Lefty's Pizza

We wanted to just grab a quick bite to eat before a show so we decided to they this restaurant. What a great little restaurant with a huge menu selection from salads, appetizers, pizzas (whole and by the slice), pastas, sandwiches, etc. Also, very reasonably priced and friendly staff. We ordered a 2 slice pizza and soda special for $5 which is a great deal. The pizza was delicious with great crust and just the right amount of sauce, cheese and toppings. The great thing is that they made us a fresh pizza to give us our slices so they were fresh a hot! Also, we had a order of mozzarella sticks which were also delicious especially with the home made ranch dressing. We talked a bit with the business owner who was very friendly. We definitely will return, next time we are in the area, to try the fried mushrooms and philly steak sandwich.

I was just about to become a loyal customer before I ordered today.I ordered a pepperoni pizza, a margarita pizza, spicy wings, and a grilled chicken salad for delivery. When I opened the salad it was very obviously old and tasted nothing near fresh so I threw it away. My family and I got our servings and ate. The wings were undercooked on the thicker parts and not nearly as spicy as they should be. *THE WORST PART and part I would like to highlight*is that my mom found a STRING in her pizza. We were disgusted and couldn't eat more. Upon complaining and trying to receive credit or some sort of accountability for it, we were told that "everything was perfect" and received nothing while basically being told we lied. We will never be ordering from here again.EDIT: It was resolved with the owner and credit was given. This experience was unfortunate but I'm very happy this was handled by the owner.

Service was fast and food arrived nice and hot. The pizza was very salty and crust soggy. I had one slice and didn't finish it, I ate the appetizers were excellent. Maybe it was a new cook or something. None of us finished our slice of pizza. Lighten up on the salt.

Great local neighborhood joint for excellent take out pizza. Billy is great and makes a great pie! Check out the pizza we ordered! One mile from our house.

Wings were good, loved their sauces and ranch dip, the pizza we had was thin crust and was not so easily sogged. The waitress we had was very patient, accomodating, and made sure we had a good experience. The only thing I found short was just a little more salt on the fries, because there was no table salt available on the dining areas. Overall a great experience. We usually just order the pizza online, t'was good, but better served fresh at their place.

Tried this restaurant for the first time today. Restaurant is very clean and inviting. Staff is super friendly!!! Everything we ordered was very good and prices are reasonable! Will be back!

The pizza was really good, onion ring were great and a lot! The service was really good, we were the only couple there in the seating area, nice and quiet place. Will come here again

Grandma Pizza and Stromboli were both excellent and reasonably priced. Surprised some reviews are low, because I have tried dozens of pizzerias in Las Vegas and this is in my opinion one of the five to ten best.

We recently ordered a Lefty's pizza with extra cheese and sauce. It was amazing! The pizza reminded us of New York dripping with cheese, and the crust was real! Billy, who has been there for years, makes the best pizza in this state. Thank you, Billy and staff. I'm not kidding. I was in pizza heaven! Even reheated in the oven the next day, it was DELICIOUS!

Any time I try a new spot I start with the very basic...A cheese pizza. There's no easier pizza to get right...Lefty's failed!This pizza was SO(!) HARD to bite through!Like Cardboard... honestly. Couldn't even eat the crust which is my favorite part. No flavor in the dough...just rolling cardboard in your mouth. No rise to the crust and stiff as a board!The cheese and sauce were average. I will never go back.
