My boyfriend and I celebrated Valentine's Day at La Casa Juliette, and let me tell you--it was the moment. This place is gorgeous inside. It's got that dim, moody lighting that makes everyone look 20% more attractive, little tea light candles flickering on the tables, and an overall vibe that says, "Yes, you deserve this level of ambiance."The service? Impeccable. Every single person we encountered was smiling, attentive, and genuinely happy to be there - no dead-eyed, "I hate my life" energy in sight. That alone deserves five stars. Now, let's talk food. We started with the chips and salsa, and let me just say, these were not your standard chips. They were huge, with a different texture than I'm used to - crispy but almost flaky? Hard to explain, but delicious. The salsa was deep, rich, and full of actual flavor, not just tomato puree with a personality crisis. For drinks, I got the horchata, which was served beautifully (yes, I was that person who took a picture), and it had this slightly earthy, cinnamon-y goodness that I really enjoyed. My boyfriend, meanwhile, spotted Pliny the Elder on the beer list - aka the unicorn of craft beers - and immediately locked in his order. For mains, he went with the chicken enchiladas, and I had the suadero-style brisket. Huge portions. Like, "I should've worn my stretchy pants" portions. The rice was flavorful (not just an afterthought), and the refried beans? They had little bacon bits in them. Bacon. Bits. In. The. Beans. I'm honestly not sure why every place doesn't do this. The restaurant was spotless, the prices were reasonable for the experience, and it was busy enough that I was grateful we made a reservation. La Casa Juliette is a solid date night pick, a great spot for foodies, and overall, just a place that makes you feel good about your life choices. Highly recommend.

Ahhh La Casa De Juliette..My family and I took a leap of faith and found this place on a whim. I am hardly ever thrilled with Mexican restaurants, and the one major thing I enjoyed out of everything was the beautiful ambience and decor. As my family would agree. Wednesday evening, no wait! We are greeted and seated in the snap of a finger. There didn't seem to be anyone working up front. Therefore everyone rowing in a small ship is what it seemed like. Though nobody lacked anything. The service was fine. I appreciated that the server acknowledged my children and took their orders first to get them fed quickly. Quesadillas with fries. We ordered the guacamole with chicharrones.8/10*fresh and great choice of spices addedSteak Fajitas 4/10*too expensive for what it was*burnt and very chewy Beef Enchiladas 4/10*the choice of sauce is different (not recommended)We appreciated everything for what it was.

It is a beautifully decorated restaurant with some outdoor seating and a great dining room and bar area. I was there for a private event, with a set menu. I will say that the beet salad and the steak were exceptional. My only complaint would be that the dishes suffered from "doing too much". The dishes all had maybe one too many ingredients. Less would have made this a five star. Overall, I would go back. But, maybe a little restraint is necessary. Service was wonderful.

I was browsing yelp looking for a dinner place, wanting something new, not far, and not too expensive. I saw this place popped up and it looked so good, the food was unique looking and the vibe looked very chic but I was worried my group, just coming off playing sports didn't met the vibe or whatever. But as luck would have it, they bounced out so it was just my husband and I. He encouraged me to pick some place new and different so we went here!Arriving around 6pm on a Saturday the restaurant was full. I had no reservations but 2 spots were open at the bar. I had no idea this place took over the old Chicos. I went there once and it honestly sucked. This place I am happy tobsay has completely transformed itself for the better. The decor is so beauitful, it feels like being on the strip without being on the strip. The bartenders who served us were prompt on service and filling my water glass.I started with the vampire tacos and then shared the meat platter. The meat platter is for sure enough to feed 4. The brisket was by far the best meat.I saw the rose dessert and just had to try it. I've traveled all over the world and I have never had anything like this before. Idk how to discribe it but refreshing and different. And the beat part, the couple next to is noticed I'm pregnant and they congratulated us. The bartender overheard and mentioned all the Margartias could be made non alcohol and they gave us a cute little chocolate gelato to say congratulations.See this little gestured was very sweet. I haven't left the house in a long time cause I'm getting ready for baby. So I really wanted to get out and have a date night. This restaurant delivered on all fronts, I left so happy. Will be coming back!

I love the area they are located in, very new and fresh and cute. The interior is beautiful inside. It doesn't even feel like you are in Vegas and something you would see at the strip. Our server was fantastic and extremely kind and attentive to us. He had good suggestions. They have a good array of drink options. However, I wish they had more options for those who don't eat red meat and I have a shrimp and avocado allergy. So, there wasn't a lot for me to choose from. The queso fundido was amazing. Probably the best I've ever had by far the melt on the cheese was perfect. For the enchiladas I preferred the cheese over the chicken. The chicken wasnt as tender as I expected but it was seasoned good. Our server did bring us a dessert item that was very delicious, I'll probably come again for the drinks.

After checking out videos on social media of this place, my expectations and excitement were high, especially due to their cocktail menu (I love me a good espresso martini). We made a reservation for 3 on Friday night at 730. We arrived just around 730 and were told by the host the party prior to us were just wrapping up. We waited about 10 minutes before being seated. We started with cocktails, espresso martinis and carajillo which turned out to be the better portion of my experience here. We ordered an assortment to share - queso fundido, tostopos y chicharrones, adobo papas fritas, esquite with bone marrow, and Hueso de Chupacarbra. The chicharrones tasted like they were straight out of a bag, while the carne asada on the chupacabra was extremely dry and overcooked. The rest of the food was mediocre at best. The service was... strange, mostly our server just seemed odd. He was confused while taking our order as if he wasn't familiar with their Spanish menu. While switching courses from our appetizer to main entrees, he failed to bring back fresh plates after clearing our table. At the end our meal, my credit card was returned to me with sticky residue on the back. His mannerism overall was unfriendly and made us quite uncomfortable. Not trying to be negative, but a restaurant of this caliber should be providing better service. Though I was not a fan of the food and service, I did like the ambiance, from the outside it clearly portrays fine dining with a large bar and dim lighting throughout. Anyway, I left feeling uncomfortable with a disappointed stomach and with $200 less in my pocket.

Very nice decor the ambiance was excellent 5 stars. The service amazing 5 stars. The margaritas with shaved ice second to none 5 stars. Now for the main event. The food. The carne asada was absolutely spectacular 5 stars. The Chicharrón and Guacamole a great combination 5 stars. The rice excellent corn excellent. The queso cheese was too thick and did not have the authentic queso creamy flavor expected 3 stars. The carnitas although made correctly was too lean causing the meat to be dried out. That dish needs fat and some natural juices heavily poured. 3 stars unfortunately. This will be a 5 star restaurant legitimately if they get those dishes right. I hope the brisket has some fat in it. I haven't tried it yet. Il re review after I go back for a second visit. Still 4 stars.
