Great food and friendly service! The waitress was very thorough on explaining the menu and what she recommends. It was very helpful since this was our first time coming here.We split the tonkatsu dx ramen and chicken kaarage. The ramen was very flavorful and had a lot of stuff in it. It included both the chashu and braised pork belly. The chicken kaarage was crispy and had a light batter.

Plusses: Food is good.Negatives (which lost them two stars):1. I came at an off-ish time. They were well-staffed, yet it took a really long time to get my food.2. I'm over 21 years old. I've read a menu once or twice in my life. I don't need instructions. In fact I really don't need to be spoken to by a server as if I were 4 years old.3. Prices are higher than other, better ramen joints. So I won't be back.

We tried this new place twice now and really enjoyed it.At a first glance, the shop is located near Durango casino by the new buildings across the street. Wait time was fast and we were seated right away. The service was quick and easy. The highlight although was the food. The ramen itself is rich, the broth is delicious and great if you're craving ramen.i would also highly recommend the pork buns, they were so good we couldn't even get a pic!

What a great spot located at The Bend (across Ikea). Lot of new restaurants and glad I was able to go e Marufuku Ramen a try. I've been to the SD location ( Del Mar) and although my experience in SD was just ok, I'm happy the I enjoyed Vegas' location so much more. My girlfriend and I stopped by to have some ramen. I was happy to see they had a full bar. He he... We opted to sit at the bar. Our server was Kenny. I asked him "What makes Ramen authentic?" He answered me and I was impressed with his knowledge. Service with him was awesome. Food:Hakata Tonkotsu RamenChicken KarageMarufuku BitesThe karage was disappointing. I would not order that again. I wish I ordered the Chicken Wings. I asked a few guys sitting by us if they enjoyed the wings (which I wanted originally but decided on the karage) and they said it was good. BOOO. I should have stuck to my original order. The Marufuku Bites was also ok. Now the highlight was the Ramen. Although I typically enjoy thicker noodles, the thin noodles were good. The broth was flavorful. We ordered medium broth and it had a nice kick to it. Overall, I'd order the Ramen again. I was slurping away. I'd also want to try other dishes. Check them out.

Located in the new shopping center across of Ikea in Durango and W Sunset. Lots of parking and when you enter everything is clean and staff are friendly. We got seated right away and our waiter was super awesome. Checked on us several times, gave us recommendations and it was just the ones we were thinking of ordering. We got the bao buns it came with two pieces. It was really good and I wish it came with four instead. My friend and I both ordered the Tonkatsu Deluxe and you can choose a spice level. If you do not want it too spicy but unsure, they can offer the spice in the side for you to adjust to your liking. Service was quick and fast.

Came here on a Saturday with my friend for brunch. Once we entered we were greeted and were seated right away. We ordered the Marufuku Bites for an appetizer. It was delicious! The pork was nicely marinated and the buns were soft and fluffy. For $9.50, I wish there were more pieces for an order. We both ordered the Hakata tonktmatsu DX! It was their most popular item. It came with a pork based broth, soft boiled egg, char sui, braised pork belly, nori, corn, mushrooms, nori, green onion, ginger, and noodles. It was very tasty! The meat was very tender and the went well with everything in the bowl. The bowl looked small, but it definitely was filling. The bowl of ramen was $20.50, which I thought was a bit pricy for this bowl. The staff were super friendly and the venue was very pretty and clean. I would like to try their other items they have on the menu in the future.

Wow! I really enjoyed this place. I came on a Thursday around 1pm and it was packed but since I was solo I was seated as soon as I walked in. Couple groups came in behind me and waited 10 or 15 minutes. The restaurant overall is pretty big so they can fit quite a few people in there. The broth was very light but packed with flavor. If you're a spice fan, their ultra spicy doesn't pack much heat and you'll need extra to hit that spicy craving. I ordered a Hakata Tonkotsu with extra egg and an iced matcha green tea. Both tasted great, presentation was pretty good but like some other reviews mentioned, looks like the eggs are peeled in a rush. Both of mine were pretty sloppy but flavor makes up for it.Overall, I did really enjoy my food I just don't find the value in spending $20 on a bowl before additional adds. This is on the higher end as far as price for ramen bowls around town and I think it falls in the higher median for quality.
