Landmark Tea

Located on spring mountain this was a friends suggestion for the best tea, and she was right! The moment we walked in we were greeted and helped. It's a quaint space with a sitting area that has board games to keep you busy while waiting for your order or if you want to hang out there with friends. They have milk tea, espresso tea, tea lattes, fruit tea, herbal tea, frappes and more! Something for everyone ! You can add on extra toppings, creams and select milk alternatives. You can also choose your sweetness level so you really get to customize your drink which I love. I will definitely be back

As soon as I walked in, the aroma of fresh brewed Thai tea hit my nose. Mmmm! I immediately knew I had to order Thai tea! According to my friend, they are Thai owned so of course that just confirmed my choice in drink. I ordered a Thai iced tea with regular sweetness with boba. Boba was good and the Thai tea was delicious. My friend ordered a half sweet Thai tea. It was just as good! The service was great, they were clear in making sure we ordered exactly what we wanted and it came out pretty fast.The cafe is cute with a few tables and plenty of board games to entertain yourself if you plan on hanging out there. My friend said their tea is good there as well so the next time I come, I plan to try their white peach mango tea!

Landmark Tea is such a gem! I ordered the pistachio boba, and it was great--smooth, nutty, and perfectly balanced. The shop itself has a relaxed and cozy vibe, making it a great spot to chill and even play board games if you've got the time. I didn't stay long, but the atmosphere was super inviting.The location is a bonus too--the has plaza has so many great food options like hot pot, Korean BBQ, and even a Tous Les Jours bakery right next door. It's the perfect spot to grab a refreshing drink before or after a meal.

CUTE // COZYPlenty of board games to rummage thru. We played a few games while waiting for our drinks. We ended up staying longer than planned. Such a vibe.So many great eateries to choose from when you're in the Plaza and why not end it with some boba drinks.

We stopped by here after lunch to grab something sweet and to try their Boba tea, I ordered the brown sugar milk tea. The boba was a kinda too chewy for my liking. There was only one person working so the service was a tad bit slow. Overall great flavor for the sugar milk tea and I'll have to try their other flavors next time!

Staff were super friendly, greeted us as we walked in and chatted with us as we looked at the menu trying to decide what we wanted. Staff gave us recommendations on the drinks depending on what flavors we preferred. The taro lava regular sweetness was just the right amount of sweetness, not as sweet as I was expecting it but it definitely made the taro flavor stand out. The mango mania regular sweetness was refreshing! The store has a seating are where you can play games as you enjoy your drinks (uno, jenga, chess, checkers, connect four). They play music on a little on the loud side but vibes are great in here!

Was in the area and saw everyone rave about the mango sticky rice drink. I'm always down to try that whenever I see it anywhere because you don't often see it at a boba shop.Cute interior and the people that worked there were very welcoming. I ordered on the kiosk thing that they have. I got the mango sticky rice slushy, less sweet, with boba. I forgot that slushy for the most part are more syrup based and you can taste it. Even the less sweet was sweet for me. It tastes tart and punchy but too overwhelming for me. It was cool that they had the mango chunks in there. The sticky rice part was delicious because it was chewy and you can taste bits of the rice for a different texture. Coconut part was nice and creamy. The boba was a bit of a bite to it for my liking. I like it on the softer but with a bit of a bite. This one was a bit more give to it. Next time I'll try a different drink to see if it changes my opinion. Other than that, it was a unique drink for sure!

Fast and easy service. Interior is cute and clean. Board games to chill with friends. Comfy cushions. Got the Milk Tea. It was good. A great spot to check out if just in the area.

Tried out LM Tea for the first time, and they did not disappoint. Wasn't the traditional Boba joint since they had a nice Mango and sticky rice beverage which was amazing! It's their most popular drink and would totally recommend if it's your first time here!

Landmark is my new favorite boba place in town! I've been there 10+ times, tried several different drinks and they never disappoin (well except for one haha).
