Lolo’s Chicken And Waffles

This was my second visit to Lolo's in Vegas, and the experience did not disappoint. The restaurant was bustling, and as soon as you pull up, you realize it's always packed. To be seated, you must reserve your spot by providing your name and phone number; they'll send you a text with your place in line.On this visit, we decided to wait while enjoying a drink at Fat Tuesday down the street, as the wait was estimated at about an hour. We asked if we could be seated at either a table or the bar--whichever was faster--and before we knew it, we received a text alert that two seats were ready at the bar. Despite having our drink in hand (which isn't normally allowed), the staff politely informed us of the policy but kindly offered to hold our seats for 30 minutes if we stepped back to our car. We returned promptly, and to our delight, our seats were still saved for us. With about 40 people waiting outside, this level of customer service truly stood out.Inside, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, with a DJ, laughter, and a lively crowd. The food was exceptional--well-seasoned and hearty, reminiscent of a lovingly prepared meal by someone with a grandmother's touch. It was exactly what we needed after our drinks, and it made the entire experience even more memorable.Overall, Lolo's continues to impress us, and we can't wait to return on our next trip to Vegas.

Come here if you want an elevated chicken and waffles dish!Lolo's in my opinion has taken the time to refine the oh-so popular chicken and waffles dishes and elevated them, turning an easy $8.99 chicken plate to a $30.00 plate! (that's not the actual price I'm just using an analogy). With examples like thick, sweet, fluffy French toast topped with strawberry's, or shrimp mac and cheese that you can add to your chicken and waffles. Makes you feel like your at a fine Southern soul food establishment. They also serve cocktails, and really great appetizers like there deviled eggs which I chose and they were excellent! The atmosphere was also a vibe with R&B and mix of hip hop tunes. I definitely recommend1

We someone in our hotel holding a Lolo's Chicken & Waffles bag, so we wanted to try it. When you walk in there's a security guard and the 2 hosts. There was a 30 min wait and were told to wait outside. Felt like we were sat in less than 30 mins. Our server was friendly and patient. What we orderedTre-Tre's - chicken and waffles. Bf loved it. Chicken is seasoned well and crispy.I had the Soul Food Platter. Chicken, 2 sides (Mac n cheese and beans & rice) & a biscuit. Love the fried chicken here. Biscuit was very fluffy and flakey. Loved it. Mac n cheese was good too.We loved everything we ate. Would come back.

I'm not a chicken and waffle person, that was till now. The place packed and there was a 30 minute wait time so we bellied up to the bar. Bartender was very cordial as with all the staff. Ordered the single chicken breast and waffle. Chicken was one of the best pieces of fried chicken I've ever had. The waffle was. Thin but great flavor. They heat the maple syrup which have it a next level taste. My only negative is I requested sugar free syrup when I ordered. Brought regular...no big deal, so I asked the waitress who delivered for sugar free..5 minutes later, I asked the bartender if he could get me some....he aid as soon as he finished his drink order...he left and came back with it. Unfortunately this process took about 15minutes so by the time I got it the waffle was cold. I'll definitely go back though...

Depending on the time you come could be a party, could be a vibe, and could be relaxed. Background music was on point. The hostess was very nice and welcoming, about a 5-10 min wait on Saturday. Server was friendly, bubbly and polite. She answered all the questions we had. Fried catfish was good, well seasoned chicken. Solid Mac n cheese solid greens. Peach cobbler egg roll was good too. We would definitely go back again.

This was my first time going to this location. They were supposed to open at 10 but opened about fifteen minutes later. The only thing I didn't understand was the person who came to the door told everyone to get in a line and maybe that is just their procedure. Not sure. Once we got seated the service was quick. Our waitress was attentive which is always a great thingThe food was great so much so that I didn't even get any pictures.

The food here is SUPER FULLFILLING! I honestly am sad that I didn't even know this place existed while being out here. Met up with a friend who is new resident in Vegas and was super happy she took me here. Everything about this place is super chill and a great experience. The service was A1 ON POINT, as well as making recommendations on which Kool-aids and how they incorporate other flavors to it. Grape Kool-Aid with cranberry flavoring: 10/10, honestly I was super shocked and also satisfied with this drink LOL I will never drink Kool-Aid any other way now. Soul Food Platter: 10/10, chicken was cooked perfectly, the sides were generously enough for two people - LOL! Mac and cheese 8/10 sweet yams 9/10. Cornbread with sweet butter 10/10. I honestly couldn't even finish my 2/3 piece of chicken givenLo-Lo's Combo #1: 10/10, waffle was super fluffy and the syrup was WARM'T up, which you honest HAVE TO DO. It makes the experience even better. Sides again, super generous. Grits 8/10 and cornbread with sweet butter 10/10Overall: 10/10 experience. We got sat down within 10 mins of arriving and the host are very communicative with the customers. The servers are just thee sweetest people and they also offer pictures to be taken. Definitely will be returning!

I attended Lolo's chicken & waffles on a weekday. We were able to get right in as they do not take reservations. Also, please note that you are not able to be seated unless you're entire party is there. The location is pretty spacious and there some seating at the bar. Now on to the good part, the food :). I gave them 5 stars because everything we ate in this establishment was delicious, hands down. I am so glad Las Vegas has a restaurant that sells soul food.This is a place I will definitely be revisiting. Job well done.

I don't see the location for the one on Hughes Center Drive for Las Vegas, but this is the location I visited yesterday.Firstly, I support Lolo's and have eaten at several locations. Being from Phoenix, I've seen the growth from when it was in the lil building in central Phoenix and have taken family and friends (and coworkers) to eat at many of the locations when they come to town. I was excited to try this location to check off my Lolo's location bucket list!I came in with my mom, aunt, and cousin and there was a nice crowd, happy that we came in just after the lunch rush.My family was excited to try the food since I raved about it so much. I always get the chicken and waffles or the catfish, but decided on #10, my go-to.Sadly, the chicken legs here are drummies, because the syrup container is the same size! **SEE PICTURES I asked for a manager, but he kept saying that the menu says that they are chicken legs. Like sir, I ordered chicken legs, not drummies, but he stood firm and offered no options for me (I couldn't change my order either). I'm not confrontational at all and it took a lot for me to even ask for the manager (and since I told my family how I love Lolo's, I don't want to create any negativity), I just let it go! But beware, ask for the thighs instead if you like dark meat chicken, as my cousin's order had ample portion sizes.All in all, my family loves the food! They were shocked to hear that my side of okra was $9. Out of all the times I've frequented Lolo's, this was the one time I was disappointed, not with the food, but with the service.

Love the ambiance, service is excellent, food is always on point, and drinks are never watered down! I recommend the blackened fish.
