This festival tops my list of things to do every year! This by far has been one of the most more organized, safe and wonderful event that the downtown area puts on. Every year it gets better and better. I was able to attend this past Saturdays event and was so impressed with everything! The LIF app takes you through your journey with maps and layout of the band. Food and Drink booths are literally everywhere along with water station. All the stages were set up nicely for a great view and I absolutely loved that the souvenirs to our grade were everywhere ! I got to listen to some great bands along with many new upcoming artists and DJs. We also got to go do some shopping, and explore some neat events like Silent Disco. There were plenty of areas for photo opportunities. Looking forward for next year!!

We had a fantastic time the food was great the staff was wonderful when we asked for directions. All the vendors were knowledgeable of their products. Even the restroom areas were clean. We look forward to next years Life is beautiful or any other festival that will be in the area.

One of my favorite music festivals! This is like a mini Coachella, but smaller & better ! In the heart of downtown Las Vegas, walking distance from the strip. You can enter and leave the venue whenever, so if you're tired during the day, walk back to your hotel, take a nap and come right back recharged ~ This isn't just a music festival, this event has many other attractions you can check out. They have mini shows that range from Cirque du Soleil, comedians, drag queens, podcast hosts and many more. There's a lot of unique artworks plaster around the whole downtown block and let's not forget the food ! Also the weather is perfect ! It's always on the last week of September, so it's not too hot or too cold, just right. If you're in Vegas, this is definitely one of the festivals to check out ~

The fest is nice. Not the nicest that I've been to, but if you like convenience, lights, regular acts, and good organization then LiB is for you. Life is Beautiful takes place every year in downtown Vegas, and if you're staying in the Golden Nugget or the D, you're literally walking distance to the fest with unlimited reentry (if vip) or 3x if you're GA. Theres plenty of people that dress up, though I felt this year had much fewer people dressing up tbh. To park, my friend went to the Neonopolis parking on parkwhiz and paid $9 a day for the parking (fills by 11am), or if you're staying in a nearby hotel, just use their parking since it's way more convenient. I would say the vibes are more Coachella than EDC, since most people seem don't seem to dress up as heavy or gaudy, but whatever works in the Vegas summer. This year's security was chill as well. My biggest gripe is the lack of green space, but since this is in downtown they did what they could with the ugly concrete jungle floor. Wish they greened the whole ground with soft, synthetic grass to make walking a lot more bearable, but that's just a personal preference. Even though EDC doesn't have the location convenience that LiB has, I would definitely recommend EDC for a more fun experience imo.

If I could leave less than one star I might have. First of all, the amount of children was too much. Keep your 5 year olds at home, don't cheap out and get a babysitter. No one wants to be feelin themselves and look over and see a child to the left of them.Next, way toooo many people. Crowd control plz. I have been to EDC and wow there's more people there but they know how to control crowds better. Next, drink options are lame. No one wants Truly, no one wants liquid death let's be real. Not to mention Heat Waves by Glass Animals- horrible. Don't even try to see them if you are going. We paid good money and god knows the major disappointment we faced when we heard an off brand version of heat waves where we had to sing instead of them. I didn't pay this much money to hear myself sing heat waves. Last, terrible transportation services. How am I supposed to go straight from the festival to the nightclubs when I have to walk three miles to get an uber? HUH? Vegas baby? More like Vegas MAYBE.xoxo

Fun festival in the heart of DTLV.Pros: - line did not take long to get in- the gave free Bang energy shots to everyone coming in- ample bathrooms so you don't have to wait in a long line- fake grass areas to sit on and relax between sets- lot of space so everything doesn't feel packed (except for the actual stage areas which is to be expected)Cons: - limited food options - not good parking and long rideshare waits I definitely prefer the outfits, music, and vibes at EDC, but it was nice to have a centrally located festival rather than having to drive out to the speedway and get stuck in traffic.

Having attended quite a few LIB's I guess it's time to write a review. This year I have mixed feelings about it.Don't get me wrong I'm obsessed with the food options this year! The turnout seemed really low numbers this year but the performances that I saw were awesome as usual.Sometimes artists don't turn up, but just like any other show, it's always a possibility.Easy to enter, easy to maneuver I don't have any issues with how it's organized. All and all I love LIB and hope it sticks around for me to enjoy.

