If you're looking for a place to just sleep at night, Hilton at Resorts World will do. It's actually not bad. They gave us a 2 queen bed room on the 7th floor. Honestly, the view out the window was pretty because you don't have the bulky LED Screen/Lights outside of your window there.The bathroom was immaculate. They provide their own shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the shower. They have a rain shower and a handheld and a seating area in the shower. Bathroom has plenty of space to get ready & a large countertop space for makeup, etc. The only downside is, if there's 4 of you, they only provide you with 3 sets of towels. When you call to request for extra towels, prepare to wait...like 1-2 hours. Didn't take a picture of the beds, but they were comfy. The room isn't as spacious. But again, it'll do if you're just there to sleep. If you got allergies, take your Zyrtec or Allegra. The bedboard was dusty & so was the window sill.

Truly awful hour wait to check in. Tried at noon, 4 pm, and 8 pm and it never improved.The room smelled like a sewer. I assume from decades of disgusting cigarette smoke.Move to another room that was a little less smelly. Carpeted floors in 2025. Unbelievable.It's an old junk hotel that is for convention attendees with no discernment.Too many nice hotels in this town to saddle yourself with a pit like this.

Beautiful resort and casino! The rooms are spacious and clean. I do wish they had a vanity in the restroom. We had early check-in with no extra charge, but if you get there after 3 PM, you will be waiting a long line. The best thing for me was the bed and pillows. I had a wonderful night sleep here. I would definitely be back.

Apparently an attempt to update their computer system this week failed. Everything has to be done manually. Hilton was aware, yet did not inform any of their guests. No emails, no automated calls. In the lobby, there is no one informing the line of 60-80 people out the door and down the hallway. No one from Hilton offering explanations, apologies, water or vouchers. We found out from the woman in line behind us what was going on. People have been waiting 3-4 hours to check in. Or they waited to check in and were told their room wasn't ready. Hours later they got a text to come pick up their key, and they had to wait another 2 hours for their key. The couple next to us waited 2 hours to finally get their key, only to find someone else in their room. We're still in line. We may never get into a room. We may die here in the lobby.

The comped room at Hilton was decent overall. The room was clean and had the basic amenities you'd expect from a standard resort stay. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh. Room felt small and dark in my opinion compared to Conrad which I like better.It was a fine stay for a complimentary room, but it didn't quite have the wow factorDidn't like the parking situation for hotel guest coming in n out though. Had to pay twice since the machine didn't work on our player's card. They need staff or security to manage the parking lever.

We were here for the weekend for WWWY and it was an interesting place to be at. There's a big casino section with a giant food hall consisting of Asian street food. It was an interesting section but since it was right next to the plaza across the street, it was great to be able to go to Tacos El Gordo or up the street past Circus Circus for the festival grounds.Other than the nice room and the expensive charges for resort fees/taxes, it's great for booking somewhat close to the festival area.

Horrible check in experience that left us waiting for more than three hours. Rude staff. No one offered us water while waiting until three hours in, and we had to push for any compensation for our time. Apparently this had been happening all week with some people waiting seven hours and it still was not resolved.

I had reservation for the weekend of February 21-23 but when I got there they had a line that was 3-4 hours long to check-in so I tried to wait until later in the night to check-in but it never got better. Around 11pm went to another resort to get room for the night. The Hilton app was not working for this location, have no idea why. Thinking it would be better on Saturday after talking to concierge to let him know I would be back on Saturday. I got a room at different resort and went back Saturday to discover they had given my room away and said it was because I was no show. I could come back later to wait in another 2-3 hour line, no thanks. I felt bad for all of the guest and the employees because it appeared they had computer problems all week long. Not sure if they got hacked, maybe just really bad IT department or management team. Will not be going back to Hilton.
