The food was good and the service is even better! The wait for the food is not that long.The steak melts in your mouth. The pasta was recommended by our server. The pasta were too tough for us at first so we have to send it back and they gave us a new one. Our server keeps saying sorry cause he recommended it and it turned out that way but it's not his fault. When we got the pasta back it was perfect and it has so much flavor. Would recommend the Bolognese Rigatoni. The mashed potatoes are smooth and garlicky which I love.The place has a sophisticated ambiance. Would definitely go back. Highly recommended.

Wife and I came here on a Wednesday evening. Staff were all most pleasant and welcoming. The aromas from the kitchen were also delightful. The restaurant was not jam packed and it was relatively quiet, too. We were seated promptly and wait staff were on the ball. with menus and beverage requests. We ordered a calamari appetizer and Caesar salad, and for entrées we ordered the lasagna and the gnocchi w shredded short rib. The wait time for the appetizer and salad were longer than expected and while we waited the dining area became filled with tons of grilling meat smoke from kitchen...We learned that there was a party of some 15 diners, all ordering steak and that overwhelmed the kitchen. The smoke finally cleared and we got our appetizer/salad. The salad was spot on, with crisp Romaine and cut into bite sized pieces, and dressed appropriately. No heavy glop. The calamari were nicely breaded and prepared w a touch of heat from slivers of colorful pepperoncini. We found the pieces of calamari, however, to be somewhat unpleasantly rubbery, and a tad too salty.The gnocchi w short rib shred was served in a cast iron skillet and was very hot and delicious. The gnocchi were a nice small size and pillowy tender to the bite, and the short rib was shredded to nice bite sizes, too.The lasagna was rather a disappointment. It was listed on menu with the word "Bolognese" which sort of implies that it's prepared in the Bolognese style, meaning that a Bechamel sauce is used in between the layers and on top. My bad, I guess for not asking the wait staff for more detail before ordering. The lasagna was your typical American-Italian style lasagna with ricotta and way heavy on the mozzarella. A very tomato-y meat sauce was used so I guess that's where the "Bolognese" came from, but it was not a traditional meat-forward, low tomato Bolognese sauce. It was served in a metal dish that was piping hot on outside but the cheeses were barely melted inside. It seems to have spent more time in the salamander than baking in the oven. Passable, but not the treat the diner was anticipating. Perhaps the over-taxing of the kitchen staff preparing those 15 steaks all at once contributed. I would recommend another entrée choice unless you are keen on lots of white stringy cheese and pasta.

Exceptional Dining Experience at LocaleWe recently dined at Locale in Las Vegas and opted for the autumn prix fixe menu with wine pairings. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely delightful.We began with the Caesar salad, which was perfectly crisp and balanced, and the whipped ricotta with spicy chili--a creamy, flavorful dish with just the right kick. For our entrées, we had the salmon cooked to a perfect medium and the short rib over polenta. Both dishes were incredibly tender and flavorful, with the short rib being a particular standout.The sides of carrots and Brussels sprouts complemented the meal wonderfully, each prepared with care and full of flavor. To finish, we indulged in the tiramisu and New York cheesecake for dessert. Both were decadent, but the cheesecake was especially rich and creamy--a perfect end to the meal.The wine pairings were thoughtfully chosen, enhancing each course beautifully. Combined with the attentive service and warm ambiance, Locale delivered a truly memorable dining experience. We can't wait to return!

My family visits Locale once a month'ish. We are big fans. Today was our first brunch there. We left full and happy. The Benedict was delicious and the farmers skillet filling and satisfying. We ordered an extra breakfast for the table, the French toast waffles, which were a perfect ending to our meal. The service, as usual, was spectacular, the servers always make you feel comfortable and at home.

Finally came back after trying this place out when they first opened. Place is still kept well.Cute and quaint, they have holiday decorations and their Christmas tree up. Service was great, Jessica was our server, she was so helpful and patient with us. They offered a $50 - 3 course tasting menu, we went for the tomahawk for additional $75, we got the calamari as the start, the butternut squash risotto and the bone marrow fries as the sides. The tomahawk was enough to share between 4 adults because we also ordered a margherita pizza and a dozen oysters. Everything tasted great. Steak cooked perfect. Bone marrow fries - marrow seemed to be mixed with beef tallow and fries could have been crispier and season a bit more. Nonetheless it was a great dinner.

Ordered uber eats. Everything was correct, cooked perfectly & on time. Free sourdough bread with order was ok. More like a cross between sourdough & brioche. Rigatoni w/vodka sauce was not like the traditional vodka sauce with more cream than spice but it was tasty. Definitely more tomato/spice forward. The bolognese was delicious. Overall pretty good.

Tried Locale since it was very close to a friend's house. Good location, has a bar with TV, outdoor seating, a lounge area which has a nice feel to it, plus a darker dining area. Staff was nice upon check in and waiter was attentive....at first. Seems like after we ordered our food, the service dropped a bit. Another server came around and she offered Parm and chili peppers but never came back with it.Caesar salad was good, plenty for a shareable. My friends salmon was apparently very good though I'm not a fan of farmed salmon. My gnocchi came bubbling hot and was pretty damn good! The small leaf of bread on the side was also very good. I would def go back again and try some other items. Pricing was very reasonable!!!

Always consistent and delicious!!!! We come here once or twice a month, but if y'all put one in around the District in Henderson I think we'd go more often and you'd be busy constantly. Food is yummy; pizza, pasta, mains like salmon or steak, the apps, especially hot honey wings, are all suuuuuuper good. Cocktails and win list is great, too. Super friendly staff, very accommodating and friendly! Again, Locale owners, put one over in the GVR/Seven Hills/Anthem area already!

A friend and I checked out the place because we found them on the Vegas Restaurant week website. The decor was rustic with exposed ceilings and duct work. When we arrived there were a half dozen patrons but when we left the place had picked up significantly. We started off with bread and butter and it was the perfect start. We wanted to try the pre-fix menu for restaurant week and many of the dishes did not disappoint. The whipped ricotta spread well and was not very spicy. The braised short ribs were divine and the triple chocolate cake is a chocolate lovers dream. The Brussel sprouts were a little oily and the papas bravas were missing some sauce, but overall the meal was a success. For two people with tax and tip it was 130. The staff were very attentive and friendly and brought us a house shot at the end of the meal.

My friends and I stopped in just to check it out and we sat in the bar area. We shared a bottle of wine and a few apps. We were treat very well by our server and felt like we were the only ones in the place. She never missed a beat. I will recommend and I will go back!
