Service at the place was great. I enjoyed the company of the woman at the front. I ordered the prosciutto cotto which looked the best of all their sandwiches. I like thin crust. The sandwich itself was $17. A premium but for the quality of the meats and the cheese combination. It's a wonderful curiosity I wanted to try and was not disappointed. Interior is rarely inside the mgm casino. Beautiful surrounding and amazing decoration on Christmas week. I enjoyed the flavors although a bit salty. It was kind of like a ham sandwich with very thinly sliced ham and a provolone cheese to compliment the saltiness of the dried ham. Grilled like a panini and tasteful although the price was very high for what you are paying for. Of course there are way way worse value but me and my mother seemed to enjoy the texture and flavors that came with this meal. I recommend to try it and if you're hungry it is a recommended place I would try given how busy Vegas is. This place practically had no line and I was satisfied with that. The quality of Italy in a nutshell if you will. Enjoy! Happy holidays

I unexpected had an open solo day in Las Vegas and could decided on where to go to get a quick bite. I was close to the MGM Grand and a very dear person to me suggested I go try out Eataly. She has a deep love of Italian food, so when she suggests a place, it's usually an easy decision. I was glad when I walked through the door that I was greeted with an Italian I poured ambiance and that the layout was closer to a food court than a traditional restaurant. After making my way past pastry, crepes, gelato, and pizza and pasta options; I found myself at La Rosticceria. A display of Italian street panini sandwiches can be seen through a glass display and they felt like they would hit the spot. I ordered the Prime Rib Tradionale with the provolone cheese add on then grabbed an open seat by the railing overseeing the dessert area that I passed walking in. My panini was ready roughly 10 minutes later. The sandwich had a nice crisp to it, and the prime rib inside was delicious. There could have been a little more prime rib and provolone added, but it was still a decent sized panini. I ate half of it and took the other half back to the hotel. It's definitely bot a full meal, but if you want a quick bite that's pretty good, I would recommend trying this panini.

It's a great place because of the service. But the food? lol. It's way past due. Stale and all things U.S. Foods or Sysco delivered. I paid a lot of money for nothing. Don't make my mistake. Eff this place.

This 3-star rating of mine is largely because of the not-so-great service I received. This is part of "Eataly" in Park MGM. The concept of having more than several different vendors where the entire space serves people as a free range food court resonates with me greatly and yet this vendor can do a better job in customer service. The lady who took my order (it wasn't just me; she was the same way to others) was unfriendly with no smile. We all have good days and bad days in our mood so maybe she was having a bad day. When she was conversing with her coworker though she was laughing and smiling. Well, she could have used the same laughter and smile when she assisted the customers. The food tasted fine with no issues (at least.) I had the Frittata Pasta and the Brussel Sprouts. I enjoyed them. This place currently has 3 stars and I simply joined others today to echo the same sentiment. I haven't read their reviews but I can only guess as to the reason why they are where they are. Still, it's not a horrible place to get a bite to eat. At least my food came out quickly.

Omg! This may have been the BEST sandwich I have ever eaten. The Chicken Milanese was so light and delicate, yet it sang an opera of flavor.Yes; Lord YES!

It started when the cashier asked for a tip before even offering service LOL. The sandwich was very large and filled with a lot of meat. Unfortunately that is where the positives end. The sandwich was dry, bread dry, meat was just ok. I like how there is a lot of space to sit in a pretty much open area. Service was so so.

The sandwich place La Rosticceria, located at the MGM but has also a external sidewalk facing entrance. The ambiance is that as expected of a sandwich eatery, simple stools and tables, I was able to quite easily find a seat, but as it might have had something to do with the after lunch hours I visited this place at.Service speed was good for a sandwich eatery, I didn't have to wait overly long for my sandwiches. But the sandwiches.Sandwiches were mid at best, with the amount of amazing places around them, it's really hard to justify a second visit. If I wanted another quick sandwich I would choose to be elsewhere. The meats in my sandwiches were a little salty in terms of flavor, and really lack anything special that might stand out in the amazing place that is the Las Vegas strip. The bread wasn't all that great as it fell apart in places. It's alright for a quick eat, but really there are many more amazing places in the Vegas strip.

Would I eat here again is the most important question?Probably not, there are too many phenomenal places in Las Vegas! I had the shaved beef, it was well flavored but very fat and cold. The brussel sprouts were okay, but I honestly didn't eat too many because they were brown inside look rotten. I was totally looking forward to the polenta frita, however it was very bland, so I was quite disappointed.Just keep walking, unless you're seeking out mediocre.

Eataly itself is a tourist galore. It's vivid, welcoming and feels authentic. At la rosticceria, the menu was insane and everything looked so good (the model food). We got a Prosciutto Sandwich ($13, 2022) and fried polenta ($11). Sandwich: probably the worse food I've tried in Vegas. The bread was cold and dry, the prosciutto was crusty and the jam sauce was sour. The polenta tasted like actual fried cardboard and had this grain-like texture to it. Get yourself some wine at eataly and explore elsewhere

This is located inside of the the Park MGM but has an external entrance and is open to the public . The sandwiches are so so good. I ordered the Cotto latuga e senape; its on focaccia bread and has prosciutto, lettuce and mayo..super fresh!! The focaccia bread was so soft and fresh I ended up going back the next day to get another. I deducted two stars because the staff is extremely rude. I was attempting to ask a question to the young lady that was writing the menu on their board and she was very short, snappy. I've never experience anything like this. The cashier was also very rude (a lady) . They are in dire need of customer service training .
