in a dispensary, I asked oodles of questions and the employees remained very respectful and polite. My questions were answered in detail. My friend, who has more experience with dispensaries, also felt that the customer service was excellent. I cannot comment about the prices of items because I have never purchased anything to even know how to compare.

Came here with a few friends today and really enjoyed my experience. Everyone was very nice, helpful, and informative. They also had an amazing selection of products. I am not super familiar with all the different types of chemicals and plants that go into marijuana, so it was nice to have a lot of people around to help. I was able to explain my needs and get exactly what I needed to help. Also, Alexander, the security officer, was very polite and friendly.I love that they take debit card and everything went so smoothly with checking out. I definitely would come back here again.

Terrible customer service, the security was rude, and the front budtender with the security, (a white man, somewhat strawberry blonde graying in some areas of the beard and head,) was absolutely unproffessional and sexually harrassed the customer before me. I immediately left and did not make a purchase. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I reccomend everyone else do the same.

I had the pleasure of stopping here with my man while we were in Vegas recently & let me just say that I am very thrilled at how great the products from here were. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable & this place was very clean on our visit. They're following the quarantine guidelines & letting in a few people at a time which is great. Next time we visit Vegas we'll definitely stop by here again.

Shoutout to Kilyn for being a great rep! Told him I needed something for LIB and he gave great recommendations. Super knowledgeable about the effects of each compound in the disposable pen I bought as well. Worthy 5 star service !

Was supposed to be a 5 star review too we realized we got ripped off by the pedicab. I contacted head office and brought to their attention and now awaiting reimbursement. We frequent Vegas enough that my husband or friends have been to a few dispensaries but we found that staying usually downtown Fremont, that MedMen was closest one for us. I was told to go and for first time patient and I would get a discount. I usually do research before going somewhere that I am not too familiar plus I wanted to see their menu. I saw on the site it states that "We offer free pedicab rides to the dispensary. Call (480) 435-6261 to get picked up from your location or hail one when you see them around town" but I google map and it said it was a few blocks so we decided to just go for the walk. The Neighboirhood seemed kinda sketch but it was well lit so I didn't mind. Less than 1.5 blocks away we came across the MedMen red signage and started seeing all these people getting dropped off in pedicab. There was one Caucasian guy and he was heading towards downtown and then asked if we wanted a lift. My husband said it's less than a few meters away we're ok. The driver name was Mark and he insisted we just get the complimentary ride so we jumped on. He said he would wait for us and take us back no problem. We arrived and another pedicab driver said That was fast! So I knew something was up. We walked into the dispensary, checked in and I was helped by a great girl who found me everything I had written down on my list! So still at 4.5-5 stars til we leave the dispensary. So ends up the pedicab drivers get a referral of $25 for everyone they bring, so this douchebag Mark got $25 for taking us less than 1 block and then we started heading back. It was cool cause it was dark out and he had some funky lights and stuff on his pedicab but then about 4 blocks in, he tells us "hey you know you have to pay me right?.." me and my husband look at each other and was like uhhh this is supposed to be complimentary? We spent all our cash at the dispensary and don't even have any cash besides $10 and money for our food!" He says "I take card too.. it's $5 a block or 3 per minute.. your choice.." so I told him let us off and threw him some cash after he tried to round it up. I was pissed off so I emailed MedMen and Fiona contacted me. I explained the one cartridge we spent $38 wasn't able to be used and still sealed because the pen I got broke on me! SMH!! Also husband didn't want to go back and deal with Marks crap so we're out of $35 plus $38 FML!!! Fiona talked to Denisse who is the manager at MedMen and said they'd send me back a check for the pedicab ride. They apologized and said that in my file I would have a 30% off next purchase but it didn't help at the time when we needed assistance. We will be back next month so let's see what happens!Please if you're taking any of them pedicab rides. Speak to the driver and ensure that it's FREE and by tip or else you'll be paying more than your hotel stay just to get some weed! Little do you know Mark, you ripped off a disabled veteran. Shame on you. I hope that you get the karma you deserve.

Great store and location. I especially love how its next to a huge liquor store and Duncan Donuts. The products are fantastic and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

This shop rocks, McKayla is such a beautiful girl, from the inside and out! I had a great experience with her today for my first ever time shopping at Medmen. She's super knowledgeable about the products and made some awesome recommendations. If I lived in Vegas, I would come here all the time!
