Mas Takos

Mas Takos has good Mexican food! You'll find them on Green Valley and Sunset near Athenian Way. They're the next block over, near Cafe Rio with plenty of parking.Inside is casual, clean, bright, and colorful with ample seating. They also have a drive thru. Menu offers daily special, breakfast and dinner plates, tacos, combo, burritos, quesadillas, la gringa, taquitos, tortas, nachos, mexican street corn, dessert, and refreshments.Chicken Enchilada Plate ($9.99) is very filling and delicious! It's three savory enchiladas served with fluffy Mexican rice, refried beans, a small salad of fresh lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and green salsa. I also had a side of crispy fries ($2.50) which is excellent!For dessert, Arroz con Leche ($3.95) is creamy and good, and I Iove Carrot Cake ($3.95), it's amazing! The cake is moist and has a light cream cheese icing that's yummy and not too sweet. Agua Fresca Mango (large, $3.99) is refreshing! Other flavors include horchata, jamaica, limon, tamarindo, watermelon, and piña.Overall, the food is really good and they give generous portion. Service from Mariana is welcoming, attentive, and friendly!

It's sad but what happened to this place? I used to come once a month to get food for my family and it was always sooo good. I went the other day to get a carne asada burrito for me and the burrito shrank in size. It was also a greasy oily mess. I couldn't even finish the whole burrito Not the same mas takos it once was :(

The burrito was good, rice beans and meat was good, no nerves or fat either which I was happy about. Horchata was good too and they filled the cup and not just of ice. I only wish they gave more salsa, I got a burrito and got one small half filled green salsa, which was really good, but not enough for the chips let alone a burrito (thankfully I asked to try the red so I had a bit more). Both salsas were about the same in spicy but not overpowering. It was my first time here so I was skeptical but I saw good reviews on Yelp and actually placed a mobile pick up order which I also really appreciated about this this place, aside it's central convenient location near my place, it satisfied my Mexican food craving, will likely be back, possibly placing more yelp pick ups, I also got my food sooner than the approximated wait time, which I was super happy about since I was on my lunch break.

Greatest Mexican food I've had in LV. The customer service is very welcoming. Wonderful patience and understanding when my order was taken with a very driven business owner. 10/10

Our second experience was not quite as good as our first, but still better than decent. This time we each ordered a pair of al pastor tacos that included both pineapple and cilantro, but were on the dry side. I also forgot about the delicious horchata I had encountered on the previous visit and stupidly ordered a diet cola - duh!

I always do takeout because dining in feels like you are at a Wendy's but with mexican decor. I'm guessing it used to be a wendy's? Cute decor, don't get me wrong. Something's just off about the location. However, food is excellent!

The food is decent , I order my lunch from them with Uber eats frequently but unfortunately their service has gone down hill. My request for salsas gets ignored almost every time and the food quality is also deteriorating so it's really hard to eat dry tacos. I called today and asked what can I do to ensure that I get what I ask for , I will even pay extra for the salsa and the girl who answeredthe phone (Mary?) gave me attitude claiming "she always puts salsas so she doesn't know what to tell me". It's hard wanting to support local businesses when they don't care for quality control or good customer service. Oh and I asked for chilaquiles and got chips with beans lol

Soggy tortilla chips, cooks messed up our orders. The restaurant itself is clean but everything else is not good. I'd rather go to Taco Bell next time...

Great customer service. Kitchen and restaurant appeared clean. We will be back * and we'll take pictures

It's pretty average mexican food feel like there is a lot of flavor missing from the food & don't expect any of the salsa to be spicy cause they aren't. the drive thru experience compared to eating in is pretty disappointing, the service isn't terrible but could be better, the chips is cool , pina is way too sweet but for some god damn reason the meat is straight booty fuel, the amount of gas coming out of my guts i can fuel an airplane with
