Visiting Vegas for 1 night before our trip to the national parks. We ate here on Christmas Day 2024 and the reviews lived up to the hype. Ever since I tried Khao soi in Moab at Thai Bella, I order it when I see it on menu. Khao soi is my favorite dish and this was a fantastic version of it with the crispy duck. I was ecstatic when it arrived at the table. The pickled greens and onions on the side made the dish too. Recommend the fish cakes as an appetizer also. I had the Lotus blossom as a cocktail and it was delicious! If you want good Thai food- come here!

Awesome Thai spot. I haven't been to a bad Thai place in Vegas. The wait can definitely be long but if you come here you won't be disappointed. Been here multiple times and still enjoy the delicious food.

This is the more outdated looking location. The food is just as good as the other location but I felt it was easier to get a reservation here.Must orders are the giant prawns and red curry with crispy duck.

What a pleasant surprise! My partner randomly chose a Thai restaurant and we were not disappointed. The restaurant was full and busy but the service was great and food came out quickly. The food was tasty! The staff's recommendations were also great! Thank you!

You know, Lotus of Siam, they got this dish called Nam Kao Tod, and let me tell ya, it's like a party in your mouth. Crunchy, crispy, with a hint of tanginess that just waltzes across your taste buds.

AmbianceVery nice, this place used to be the red rock Casino Buffet now turned into Lotus of Siam restaurant. The exterior and the interior of the restaurant was stylishly planned and decorated. The place can be for an intimate dinner or can be for a big group. ServiceIt took awhile for them to get our orders or to even serve glasses of water, It was a busy night. FoodThe beef jerky was not bad, the quality of meat they used were good. But I expected it to be crispy. Pad Thai - it tasted fresh and flavor was not too sour nor too sweet. It was perfect but portion was small. The chicken with garlic sauce - the sauce was green it reminded me of vomit/bile ( I'm sorry). I went home sick with diarrhea and bloating. I'm not sure if I will give this place a second chance.

Lotus of Siam in Las Vegas, NV (Paradise) This restaurant features traditional Northern Thai cuisine and is known for their khao soi with crispy duck and garlic prawns. We thoroughly enjoyed the deep fried prawns sautéed in their special garlic sauce - it was so crispy like potato chips! The khao soi on the other hand wasn't our favorite. The egg noodles kind of got lost in the curry base sauce. The pad thai was different because they stir fried thin rice noodles so it wasn't as saucy like most places which I didn't mind. Very tasty and I love the chewiness of the noodles. I will say it was a bit pricier here. Overall, it was a good experience!
