Meat Salon has quickly become our new favorite KBBQ spot. I especially love going when it's not too crowded because the service is top-notch. The staff always gives the best recommendations, and we've tried some amazing dishes like the garlic beef belly, ribeye (they even showed us their fav technique for grilling it, which was pouring butter on the grill, adding a bit of the roasted salt and pepper, then placing the ribeye on top and moving it around on the butter, then seasoning the top with more salt -- it's addicting trust me on that), beef rib fingers, and boneless short rib. We usually skip seafood and chicken and stick with the beef or pork options. The brisket sauce is delicious, as well as the salt & pepper mix with sesame oil. This a must from all kbbq spots for me ;)For sides, my go-to's are deep-fried marinated pork, japchae, deep-fried kimchee, and gyoza. They're all so flavorful and complement the meats perfectly. For dessert, I always go for the coconut melona bar (my son insists on the strawberry chocolate one), and you can't leave without finishing your meal with hot green tea.I've been here with just my husband, with our kids, and we even reserved their larger room for a dinner with our extended family. Every time, it's been a fantastic experience! Busier nights, just expect a little slower service, so order larger amounts if you can.Note they have the late night special for after 10pm, but it doesn't include the ribeye, short rib, or rib fingers -- so we opt to pay a little more for the all day menu.

The name is weird but the food and service is pretty dang great! We got the lowest tier but it still came with a lot of different options. Had multiple banchan options. Had other sides as well such as gyoza, steamed egg, corn cheese and ....fried kimchi? The fried kimchi is the white kimchi in a tempura-esque batter. Weird but was worth the try. At the end, you have options of ice cream and they have melona bars. Yum! Would come againInside is relatively clean and not too smokey (aka pretty good ventilation)

My boyfriend and I came here fore date night! I love doing Korean Bbq because it creates an experience as well as dining. For appetizers we had the house salad, Bibimbap rice, and egg rolls. Everything was delicious. We ordered extra eggrolls because they were so light crispy and fresh. The servers were on top of bringing all the meats out. We had the New York steak. It had such a great flavor. I usually don't like big thick steaks but it was delicious. The beef bulogi was also another one of our favorites. So much flavor. We also tried the pork belly, shrimp, and the ribs with bone in. The servers change your grill often so you don't burn your food. We finished off with vanilla ice cream and a Korean ice cream bar. I got the chocolate strawberry it was very good. I would definitely recommend this place it was very good

A year ago this place was a Honey Pig location, Now it's called Meat Salon. Interesting name indeed. If you're in the mood for some delicious Korean BBQ, try this spot. Not only do they offer high-quality meats, but their selection of cuts are incredibly tasty. From marinated bulgogi to succulent beef, you won't be disappointed with any choice you make. And the best part? You can enjoy all this deliciousness for a great price! Late night and lunch menu was $24.95 and the "All day menu was $31.99. With such a reasonable price point, there's no reason not to treat yourself to a satisfying meal here. The menu had ample selection of your favorite KBBQ items too, not like some places with not enough choice. The restaurant was very clean and well kept. The service was attentive as well. This was a solid choice and i am glad i stopped in.

Out of the kbbq that is outside of Chinatown, this place is quite possibly the best. The cuts of meat were so marbled and delicious along with quality sundubu-jjigae. You get everything you'd expect from a kbbq but highlights was the "at home" feeling of it with Korean aunties bantering with the customers and being attentive but not overly. Even sometimes jumping in to help our friends cook some meats! All at the price of $31 AYCE dinner

Everything! They have an ala carte menu as well but the Ayce is awesome! A new favorite! Awesome sauces too, nothing is too spicy.

We came here on a triple date with some friends that have been here before. I made a reservation for 6 for 6pm a few days in advance through Google with no problem. It was our first time here. We all got the "All Day AYCE" option since nothing on the premium option seemed like we needed to have it. We got the ribeye, brisket, thick pork belly, garlic shrimp, bulgogi, short ribs, and a ton of the appetizers.Everything was great but I particularly liked the ribeye, short ribs, and brisket a lot. The fried mandu and tteokbokki were also a hit among us. The corn cheese did not have much cheese on it. I really liked the cabbage kimchi, my friend's favorite was the bean sprout one, and her husband likes the cucumber one.The service was basic. It was phenomenal and we weren't checked on frequently, but we also weren't neglected. My husband and I paid around $85 before tip for two "All Day ayce" and one oolong tea.

Always a must go to when visiting Vegas. Food quality always good and serviceRestaurant very clean and staff quick to serve and change grill Today our server was the best service we have ever received. Honestly I don't know how to grill meats and let my bf or family member grill for me. I dont even choose any particular meat so I just pick off whatever the table has ordered. But today my server help cook our meats which made it taste a million times better. The meats were soft and I barely used the sauce provided.I highly recommend this place. i really love the appetizers mandoo, steamed egg, dubu chige.
