Mood - Well I didnt know until I was approachedUpon entering it is located in the new El Mercado that has now brought new life to the Boulevard mall. You walk to the very back to its very own food court where your eyes can feast on all the newest restaurants that adorn this area.I was sitting down checking out the other establishments and my eyes kept falling back to this place. One of the workers walked up to me with a menu and decided to start telling me about the food. I laughed and stated " Oh I know all about this kind of food" My son, was like "Mom you know this is my fav". SO it was a must to try. You order, pay, find seating, and they bring the food out to you.We opted for 2 Media Noches with plantains to go. Can I say oh gosh this was amazing. I didnt have any expectations but truly wasnt prepared for something so wonderful. Everything was well put together and fresh. Portions were very generous especially for the price. Staff was wearing gloves and masks. Ensuring safety for the patrons.Would def recommend - pricing was CHEAP. I am still confused by this. Staff very courteous and hospitable. The seating is in a food court style, however not alot of seating. We got lucky and were able to find one last table.Location is El Mercado in The Boulevard Mall - DI/ Maryland - ample parking

The Staff was helpful & friendly!! I ordered a stew which is for the cold season really good with rice! & the tamales are delicious! Plus the shakes! I love ! I ordered a Mamey shake just great! & they have many options to choose from in their menu I really liked! They are located inside the boulevard mall inside the Mercado & they open from 11am till 7pm please stop by & check it out! Thanks!

If you are looking for some yummy Cuban food this is your spot, they have a wide variety to choose from. Service is great and food is exceptional, I've gone twice this past week!!! Perfect for a quick lunch with family and friends.

If you're really hungry and in the area I would recommend this restaurant. If you've ever had authentic Cuban food this is the SPOT! It's located inside the mall where the El Mercado is. I would recommend the Pan Con Bistec. Def a good lunch sandwich along with the empanadas to snack on. The employees are very friendly and would definitely tell you about the food they serve. Would come back again!

Needed some Cuban food so we headed out to another place but they were closed due to a private party for the owner so we had the go to plan B. We checked Yelp and saw that Lizzy's had 5 stars so off we went. We got to the Boulevard mall and checked the board and didn't see it listed. This was at 6:30 pm and they close at 7. I decided to call and they said they were in the El Mercado section in the back. Strange but what the hell. Made our way back and it's a tiny little front so we were a little scared. They people were really nice and even though they were about to close, they took our large order. Cuban sandwiches, potato balls, croquetas, and empanadas. This place was great. Everything was on point, very flavorful and reasonably priced. They've only been open for a couple of months and deserve to be around for a long time. Definitely recommended.

Food was OK, I had the shrimp look like Chinese fried rice the service was lousy never offered a refill on any drinks never came by to check to see if the food was good I wouldn't come here it's too pricey my first and last time

Yum, excellent menu and hospitality. I'm new to Cuban food but their menu is so nicely put together it's easy to order and the few things I tried were delicious. Not to mentioned I finish up with a Cuban espresso, that was so savory we had to return the next day for another. Their ordering online is very convenient and I will be trying there other items in time. Also Covid safety measures in the Mercado were in place, I felt comfortable with them.

The chicken flew my dog grew the brew I'm spitting bars enough!!!. This food was like like I'm on my i-mobile 1 and my chicken come and flys away like fr like.

This place is a joke to Cuban food and culture. I'm not sure how they obtained 5 stars, but it's a disgrace. I took a single bite out of the pan con lechón and I couldn't continue eating it, because the pork tasted old as if it was cooked on Christmas Eve 2020. Authentic Cuban pan con lechón doesn't come with lettuce, or cheese... not to mention the customer service was unacceptable and rude, but then again for the disgusting food they serve I guess the attitude goes accordingly. I wouldn't be surprise if this place doesn't last.

The food was awesome. The yuca was cooked perfect with that great garlic taste to it. And the Cuban sandwich was great. Little hard to find the cafe had to ask directions. It's inside the mall in the back of the Mercado. Enjoyable experience
