Definitely make a reservation or you'll have a hit of a wait. Great ambiance. They have mariachis that will play for you for a small fee. Food and drinks are delicious. Big portions too. I ordered the molcajete trio. Soo good. Recommend this place when you are in Vegas.

Food was amazing. Would recommend the Molcojete and the sushi was surprisingly fantastic. Salsa was good. Service was attentive. Ambiance was fantastic as well. Mariachi singing throughout the restaurant really transported you. One minor gripe. Brought the appetizers and sushi and entrees all at the same time. Perhaps we should have specified, but hate when you just load the table. Would recommend. Will be back. One more thing...Called to make a reservation for a large group on Tuesday for that Saturday. Hostess said don't worry about it. I was skeptical especially when I saw the packed parking lot. The inside was HUGE!

Amazing, amazing, amazing!! I came to visit my mom in Las Vegas and she brought me to La Mojarra Loca. This was a Friday during lunch and the place was packed. I felt like I was at a fiesta. They even had mariachi. Loved the ambiance, so much happening. We ordered the molcajete azteca which has grilled nopal, cheese, chorizo, chicken and steak. The steak was so savory. It came with tortillas, rice and beans. Stop reading and get going!!

Came here for a random dinner with 2 friends. We had originally planned on going somewhere else but things had changed. I had this placed bookmarked for the longest time so i was happy that we got to finally check this place out. One of our friends had gotten here earlier than us and got a table already. There was live musician's playing all night long, gradually moving area to area. Coincidentally, they were where our table was. A lot of customers enjoys the music and sang along which was fun to watch, made it hard for us to chat though...CAMARONES ZARANDEODOS (Marinated and specially grilled shrimp) (Medium vs Large) We had ordered a MEDIUM sized portion between the 3 of us. came with 12 butterflied shrimps with a pile of pickled onions in the middle and slices of cucumbers. There were 2 sauces that came with it as well. One was like green salsa verde? other was some creamy sauce. I used both. This was probably our most FAVORITE item of the night. Grilled very well and seasoned deliciously. MOJARRA LOCA (Fried - topped with mushrooms, shrimp and octopus in a spicy salsa)Deep fried whole fish topped with a delicious spicy salsa. My friend and I love eating whole fish so this was a nice treat for us, though we arent the best at eating fish very cleanly. CARNE ASADA (traditional marinated and grilled beef)To me, maybe the most depressing item we got? We had ordered this because our other friend wasn't much of a fan of seafood it seemed. The carne asada was quite "overcooked" and a bit dry. I think both the MOJARRA LOCA and CARNE ASADA comes with a choice of corn or flour tortillas. we had ordered both flour. SOMEHOW both ended up being corn tortillas. We had to ask a waiter to get us flour instead. Apparently they're specifically labeled but we still somehow got corn ones... MANGOEADA MARGARITA and TAMARIND MARGARITA. Both very delicious. Tamarind one was my favorite but the mango was also tasty but not AS tasty as the tamarind one. Overall, quite the fun filled restaurant. Food was good. Waiting for our friend from Houston to visit so we can take him here !

Yum yum yum, this is by far the best seafood place off the strip. If you're craving shrimp, lobster, oysters, tostadas or just need an ice cold michelada to cure the hangover, then this place is a perfect spot for you and your friends. Def a lot of food for two people. S/O to our amazing waitress, Miss Janet. It is mostly Spanish speaking so be aware of that Beware their salsa and chips are fire Servicio absolutamente fenomenal.
