LB Catering

LB Catering was an awesome decision I made to order a taco bar for my daughter's birthday. It was so easy! I ordered from a menu: carne Asada, grilled chicken, Al pastor, cheese quesadillas, and watermelon drinks. They delivered and set up. Everything was yum and what was pretty great is what was included: chips, salsa, all condiments: utensils, plates, cups, lime, jalapenos, sour cream, etc. It was fantastic! I wish I took a picture of it, but I was so busy hosting and entertaining that I forgot. Prices were extremely reasonable and I highly recommend. If you are looking for a caterer for an event, LB catering is the way to go!!!

We had LB catering for our wedding reception, and everything was delicious. Guests kept coming back for more! Blecing was extremely kind and helpful. We had a lot of twists and turns before our reception due to the pandemic, but she was wonderful and helped with our needs and requests. Highly recommend and will definitely come back to her business for future events!

Blecing is heaven sent to us. We hired her last year for my daughter's wedding but had to cancel because of the pandemic. To celebrate my daughter's 1st wedding anniversary, we hired Blecing again as promised to do a "wedding reception" and I'm sure glad we did. She's very nice, accommodating and professional. Never failed to reply on all of my emails. We still had issues of cancellations because of the pandemic but Blecing was very nice and understanding that things happened beyond our control. She worked with us and helped us make things a lot better coz we were all getting stressed because of all the cancellations...everything worked out and the event was a success...Food was great! I can't believe I forgot to leave this wonderful caterer a review! I hired them for my 40th birthday bash in July 2021. Everything was handled via email and clear and up front. I was so stressed the day of the party, in fact the ONLY thing I didn't have to sweat was the caterer. On-time. Professional. Beautiful presentation. The food? All my guests kept exclaiming how OUTSTANDING it was. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. You're not taking any chances here. Hire LB Catering.

From our initial tasting, we were amazed not only by the flavor and presentation of the incredible food, but also by what wonderful people Blecing and her team are. After the tasting, we immediately knew we wanted them to cater our wedding and were looking forward to enjoying their food again at our wedding.LB Catering was extremely responsive, helpful and flexible in our correspondence from beginning to end. Our wedding guests raved about the food. They were professional, kind, and punctual. I wish we hosted more events so we could hire them again and again, and we will be recommending LB Catering if any of our friends have Las Vegas weddings/parties/events. I used LB Catering for my Vegas wedding. Blecing was very prompt in responding. I am from Indianapolis, so I did not have a tasting, but the food was delicious. My guests commented most about the green beans. Everything was great. Thank you for being easy to work with.

I liked that I was able to get their services on short notice. I like that everything was done via text. I liked that their contract was done online very professional. I liked that they kept in contact with us over text. I like that the food looks good smells good and tasted great. I like that they showed up early to deliver the food but not too early so that it was cold so that my food was ready waiting for the gas before they arrived. I'd like that they were wearing chef shirts it looks very professional and I was ready to eat the food anticipating it would taste like a chef prepared it. I like that they didn't ask for a gratuity because it was not being served it was being delivered buffet style, so I gave a gratuity anyway. Very professional. Will definitely be using them again.

I had a wedding reception with plated dinners for nearly 80 people and Blecing was fabulous. First off, she created the menu with me as to what my favorite food were and she made them gourmet and delicious. She came over to give my husband and I samples and we were blown away. She was accommodating and reasonable. She did everything she said she was going to do and truthfully she was the most affordable of all the caterers I interviewed. I don't regularly throw parties but I can say with absolute certainty that her contact is saved in my phone if I ever did because I would hire her again in a second. I was very impressed!
