La Madre Canyon Grille is a fantastic brunch spot that I highly recommend! Our experience was made even better by our amazing server, Jackie, who was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. She added such a personal touch to our visit, which really stood out.The standout dish for me was the Birria Benedict--it was absolutely delicious. The tender, flavorful birria paired with the perfectly poached eggs and savory hollandaise was a game-changer. It's clear they put a lot of care into their menu and presentation. The ambiance was lovely and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. However, the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to an off smell that lingered in the air during our visit. It wasn't overwhelming, but it did detract slightly from the otherwise great experience. That said, the food more than made up for it, and I'd definitely return to try more items from their menu. Don't skip the Birria Benedict--and if you're lucky, you'll get Jackie as your server!

In my opinion, this place is trying very hard to be a fancy restaurant -- which is nice, don't get me wrong. The high ceilings, how it looks clean inside, etc all look very nice. The number #1 issue is service & hospitality. At 9:10 AM, we entered the restaurant. Also, idk if it was just that day, but it smelled like sewage inside. As soon as you walk in, it's like wooosh *sewage smell*There were other people in front of us, there was a guy in the front (I'm assuming he was the food runner, not a host/server). He made no eye contact and did not greet us. We kinda just assumed that he meant for us to follow him when he started moving forward because he still didn't talk to us. Then, he handed the menus to another woman, and we were so confused as to who to follow because-- again, no directions or acknowledgments happened.. She did greet us a little and led us to the table. No one greeted us at the table, but someone did drop 2 waters off at 9:15 AM. 2 mins later, our server came to our table and said "Hi, sorry for the wait. What would you like?" ...We said our orders and all that, but I just thought that that wasn't very nice. Her tone of voice just wanted to get it over with. I get it-- maybe she was doing other stuff, but maybe a little "Hey, how are you? I'm ____. Can I get you started with _____?" Or something like that would've been kinda nice. She never introduced herself or asked us if we've ever been here before or anything. At 9:23 AM, I received my latte, and 10 mins later, our food was dropped off. It's okay to ask guests if they want dessert or a pastry when it's after or getting closer to the end of their meal, but our server asked us in the middle of our meal. She asked us if we had room for a pastry.. We were actually super confused because we were nowhere near done with our dishes.. We kindly declined her and continued eating our breakfast. At around 9:56 AM, she dropped off our bill and when she came back after charging us, there was no eye contact. I can't remember what she said, but, at least, she said something to us before she left. At the end of the day, we were just looking for breakfast, and honestly, our expectations weren't that high in the first place. All in all, it's not a very special place that stands out really, but the food was decent & the interior looked nice. There's lots of space, so it's good for large parties. I don't think we'll really be coming back-- not that it matters, we're just 2 customers and that doesn't really mean anything because there are so many customers in 1 day alone, but then again, that's just my opinion.

First time here and of course I had to come for brunch! The inside is spacious and allows for plenty of customers. I came Sunday morning and did not have to wait at all to get seated. There are plenty of windows to let tons of natural light in! On display near the front are all of their pastries but my date and I had other flavors on our mind.My date got the smoked salmon on a bagel, her favorite dish from La Madre and I got the al pastor hash, which is something I have surprisingly never seen before and knew right away I had to order it. Her smoked salmon as always was delicious and my hash was the same. My hash had a touch of heat and sweet, due to both the fried serrano and the pineapple. It was a great dish and plenty filling. We both got mimosas and I made sure to get mine unlimited. Let me tell you, the service here is what took this place from 4 to 5 stars. As soon as I was done with a mimosa, and I mean AS SOON, someone was at our table filling my glass and asking which juice I wanted to try next. They even had my second on standby for when I finished my first glass. You rarely see that type of service in a fancy restaurant on the Strip let alone a suburban brunch spot. Good service tends to stand out in this day and age because so few restaurants have it. Well done La Madre.

Potatoes were crispy and soft and the pastor really good tender and great flavor the eggs cooked perfectly. The birria tacos were really good! Crispy, a little spicy, great flavor the dipping sauce was full of spice, tang, not too salty full of flavor and the pumpkin French toast! Ahh i could have that every morning!

Excellent value for the food quality and service. Food was flavorful, hot, plated beautifully and equally delicious. Our server, Bravo, was pleasant, professional, informative and attentive. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the Chicken & Waffle with the Sausage Gravy on the side. I was equally happy with 3 poached eggs, an extremely tasty hollandaise, chicken sausage and the roasted potatoes were so good, I shared with my husband to dip in his Sausage Gravy. This was our first visit and we'll definitely be back in the comings weeks. Cheers!!

Our ladies HH group chose this restaurant for our monthly gathering. The fact that it was 5 pm and no one else was in the restaurant enjoying happy hour did not deter us. We were greeted by our server, George and his trustee assistant Tanya, and they both proceeded to make our time there very memorable. We started with beverages and their house cab for five dollars a glass was outstanding. A few of the ladies opted for a lemon drop and a margarita that was over the top, both unusual and delicious. Our appetizers that we chose were fish tacos, chicken sliders, as well as beef sliders, and extremely large mozzarella stick with marinara, truffle fries and nachos with Beria on the side. Honestly, everything was so yummy. I would highly recommend any of these dishes. The one that was the most outstanding in my mind was the mozzarella stick which was probably over 12 inches long. Very ingenious and a nice twist on ordinary mozzarella sticks. We didn't choose dessert because at this point we were really full, but they sent us out a round of lemoncello shots which were so good and such a nice touch. I can't wait to go back to try their breakfast which I hear is wonderful.
