We were the only ones here at 1:30 on a Friday for lunch. We ordered lamb tips with the vegetarian sampler. It's enough to feed three people at least. so many items to choose from I will have to come back to try.Plenty of parking in the strip mall and it was a little hard to find but it is facing the main street. The decor inside is authentically Ethiopian with western style tables and these shorter smaller tables. Perfect for sharing.

We ordered Ethiopian for dinner on a take out order. The food was Very fresh and delicious. This was my first time eating Ethiopian food and I can't wait to eat it again! I truly loved the food, spices, and how i felt satisfied from the meal. I ordered the vegetarian platter. Highly recommend!

An excellent find. The food was flavorful, the service was friendly and quick, and the traditional decor and music added to the ambience. We have been going to Ethiopian restaurants for decades and this ranked as one of the best experiences we've had. We will definitely be back.

Never had Ethiopian food before and was interested when this small gem popped up. The place is pretty low key and bit of a hole in the whole. They obviously had regulars due to it's rather homely vibes. When I went with a friend on a slow night, the owner was there chatting with the regulars while chugging tea but he quickly turned his attention to my party. He was pretty patient and explained the menu and how the food was eaten with without traditional kitchenware. So to the Karens who complain about no silverware, wash your damn hands. We had the beef dish on injera along with a few apps, they were great and decent intro to African food. Inexpensive and informative.

Food was not good, sorry even the presentation was terrible. Service as well, super slow. I ordered some tea it didn't arrive until after the food 15 mins later. I had to ask for napkins and no silverware was offered. Although it was hot, I had to sit outside because they have a ton of incense going inside. I just stopped by and wanted to try the food out, never again. I feel bad leaving this bad review but well I'd like to save someone else from spending $25 on a lunch that's not up to par.

Great stuff! Never had Ethiopian food before but my friend and I tried the vegetarian combo and the lamb tibbs! We asked the owner who was super friendly (gave me uncle energy) and helped us navigate the menu and what we might like best. We even asked him how to eat properly (with the injera) and he was very warm hearted. The lentils and split pea were my favorite along with the beets. But my friend really loved the lamb and we were even able to adjust the spice levels. My friend also ordered a cuppacino and it was strong. You could definitely taste the coffee. We'll be back in the morning so we can try the breakfast menu and the coffee again.

I am vegan. I ordered veggie combo meal with injera. The price was excellent, quantities ample, but most impressive to me was the quality. Other Ethiopian restaurants use far too much oil. It ruins the meal, everything is greasy. But this place goes VERY LIGHT on the oil. These foods don't need ANY oil to be delicious. My doctor approves.
