LV Sewing Machine Repair

I'm very experienced with sewing machines and recently lost all five of my machines due to a house fire. I had a few machines donated to me and two of them (sergers) were not working properly and I couldn't figure it out. After looking at the reviews for this company, I decided to work with them and I am so happy I did! Marshall is the sweetest, kindest person and knows exactly what he's doing! (That's why he's so busy!) He got my machine working beautifully (a very fair price too!) and I will not hesitate to bring any of the other donated machines to him when they need repair or maintenance as well! Thank you, Marshall! Also, I want to mention the lovely lady who accepts the machines for Marshall to pick up at "Heavensent" she is the sweetest person too and makes this entire process easy for Marshall and his customers!

This business lies and can't fix vintage machines. Please don't ever let him try to fix your sewing machine

Excellent repair and friendly service. My 50+ year old sewing machine locked up and LV Repair fixed the problem as promised. He is cordial and very informative about the repair. I make a follow-up call regarding the repair and he spent 10-15 unhurried minutes working with me--very helpful and courteous. If you have a sewing machine in need of repair, you cannot do better than sending it to LV Sewing Repair. Superb work and customer service.

I had to wait a little while because they were repairing a lot of sewing machines. When I called them they were always friendly. They made me feel comfortable, so I knew I would wait to have this company do the repairs on my machine. If you need a sewing repair company I strongly suggest using this company. I had two sewing machines (different brands) cleaned. The first one took 8 weeks to be returned, the second one 5 weeks. I understand that the pandemic has slowed things but what is unforgivable is (1) I asked for two specific repairs on one machine and they were not done and (2) the company did not communicate with me. I wrote twice about the repairs not made (once by email and once by text) and received no answer. The machines were cleaned but I won't use this company again. If they only communicated better.....

I dropped of my sewing machine, which was easy and convenient. It took a little longer than they estimated BUT it was sure worth it. They fixed everything that I made note of. It works better than when I bought it! I highly recommend them!

Marshall was one of several repair technicians at the place I purchased four (4) sewing machines over the past 17 years. As I was exposed to most of the techs at one point or another for warranty work, it was clearly obvious that Marshall got the job done right...the first time! I had some sad experiences with other techs who never could quite get the machines in top condition and I would have to bring it back a couple of times. I went out of my way, when Marshall left that location, to find out where he was! He is the most honest and knowledgeable tech I've ever had. Once I found him again, I've never left. He keeps my four machines in top working order at very reasonable prices.I don't normally give a 5 star rating, but I have no question that he will earn your trust once you use him. I have seen nothing that he can't fix!

Great experience with Marshall at LV Sewing Machine Repair. I took in two old machines for repair not knowing if he would be willing to work on either one of them. Their age did not concern him as he has been doing this for over thirty years. Both machines were able to be repaired in a timely manor and for a very reasonable service fee. It was a pleasure doing business with LV Sewing Machine Repair!
