I love custard and you can't find it everywhere. This place has been popular for many years and you can still expect a line even in winter. We had family in town this weekend and everyone wanted something sweet after dinner so this place came to mind. There are many flavors and if the one you want isn't being served the day you visit you can grab a frozen container that's available in a few different sizes. I always pick something different and the malt creme might be my new favorite. Very creamy with just the right amount of malt.

I have loved Luv -it Frozen Custard since I first took a taste of this frozen goodness! I'm not a fan of custard... I didn't care for the "eggy" aftertaste. So I wasn't pleased when my husband pulled up to Luv-it instead of an ice cream shop. But they listed so many different and tasty flavors; I chose lemon in a bowl. It was hot outside and we were sitting in our car. The flavor had NO after taste! This was great! I loved it! In fact i ended up taking home quarts of their wonderful flavors! I had a freezer that needed filling... I knew the custard wouldn't be there for long... I'm a sucker for ice cream or frozen custard. Luv- it is a small drive up place. There's NO inside or outside sitting. The parking lot is rather dismal. Kind of dark at night... Best place to eat your custard is in your parked car. I can't speak on the handicap accessibilty; however, I was there awhile ago and it appeared to not be suitable. The walkway and parking lot was it disrepair and had tripping hazards.

A great spot for frozen custard with flavors that change every day. There is a menu online that shows which 2-3 flavors they'll have each day. Sometimes they'll have some of the previous day's flavors leftover as well that you can try. There are plenty of options for toppings and sundae combinations. There is very limited parking and no seating available. There are also a lot of people that walk around that parking lot, especially at night, so sometimes it's easier to drive somewhere else to eat it.

Yum! Cashless/Takes Credit card, no sit down area (takeout). Dairy-free $2.95 Dole Pineapple (Lemon, Mango, whatever the day is) Whip over a flat cone!! Dairy lovers and dairy-free lovers love this place! SO loved his $6.95 Caramel Praline Sundae. FYI, Dairy free items like dole pineapple, mango, lemon whip, machine stops 1 hour before closing. Mango is my favorite!!Best to come later at night? Only dairy-free dessert place in the area that is open a bit later. Weirdly for us, there seems to be less people high off something, mentally unstable or homeless groups hanging out at night. The police do visit this store often. This area isn't a normal strolling area, unless you planned your stroll to Venezuela, Mexican food, or 7 eleven/gas station. This shop is located across a full block of extremely packed apartments. The rest of the neighborhood is single family homes, including historic Vegas celebrity homes. This block of apartments tend to have people roaming the streets with much of their belongings during the mornings and day. It makes me wonder if there is a Mission there for just sleep?Fyi, Vegas homeless community is very different from LA. Loitering isn't an issue. It's when people take action. People who live nearby, even blocks away are watchful of people who stroll down their block. It's common for trespassing backyard break-ins to get high at, to having mail packages being stolen. Luckily I haven't heard any assaults right now. I'd say it's still worth coming if you're really that close by, plan to eat or do an activity nearby, AND is wary of how the neighborhood has become.

The dessert is great! I came here more than 10 yrs ago and I loved it. And 10 yrs later, the quality of the food is still good. But the area has become a little bit more sketch compared to what I remember. There were a few homeless people around the front of the store which made it a bit scary for my little kids to get down to order custard. I wish they had a location that was nicer and had seating, maybe in somewhere in summerlin or centennial hills! Or even just a drive through. But we sat and ate in the car for a little, then drove somewhere else to eat.It was $5.99 for a sundae with one topping and $2.49 for a small cup. Frozen custard is still great!

Fast service, delicious custard, great choices. I've been going here since I moved to Las Vegas in 1982, and fortunately nothing has changed. A local iconic dessert spot.

The location threw me off a little, but this is a great little hole in the wall dessert spot! The custard is nice and super creamy. They have a good variety to choose from as well as quarts to take home. I just got a plain vanilla custard with hot fudge on top but next time I'll definitely try something more creative. Definitely recommend!

Yumm. They have a variety of good flavors and combos. Never the same thing twice. Only fault is being in the ghetto. Lock your doors.

wish I could give this place zero stars. First off, the area is sketchy--there are homeless people everywhere, and I swear I saw a roach on the counter that was bigger than my shoe. The "frozen custard" was a sad, melted puddle that tasted like regret and cheap sugar. No spot to sit, and the walls had stains that made me question whether the place was even legal. The staff would disappear after we ordered and didn't care about the customers, and the vibe was just... bad. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to get your custard (or, honestly, just go to the grocery store and buy a tub of it). If you like eating in a filthy, unsafe environment, then maybe this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear
