My Jeep was broken into by braking the back hatchback window. This happened 11/5 between the hours of 8 pm to 9am. My large suitcase & 2 tote bags were stolen. La Quinta did nothing to help us. Also a man said someone stole his 5th room while he slept, some time. I was returning from Orange County CA, after staying there for 4 months. I had to leave stuff in my logged Jeep on their property. I was in the middle of a move back to Idaho. Hotel machines; ice machine, juice machine did not work. Elevator was all a mess, needs to be clean & painted. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. All of La Quinta has lost our business as well as many of our colleagues, company business!

What a disgusting hotel. We used to come here every year. This time it was filthy. The corridors and rooms smelled like they had not been cleaned. Grime pretty much everywhere. Bath tub not clean, carpet dirty. We saw no cleaning staff at all during our stay. We had hoped to use the hot tub, but were informed it was broken. Asked about luggage carts; desk clerk just said, "I don't know." Terrible experience.

In my experience, all La Quinta's I have stayed at, have been consistently good at keeping their rooms clean and tidy. This La Quinta seems to be the exception to that experience. We got a suite thinking it will be nicer and bigger. It was bigger, but came with several challenges. The separate bedroom window darkening curtains did not close all the way keeping the blaring light in the parking lot diffused in our room throughout the night. In the morning, the sun came right in the room waking us up with a headache and an unrestufl sleepless 2 nights!Being located right next to the freeway, we heard cars, trucks and motorcycles passed by all night. The bathroom had blood spots upon entrance. The toilet paper had blood spots on the side. The carpets were dirty and looked like they weren't vacuumed at all. The sofas looked like from the '70s, stained in dirty. To top it off, the towels they provided smelled awful. I've never taken a shower and then smelled after wiping myself down. Disgusting is an understatement. Not meaning to sound sexist, but being a guy, I don't get disgusted that often. This hotel surely was the exception. I did not put my foot on the floor and ended up not showering the second day.I've stayed at all types of hotels, motels, and hostels in several countries including 3rd world countries. I have to say, this one definitely is in the top three most disgusting places I've ever stayed! The positives; there's lots of parking and it's fairly centralized, so you do have access to restaurants and stores. As a conclusion, instead of a sorry to hear about your experience reply from the hotel, i'd much rather have the hotel take geniune initiatives to change their oversight into housekeeping and guest services, and create a better experience for their guests.

Here for another follow up Doctors specialist appointment from the damage "The Butcher of Havasu" did to me and this location is close to the doctors office but kind of dirty & disappointing, here's a pic of the microwave turn table, it was not cleaned neither was the rest of the inside. Dirty floors and more, try the Hampton across the street instead. The But her costs me a lot of discomfort, grief, pain & money...

The staff was friendly, but the linens looked stained or dirty. I got up in the middle of the night & the toilet wouldn't flush properly. In the morning we informed the front desk clerk. Asked clerk if we could get someone up to the room to fix & was informed there is no maintenance on the weekend. I'm sorry no maintenance on the weekend. I was offered a plunger. Would not recommend or stay again. This is the worst LA Quinta we have ever stayed at.

We were upgraded the guy said when we got there to a king suite, he said he didn't have my room ready. That this room is very nice. Oh the room was terrible furniture old worn and dirty. Bed was clean curtains were falling down we were in the suite next to the freeway and lots of lights that came in our room very bright. Bathroom had mold that they painted right over. I felt like i was in the ghetto. If that was a upgrade then i would hate to see standard. .

Everything !We used to stay here a few years ago and it has certainly declined. To start with, the room. The hot water lasted only a few minutes. The shower was disgustingly gross. Drain clogged with what appeared to be years of people's hair who knows what else. Mold on ceiling above the shower head. Now the free breakfast. Haha. Waffle mix was like water. Never did make a good waffle. Only breads and yogurts. Nothing else. Used to be eggs, sausage, and fresh fruit. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Most reviews I have read complain about prices, overcharges, cleanliness, and the lack of hospitality. But this doesn't even compare to the worst of the events that have gone down here.I came here with a sports team (mind you we had a large party of kids spread accross two floors) The first night was fine but the second night we were rudely awoken at 430 AM by a mentally ill intoxicated homeless individual. He roamed the the halls screaming a foreign language or slurring his words. He also began to bang on doors and to say the least we were terrified. This went on for an hour and we had to be up early for a tournament. We were scared to come out! He finally was escorted out by security. This was only the start of what was supposed to be a fun trip turned into a terrifying experience we hope to never be apart of again. We arrived back at the hotel at night (several hours after the man was screaming) only to have one of our athletes find her jacket missing from her room, ASSUMED STOLEN! We were also informed that one of our athletes had a guest knock on their door and say to lock their stuff up or it would get stolen, only to wake up with their room door ajar. Within the next few days bags were stolen out of rooms while they were sleeping and doors left opened. The last night we stayed here two of our athletes school computers were stolen right out of their rooms when they were sleeping! La Quinta Inn HAS DONE NOTHING TO AID US. If you want to leave with your valuables gone and mentally scarred then I would recommend you stay here!