I had never been to a music festival before, and so when my friends told me about Life is Beautiful, I had to go check it out with them. I came to Vegas back in September of 2021 for this festival and made some amazing memories throughout all of it. They made you either upload your vaccine information so you could just quickly be scanned inside, or you had to have a Covid test done at their specific facility. They also had an app that showed the food places, art exhibit, and band stage locations and times. It was really helpful to have that app on me the entire time. The music was fantastic. They had so many different bands and artists that covered different genres. Billie EIlish, Green Day, All Time Low, Illenium, A$AP Rocky, etc. They had stand up shows being done by Trevor Wallace and other comedians. This part was absolutely amazing. The food was some of the best food I've had. I didn't expect festival food to be that great, but they brought in some great food trucks, and local chefs/restaurants for this event. I wish I had eaten a lot more of it there, but the prices were fairly spendy. Overall, you have to try the food and drinks there. They had some grassy areas for you to sit and nap on too which we definitely took advantage of all that.Overall, Life is Beautiful is a great festival and I definitely recommend it.

What do you do when there's a band that you really, really want to see but you hate the ticket prices and the venue? In my case, I really wanted to see the Black Keys. However, they were going to be performing at the Houston Toyota Center where it was seating room only with no General Admission. Which means, if I wanted to sit close to the stage, I'd have to spend close to $400 for ONE ticket. And even then, I'd still be sitting in the 10th row or something.Well, I found out that they were going to be headlining Life is Beautiful so I checked the 3-day GA price and guess what? A three day GA ticket was pretty much the price of one ticket to see the Black Keys in Houston. So, I went ahead and bought myself a ticket to attend LIB. I mean, it didn't hurt that there were some other awesome bands and performers at the festival as well (Billie Eilish, Vampire Weekend, Phantogram, Lewis Capaldi, Post Malone, Maggie Rogers, etc). And there were going to be comedy acts and art shows. Why the hell not? I mean, yeah I had to pay extra for the flight ticket and the hotel, but at least I got a vacation out of it instead of splurging just to go to a local venue for one show. The whole festival was pretty cool. It was pretty hard for me to imagine how they would turn Downtown Las Vegas into a festival ground, but they did. They closed a bunch of streets, obviously, which I'm sure local Las Vegans don't appreciate, but from the looks of it, they managed to handle traffic pretty well.Unless you're staying in Downtown LV, you'd either have to drive (I don't recommend this) or take an Uber/Lyft. Lyft was the official share rider partner so they gave out Lyft discount codes and they had a Lyft pick-up and drop-off area which made getting a ride super easy. I never had to wait too long to get a lyft ride to take me from and to the strip, where I was staying.Getting into the festival wasn't too bad. There was obviously a long line, but it moved pretty quickly. In my experience, the security people weren't as asshole-ish as the people at Austin City Limits which made the line move pretty quickly. I think the longest I had to wait in line was about 20 minutes, which wasn't too bad at all. But then again, this festival didn't draw as much crowd as ACL. At least it didn't appear that way to me.Once inside, then you can go to the different stages to see the different performers. You'll obviously be walking a lot since you have to go from one stage to the next. However, since there are buildings and trees, and shades, the heat wasn't too bad. At ACL heat has always been an issue since it's just a wide open space with barely any shades.A couple downsides though: 1. The crowd. There was a lot of young people (high school age and maybe younger) because some of the acts did attract kids in this age range (Billie Eilish, Post Malone, Rae Sremmurd, etc) and these kids were rowdy! During Billie Eilish' performance, for example, I literally had two separate two girls who started swinging at each other! Nope, not kidding. Punches were thrown and I had to jump in to break it up. Also, when I was watching Phantogram, this one kid just started forcing his way to the front, just bumping and pushing people out of the way. And naturally when he tried to push me, I pushed him back and told him to back off and to stop being a dick. He mouthed back but eventually decided to stand right there next to me and stopped pushing people, so I guess that was good.2. Food and drink prices. I mean, I guess they are in line with Las Vegas pricing. But you better bring some empty bottles for water because I paid $18 for two 1-liter bottles of Dasani. That's insane!Anyway, I had fun at this festival. I didn't really get to enjoy some of the art installments and the comedy shows they had because I decided to camp out to get a good spot for some of the shows (For example, I was about three feet away from the fence that separated the crowd and the stage for the Black Keys) but I definitely enjoyed my time at the festival.I definitely wouldn't mind coming back.

I can't believe I was denied access to the headliner after spending $100 on tickets. The headliner was the whole reason I bought the ticket in the first place, and now it feels like a complete waste. It was in a parking lot next to the train tracks. Across the train tracks had a good view and it cost nothing! Food selection was not great. Sit on the dirty parking lot or stand the entire time. What a rip-off!!!
