I was an attendee at a private event held at the country club earlier this week. As a guest, not the host of the event, I didn't participate in any of the planning or negotiating, so I can't speak to that. But I can share my experience:* Security at the guard shack was friendly and helpful. * Parking was plentiful.* The grounds were well kept and beautiful.* There was a strong sewer smell in the lobby. I'm not sure if it's that way always, or if they were dealing with sanitation issues. There were air fresheners and candles all over the place trying to mask it.* Every staff member I interacted with was friendly.* The facility, aside from the smell, was in good condition and clean. This place has been around for a long time and has a lot of history behind it. I'd love to take a guided tour and learn about some of the significant events or guests that have been here over the years. Hint, hint. Maybe they will start offering tours for us!

Meeting Space/Luncheon Review: Our team was in town for a meeting and the wonderful Breanna & Co. we're able to accommodate us for meeting space, breakfast, and lunch. The room was the perfect size with A/V capabilities, etc. Breakfast and lunch were delicious (and bountiful) and the staff were efficient and effective no matter what we needed. There's a very cool "early Vegas" vibe and plenty of pics around of famous celebrities and gangsters who enjoyed hitting a few balls at LVCC. I can see why one of our teammates is a member and why we'll likely return.

From the moment we stepped foot in the Las Vegas Country Club, we knew this would be our wedding venue. There is so much history here, and the grounds are kept immaculate. Upon arrival, it feels as though you have been transported back in time to the glamorous rat pack days. The service, food, and venue were top notch. The staff at Las Vegas Country Club went above and beyond to make our wedding day special. We couldn't ask for more from a wedding venue - from top notch customer service, to immaculate grounds, to delicious food, to stunning views. 10/10 would recommend!Pro-tip: get the late night bites!

This place has so much history in it, in the back of your mind, you think Elvis or Sammy Davis Jr was going to pop out of nowhere. Okay, that might be an exageration, but the feeling is there. I mean, the classic scene of the FBI plane landing on the fairway is pretty iconic. This used to be a private club, but now it's semi as the hotels have partnered up to send their players here. My favorite hole is #18. The last hoorah par 5, drive it perfectly, or near perfect. And you have about a 4 iron as your second shot. Be careful though as water protects the front and bunkers behind as well.As you enter the clubhouse, you get the Elvis's Memphis mansion vibe. The walls have detail about the place and pictures of golfers framed that have won previous Las Vegas Invitational tournaments. Very helpful staff and encouraging starter to let us know not worry about bring intimidated by everything. Haha. He was very good at informing us when it's our turn to tee off. There are some holes with plaques that display an event that happened such as the Michael Jordan hole (#9) and Frank "Lefty" Rosenthal (#15).The entire course is special and if you have the opportunity to play this amazing course, don't hesitate.

This review is not for membership in the Country Club (since I am not a member), but for the aspects of the club that most of us peons (i.e., non-members) would have access to. The typical thing is that you get invited to an event here, as I was. It was a good time. The food, believe it or not, is a cut above average. The facility itself is a bit worse for wear, but in a dignified and stately way. Like think low-rent Ivy League meets faux Wild-West. If that makes sense. It is a little dark and dated, and there was like a mess of stuff downstairs in the lower level, which we roamed around when trying to find our way out, but still, being there, you may feel as though you have "arrived." I have not seen the golf course, but I imagine that they take that kind of thing seriously, so it must be good. There's not much in the way of a real warm inviting feeling, or anything. You either belong or you don't. There is plenty of parking, and the night we were there a white Porsche actually parked on the sidewalk of the entrance. (Not sure what that's about). But there is a lovely and wide entrance that feels welcoming. And at this time of year a lovely Christmas tree! The conference space itself is a bit awkward, with huge stone columns that block your view of the speaker. But that's alright. The wait staff is good. My banquet companion even paid one of them to bring her a glass of wine to the table (as it was a no-host bar, and past the time of the cocktail hour), and it was done with a smile. If you get invited, go.

I didn't realize how much history is in this golf course. The staff educated us before the round. The visuals along the course make the round amazing. The course was under some maintenance by some of the greens that is understandable. The playing conditions were really not affected. The course is not as difficult as I was going to suspect. Most of the holes are straight. Can be long depending where you tee off. Similar characteristics to Las Vegas national. The par 5s and par 3s are much more difficult and more protected. I can see where championship conditions would make this a very difficult course if maintenance wanted. Overall a cool experience as a local long time resident. The views of the city take over your mind. The houses on the course are from a different time and visuals go great with the course

Yes, but........... Even though the weather sucked on the front nine we had an unbelievable time. Playing good always helps. Course was in great shape, all the hype about the pro shop is pretty much true. They got a lot of good stuff in there. My only complaint is an obvious one, $350 is aggressive and over the top for a green fee for this track.

Other than playing after the LIV event this place is disorganized and lack's customer skills. Way over priced for what you get. The clubhouse smells like sewage. They failed to mention no driving range use until we get there. Only the starter was friendly. The pace of play is horrible including individuals digging in the pond for lost balls. The Marshalls do nothing but sit by the 3rd hole bbq.literally wish I would've left after nine.

I've been trying to get a hold of them for 4 months to talk to the catering manager about doing events there. Not even the courtesy of a call back to tell me they're not interested in doing outside events.
