I am thrilled to share my experience at Maria's Kitchen, an LLC food truck that has left me craving for more! From the moment you step up to the window, you know you're in for a treat. The aroma of delicious food wafts through the air, and the friendly staff greets you with a smile.On my first visit, I ordered the quesabirrias, and it was love at first bite! The shredded beef was marinated beyond words, with a blend of spices that made the flavors explode in my mouth. The texture of the beef was tender and juicy, and it complemented the melted cheese and crispy tortilla perfectly. It was worth every penny, and I couldn't get enough of it. It's clear that the cook behind the window has mastered the art of marinating meat, and it shows in every bite.As if that wasn't enough, I had another encounter with the food truck on a separate day, and I ordered a ham and cheese with bacon. It was a home run! The ham was juicy, the cheese was melted to perfection, and the bacon was crispy, adding an extra layer of flavor to the sandwich. I was blown away by how delicious it was.Maria's Kitchen is outstanding, and the food is always fresh and delicious. Every time we are in Las Vegas we just have to stop and get some of that menudo and cafe de olla. The other plate I like is the chilaquiles with asada. The waitresses treat you like family. The theme is that of a family restaurant.

Excellent quality food, good prices we always come here when we visit Las Vegas. I usually get the Molito and my wife gets the breakfast burrito without meat. Both excellent.

Maria's Kitchen is a very good place to have lunch - do not let the liquor store stigma fool you - it is a very wholesome place and very tasty food - I had the pozole and my friend had the Ranchero steak - you will not regret going here- I promise Buen apetito!

I've had the Cuban torta, the California burrito, and the quesabirria from Maria's food truck. All of them were extremely delicious! Highly recommend!

This food truck came highly recommended by some co workers. I followed them on social media and made sure to check them out when they were in my area Friendly service and delicious food. My food was made fresh and was hot ! I highly recommend the loaded fries and I look forward to trying something different next time.

Always the best part about coming downtown ! Paying tickets sucks, but the tacos here always put a smile on my face. And the staff so friendly !
