Le Cirque has been a Bellagio fixture since the resort debuted in 1998.For Vegas that's like dog years with the city constantly closing great places for new ones to dazzle everyone. Still very popular and for good reasons. My man brought me here for my birthday. He requested a table with a view of the fountains and to my surprise we were sat at one of them. These types of tables aren't easy to acquire if you aren't a high roller or celebrity so it's always lovely to be able to enjoy them as a nobody. As soon as you walk in you'll find yourself under a boujee and very colorful circus tent. Everything is playful especially the monkey tableware. With Five Diamonds from Forbes, AAA, and a Michelin Star service is flawless and attentive. Each dish is a work of art. Each presentation is thoughtful. The food is delicious. The bread service alone is special with unique carbs such as coffee bread all with rich European butter. A few standouts that still live in my mind ~ braised veal cheek that melts in your mouth, perfectly sautéed and tender Hokkaido scallops, unique and vibrant fava bean and mint risotto that is ultra creamy and decadent, and of course you have to leave room for dessert. The grand Marnier soufflé is cloud-like making it a very light dessert after enjoying so many different courses. As if that wasn't enough the restaurant sends out complimentary sweets, artisan chocolate, and a note for your special occasions. Very nice touches and thank you.So are places like this worth it? Yes and yes! You live once so make life special, delicious, and surround yourself with beauty especially for celebrations. This will be one of those experiences you'll remember forever.

Totally worth a visit although very pricey (but it is vegas). When I speak in stars I'm talking michelin. Cost was at a 2-3 star level. The food was high 1 star/low 2 star level. The service was 2 star. Worth going! And the view is very cool. Food conception could use work for the price cost. (Wine pairing had some amazing hits but some men ones)

This may be one of my favorite culinary experiences. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We came here for dinner and were greeted promptly, waited at the bar for drinks but were immediately seated. We chose the 8 course tasting menu and added on the soufflé and cocktails. We chose to get the foie gras seared (versus terrine) which I much prefer the seared and this was probably my favorite dish. The presentation for the scallop ceviche and chocolate sphere dessert were also impressive. The service was perfect, food came out perfectly timed from finishing our previous courses and the service was present without being over bearing. It was surprisingly quiet for being near the front on the bellagio. I really loved everything about this experience from start to finish.

Flew out to Vegas for a bachelor party, and when we started throwing in ideas for things to eat - Michelin-star restaurants was at the top of the list (fun fact: did you know that the Michelin guide has stopped awarding stars to establishments in Las Vegas? Yeup. Thanks Google)! When Le Cirque emerged as the winning restaurant for our motley crew of fine diners, I fully charged my phone, prepped my stomach, and cleansed my palette for all the goodness to come - and boy was I not disappointed! Le Cirque offers an amazing selection of food, 5-star (can I give 6?) service from our waiter Martin, and a pretty great view of the Bellagio Fountain - tick off the box for ambiance, right?! An 8-course menu of delectable delights to nom away at (see Summer 2024 menu in the photos for the French names and ingredients, and of course, the photos of the food itself), some pretty strong drinks (the only way to enjoy them), and great company made the dinner amazing. Will definitely come back when I'm at the Bellagio!!

The only remaining outpost of what was once the most-celebrated of New York City's fine dining establishments overlooks the Bellagio fountains. The room is circus themed, but the food is anything but. A series of excellent dishes are presented, bit by bit, with timing aware of any potential shows you may have. Dietary accommodations are handled well.So while I enjoyed the experience, it's been a couple of weeks and I can't remember anything particularly outstanding that I ate. And this was the odd fine dining tasting menu in which I actually felt too full by the end of the meal.

Excellent French cuisine, that is highly recommended for good reason. The summer and lobster salads were wonderful. The Frog legs came with a heavenly sauce and the entrees of fish and beef were perfection. The desserts of soufflé and the chocolate sphere were exquisite and delicious. The service was amazing, the team helping us was highly trained from years of working together. Excellence doesn't come cheap, our meal and wine was over $400 each, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for very much the case here. Plus the ambiance is sophisticated with a view of the Bellagio fountains.

Absolutely delightful! The staff could not have been nicer, more attentive, or offered any more history than they did! The staff are family to the restaurant and the patrons are extended family visiting! Was just a wonderful experience. We did the 8 courses and the upgraded wine pairings. They asked if we were going to a show, thankfully this was the show we went to! Thank you to all involved! Thank you!
