La Bonita Supermarkets

My new favorite grocery store in Las Vegas. Ceviche all day...shrimp, fish, shrimp and mango. The meat counter has an amazing selection of fish, poultry, pork and beef. They have whole octopus and scallops. The fresh tortillas, guacamole and salsa as well as a fresh juice bar and a counter with burritos and tacos. I thought that the produce department was really good, lots of peppers and fresh fruit you can't find at other spots. Aside from other major brand names they have so many great personalized products to shop.

I normally drop by the juice place almost every other day to get a fresh fresh juice and every time the ladies making them juices have such a bad attitude it's like they hate working there but they have to be there as much as I try to be nice to the ladies there is always something with them You finally trigger me to leave them my review. Such a bad customer service always have a bad attitude. Katherine I believe is her name

They have some good fruits and but no phone line to call them when they made a mistake, I spent over one hundred dollar one my bag was missing, I ask the clerk but she claim it was and for next person to get home and find out it was mind, I went back to went through alot to speak manager who pull a record you can barely see and said was my item but that was chicken wings, not chicken feet. Not sure because I was black they way they look at me, or just didn't what to honor their, error. The man before was mad too. I will go to the market across the steet. I see all the complaints, this not good service.

If you want veggies and fruits this is the place to go everything is priced right or not because it's way lower than the other supermarkets price's don't forget the bakery too it's fresh and great selection the other thing you would want to check is their wide variety of cheeses

Quiero hacer una queja por el mal servicio que recibe por su manager blanca en la tienda Lake mead y civic center. Todo fue porque compré una agua fresca para mi mamá y la cajera no cero bien el vaso y mi mamá se mojó toda incluyendo el plato de comida de mi hijo. Cuando fui al caja 12 hacer mi queja la señora blanca fue muy grosera. Diciendo que era responsabilidad del cliente que la agua del vaso esté bien cerrado. Yo le dije que no era forma de hablarle asi que soy la cliente.. Aún así me habló como que me estaba haciendo un favor. Por los clientes los empleados tiene trabajo.

Doordasher picked up my grocery, he had it on the back, when he open the door for me to get my grocery, it smells like weed, and he had my grocery bags with dirty shoes and clothes, this is disgusting, I don't even feel safe to used my grocery, there goes 100 + to the trash , la bonita employee should take the grocery to the dasher car and see

The kitchen workers are soooo slow they messed up on my to go order of flautas and was kicking out other orders before remaking my order 35 minutes later for 3 flautas

This store chain is the worst!!! I will give them that in all the locations they are very consistent with bad customer service and the damn attitude and facial expressions. For instance at the food counter or meat counter they get really bothered if you ask them for certain piece of your liking. If you ask for assistance it's the most inconvenience to them. I don't understand who is their hiring team or managers but they definitely need a whole new restructure in that department. I really do hope the owner steps up and does something to really get a better service for his customers they have good produce, Dairy counter and bakery other than that they need a lot of other changes.

the food place has terrible customer serviced the cuban lady or whatever she is is terrible didn't help me and my aunt at all had an attitude the whole time and was unprofessional place doesn't even respect fellow hispanics no one's safe here

Went to this store today to see if they had a can of menudo . So when i walked in i asked the cashier were do u have the menudo in the can at? She tells me im not sure. So walked away and found another employee that was stocking the shelfs and i asked him do u know were is the menudo located? He tells me what is that? I tell him menudo in the can from Juanitas . He tells me i don't know what that is . He then just stands there and dosnt say anything to me and just points and says nothing. How are u stoking shelfs at a store and not know where products are at. Rude people working here. Wont Be shopping here anymore
