Located in the Encore Resort at Las Vegas, it was the most convenient place to pick up carry-out snacks on the 2nd night of our four-person visit to Las Vegas in Feb. The requirement was to bring back light snacks (so we wouldn't lose our appetite for our late dinner) that were shareable and could use resort credits against. The Lobby Bar definitely satisfied that.It is located on the casino floor near the elevator banks to the Encore rooms. It's primarily a bar, but also serves elevated bar food for dine-in along with the drinks. The menu is located near the entrance, near a high traffic area. It had the nice crispy skirt that indicates the care put in preparing it. Shoestring fries ($12) - generous amount of deep fried, McD's like fries. Great for sharing. The food was good and the service was what you would expect for carry-out
