I was sexually harassed by the older gentleman that often runs the counter and he continues to make me uncomfortable every time I come in. I'm not sure who I need to complain to but I would LOVE to speak to anyone in upper management that can deal with this creepy employee.

So let me start off with the fact that I have been coming to this smoke shop for about 11 years! The price you pay for the quality you get top notch! I love the sales team! Solo and Breatta very nice and personable very genuine people! Solo always has a great suggestion and Breatta is always smiling and has a great story to tell! I am a nurse and have my own business as well so I do know how important a team is to a business! With that being said there is a horrifically awful sales person there! He is rude nasty and I feel rushed when he's there! He is definitely anything but welcoming and or helpful! His name is JC!!!!! I have been resolved not to make purchases from the place of business if I see he is there! I have over heard several customers tell the sales people Solo and Breatta that they would wait until they come back from their break or lunch even! I'm not sure if they waited or not but I have heard others state things like this! I am sorry but I cannot understand how he even is still employed at this establishment! It's nothing less than tragic having customers avoid your business because of one! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING WHEN I SEE JC IN THE BUILDING I'D RATHER PAY MORE AT EN FEUGO WHEN HE'S THERE!!!!!! I REALLY HOPE THE POWERS THAT BE SEE THIS AND RE-THINK SCHEDULES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB SECURITY!!!!! CUSTOMER BEWARE WHEN HE'S THERE!!!! Kudos to the others that know how to deliver customer service!!!!! ALMOST 5 STARS!!!!
