I was originally on my way to grab a bowl of clam chowder at the Fulton Fish Frye inside of the New York New York Casino in the village streets area and suddenly noticed a brand new restaurant roght next door. When I saw they offered boa buns, I knew immediately that I was going to be eating here instead. I ordered a set of 3 pork belly bao buns, at the suggestion of the friendly staff member ringing us up, and I was very happy with the result. It was tasty, filling and felt authentic! Thr bao buns are freshly steamed for each order and each bao buns is topped with cilantro, carrots, pickled onion and the associated sauce. The other protein options included a beef gyudon, teriyaki chicken, veggies, or they offer you to mix it up and try 2 or 3 different options for the same price! And for $12, you get 3 bao buns per order. They also offer you to enjoy their food in a bowl option for $14. They also offer Mochi donuts for dessert but after trying one, except for a slightly different texture, they tasted like any ordinary donut. This was a treat, and will become a staple for my future Las Vegas visits! 1 set of 3 bao buns was able to fill me up as well so it's definitely a great value as well. I highly reccomend trying this place out!

New restaurant at the NYNY located near the Mad Apple Theater, opened about 3 months ago according to the staff member who took my order. Friendly and professional service. The restaurant itself is very eye catching and definitely made up my mind to have Bao Buns for a quick dinner before going in to see Mad Apple. Opted for their Bao Bun Trio which I opted for the Pork Belly, Beef Gyudon, & Chicken Teriyaki. The pork belly was okay, beef gyudon had a nice flavor profile with a kick, and the chicken teriyaki was a bit on the sweet side for me. The buns seemed a bit too dry for me and the bottom broke apart as I tried to get the bao bun out of the container. I would still recommend them when needing a quick bite at NYNY.

Yummy!! Good grab and go option in New York New York situated in a cute little seating area. Loved the veggie bao buns but (as most other reviewers said) the bottoms definitely disintegrated and got mushy really fast lol. Highly recommend the mochi donut! The staff were so sweet, too.

I recommend because my friend enjoyed the teriyaki chicken part of what I ordered. The other part was pork which he doesn't eat. For me the meal was middle of the road because I've had better whereby he had not tried Bao before. To make it taste better, I added several packets of the sriracha sauce.

Horrible service. Buns were fine but so wet they broke apart as soon as they were picked up. Would not recommend.

Ingredients and flavors were good, but buns were too wet and difficult to eat. We ordered 3 buns and it was more like a soup with the buns in it. Too wet and sloppy to be mobile

Great food and interesting concept with the Bao Buns in Vegas. I had the pork belly and Beef Gyudon. Both were tasty and good late night food

Ordered a veggie bowl, sat down and realized it had meat, took it back and they said they were out of rice so had to wait 10 minutes, when i got the meal it was literally just rice with 3 slices of cucumber... no sauce at all. I could not finish it it was so plain and gross. Utensil is cool though, sporkstick
