La Luna Tea and Dessert Bar

Great and beautiful spot! Pretty and fun desserts. Lots of options for milk teas, coffees, drinks, etc. Came in on 2/22/25. It was my first time and I've heard about this spot for a while, as I'm a simple coffee girl (sbux nitro cold brew or caramel macchiato with almond milk girl). My son took me here for my birthday. He's been here before. He suggested I try the famous dog cake. Funny, I didn't want to get it because I didn't want to "hurt or eat" the dog lol (I love dogs so much). So I opted for the Cappuccino Cake. My son got a Hokkaido milk tea and some macarons. Service was very long, but we had a place to sit while waiting. I was able to check out the place, and thought it was real cute and pretty. I got my cake slice. It was good. But small. I tried my son's tea and it was good. He also ordered a Velveteen cake and milk tea for his girlfriend to go. We had a nice time here.

Always a spot we go to for some tea, lattes or desserts! Though it can get busy trying to sit inside because of the collegestudents, we somehow make it work ororder our drinks to go! They open late till about 11pm.

La Luna is a very atypical Cafe with a weak theme and okay desserts. My partner and I were in the mood for something sweet so he wanted to try this establishment that was a 15-minute drive away. He had tried one of their desserts before and he remembered it as being pretty decent. I agreed and we left Summerlin and I was excited to try La Luna.It's one of the few coffee houses that's open late so it was quite busy on a Saturday night. Unfortunately the furniture is quite uncomfortable. The couches have been worn down and they are flat and really low. The furniture is cramped in there so it as difficult to get comfortable and it feels very crowded.It has a moon theme on one wall which embraces the whole La Luna concept but the rest of it is generic coffee House fluff. Street signs? Random gears? Okay. I'm not sure what that has to do with the moon but whatever.This unfortunately suffers from the typical Asia coffee House curse of having some really cute and pretty desserts that have zero flavor. The mango and coconut dessert looked absolutely luscious but that is a legit straw in the middle of it. They easily could have used a bit of pastry or something that would have been a nice touch instead of a piece of plastic hanging out in the middle of the mango. Speaking of the mango, there's not much mango flavoring nor is there a lot of it in the shell, I would say it's about a quarter of the actual contents. The cream that they used in it was weak and did not have a strong flavor. Absolutely do not recommend. The flavoring on the chocolate and cappuccino cakes was okay with nothing remarkable about them. But they both suffered from being dry towards the center because they are randomly sliced and hung out with no cellophane + nothing to keep in the moisture. As you get from the tip to the back of the cake slice it has more moisture and the flavor improves but it's just a shame.I had the passion fruit slush and it was weak. Nothing but sugar and honestly the passion fruit popping boba was the best part of it.I tried to chat to get to know the cashier a little bit to get a feel for the cafe and I even told her it was our first time there but she was so busy that she gave zero customer service.They actually gave us the wrong cake which we took a bite out of and realized it was chocolate instead of cappuccino. The one good thing is that she apologized and gave us the cappuccino and told us to enjoy both cakes. So I appreciate that. Overall it's not great but it's nothing I would ever drive from Summerlin to go to. There are much better options in Chinatown and better drinks close by.

La Luna offers diverse menu of beverages and sweet dessert treats. Drinks and desserts are not just pleasing to the eyes but it tastes good aswell. Cashier, who also takes your orders was patient and nice. Place is cozy perfect for casual dates, studying or chilling with friends over a good cup of teas and their specialty drinks

This place just isn't for me. Been here twice and although the desserts are gorgeous and really make you think you are eating something else, what you are actually eating are desserts which are very mild, under sweetened, and sometimes almost flavorless. I actually don't mind the pricing of the desserts since they are so beautiful but the flavor just isn't there. The inside is nicely decorated and a bit whimsical with a giant mural of a moon and comfy, albeit really low to the ground chairs. It's not a small dessert shop but there are so many tables and chairs, so close to each other, that it always feels very crowded, even if only a few people are in, let alone when it is actually crowded. A lot of people seem to like La Luna, but for me, my second time here was also my last.

Nice cozy place to chill when you're in Vegas and craving for some Asian-style dessert. It's off the strip.Service is pretty fast, seats are limited.Taste wise.. it's ok... little pricey. I prefer suzuya for desserts.

Their Brûlée Milk tea is a must!This has been my go to spot for brûlée milk tea in Vegas. It's a great balance between the milk tea and the sweetness from the crème brûlée. You can always adjust the sweetness level but regular sweetness is fine with me. Ambiance is nice and cozy for a get together or study spot. For the size of the cafe, it has a good amount of seating. Besides drinks they have a great selection of pastries. The most notable ones to me are the chocolate cake and matchamisu.

What a great little spot for a coffee! The folks who run this place a so friendly and pleasant to interact with. The coffee was delicious and hot. The service is spot on and very good. Coffee delivered to your table or couch. The ambiance is relaxed and comfortable. This is a great spot to spot after dinner for a coffee and potentially a pastry.

As a regular at their Eastern branch, I recently came across this location and decided to give it a try. The seating area here is much smaller than the other branch, with tables packed closely together, but despite that, it still has a cozy vibe. I visited on a Thursday night, and the place was pretty busy, which speaks to its popularity.The desserts here are absolutely stunning--almost too beautiful to eat, but of course, you'll want to once you get a taste. My personal favorite is the Puppy Mousse, which is always a hit. I also tried their Brûlée Milk Tea this time, and it did not disappoint. The flavors were rich and satisfying.The staff was friendly and attentive, which added to the positive experience. One thing to note, though, is that they charge an extra fee for credit card payments, so be prepared for that. On the upside, they offer a loyalty program where you can sign up with your phone number and earn points with each purchase, ultimately getting free drinks.All in all, it's a great spot for anyone who loves beautiful, delicious desserts!

We ordered via DoorDash but wanted to come on here to share the same review. Wow! The cheesecake was so smooth and creamy. Had the right amount of crunch from the graham cracker crust. The cheese chiffon cake was also very good. Light and fluffy and not too sweet. Will definitely order again!!
