My friends and I had brunch at La Cave on our most recent trip to Vegas and we had a pretty decent experience. At $54 per adult, La Cave strikes a good balance between price and quality for all you can eat brunch on the strip. If you can, I would definitely recommend getting a reservation, as the line can get quite long on weekends and they might not be able to easily accommodate large groups. After my group sat down, trays of food were brought to our table within a few minutes of settling down. There was quite a bit of inconsistency in terms of seasoning across the different brunch items. For example, the short rib hash was far too salty, but the filet mignon eggs benedict was under-seasoned. Similarly, the angus mini burgers were over-cooked and unders-easoned, but the NY egg sandwich was well-assembled and well-cooked.Service was rapid-fire during the first 30 minutes of our meal, but fell off a cliff afterwards. It was very difficult to get service afterwards and food items stopped being brought over as well. Our waiter told us at the beginning of our meal that we could place an order directly with him if there were specific items on the menu that had not stopped by our table. However, this ordering experience was pretty poor. After placing our order for fruit cups and yogurt parfaits, it wasn't until about 30 minutes later that we received our food. By then, all our plates and utensils had been cleared off the table, so we actually had nothing to eat the food with.Overall, I am happy with the price I paid for my meal. However, don't expect the best of the best for brunch at La Cave.

Visited over MLK Jr. weekend while in town for the weekend. The place was packed and the ambiance was good but not too loud and obtuse. I assumed it was because the food must be good. Boy was I right!!Everything from the Meatballs to the Ahi to the Sirloin to the drinks were delicious and well presented. Our servers Felix and Jon were very attentive and recommended good plates to try as it was my first time there. Great experience and I would definitely recommend and I would visit again next time I'm in Las Vegas.

Had reservations, seated right away, overall good service. The restaurant itself was dark but fun for a group. Flat bread was perfectly thin but the garlic aioli carried the flavor. The sliders could have used more bbq sauce. Drinks were pretty good as well. Overall it wouldn't be my first choice option to eat at but nice for celebrations. Note prices were as expected for a place in a Vegas hotel but this restaurant is owned independently and not by the Wynn so you can't redeem Wynn food credit here!

I'll start by saying that I'm not sure why this place doesn't have 5 stars,I read about the brunch on yelp and decided it was a must try since my old go to has gone downhill. We walked up and put our names down for the 9:30 opening brunch slot. The hostess was kind, full of information, and so happy to help. We were seated in a stunning dining area next to an open window overlooking a lovely tree, the pool, and the sphere. This brunch is seated with food offerings brought to you which is essentially like heaven. The service was exceptional by not only our main waiter but also by every food waiter and our water filler. I opted for the bottomless beverages (yes you can switch between all of them which is unusual and the options aren't just the same ol same ol) and went with mimosas. My glass was never empty and they weren't stingy with the pours. The food was also exceptional. Everything was cooked almost to perfection even after sitting on trays going around the room. Standouts for me were the cream cheese pancakes, the hash, and the grits. The only downfall was the filet Benedict which was a little mushy but I think it's because they forgot to come around to us with it and we got the last bit. This will 100/10 be our new brunch spot because of the relaxed nature, the exceptional service, and the drink options. The only way it could be better is if they added pre-cracked crab legs!

The food was awesome, service was great. Ambiance was cozy. I recommend the sea bass, the Hamachi and the s'mores pizza for dessert.

A lovely evening at La Cave in The Wynn. Love the renovations. An amazing wine list. I had one of the red wine flights. A great way to try different wines from different regions, etc. I appreciate the vegan options. I had the beet salad and impossible meat tacos. So good! My husband had the Caesar salad and lamb chops. Service was great. Sommelier was helpful and our waiter was attentive and pleasant. Ambiance is quiet and romantic. Highly recommend.

I can't give this place high enough of a rating to justify the incredible ambience and service here which is unparalleled to any other place in Vegas. Gordon Ramsay's used to come close, but throughout the years this place has had more consistent quality food. Top notch staff and I have never been disappointed With the wine selection or the quality of meats. This is my favorite place in Las Vegas. Tell them Dr. Lemper you!

Our first course was French onion soup which looked great, but was probably the worst I have ever eaten. Thin with an amazing shortage of onions. The next was a flatbread pizza, which was OK but took forever to get to us. I won't go into the individual desserts because none of them were very good. The service was good, but the restaurant was dark and very noisy.

Wanted an easy place to eat before heading to the Sphere for a show. The front rooms offer a nice atmosphere. The back room overlooking to pool is okay at night. Espresso martini was good here. We ordered light bites. The prices on the menu seemed descent, but that's because of the portion sizes. We ordered the beet and burrata salad. It was a bunch of greens and a few pieces of beets with a mid size ball of cheese. I expected more beets for the price. I think if you get the pizza then you probably feel like you get more for your money. Not sure I'd be back for dinner given all the options Wynn has.
