When you're from Hawai'i and want to eat local fast food, L & L is an option. This location is very accommodating and after 10 full plate orders, you get $10 off. It's worth it. My favorite is the garlic shrimp. The only thing is I wish they had homemade hamburger for their Loco Moco.

My goodness!!! I live right next door to this place and have ordered it 100 plus times last time was roughly a month ago and I noticed that the food wasn't as good as usual. Today gave them another try and it was the worst Hawaiian BBQ I have ever had and all we order was Katsu and Musabi got some free sesame balls wich halve we're burnt so bad they just crumbled the Rice was so cold and gritty and soft it felt like what I would imagine rice that was weeks old. They just lost a customer tonight I don't know what's going on but I am not waist if anymore money or time with this place, to many other places in the area. Place is bad stay away!

Really great food! The host seemed kinda side tracked or busy, but maybe they were just slow. They totally didn't didnt expect someone to order something at 3pm while they were changing the grill (totally fine. working in foodservice downtime and slow hours will happen!) the resturant itself is small, so if youre bringing a big party its a seat yourself place so get there before dinner or lunch rush. If you're just like me wanting some good spam musubi, and bbq beef plates that put you back in Hawaii; they're great. Could absolutely also eat an entire home depot bucket of their macaroni salad. I probably can't. But mentally, Its so good I want to. Ive ordered takeout as well online just so I could compare if its any different than ordering in person; and its not. Portions stayed the same, sauces and sides too. Some places unfortunately will skimp out on your meal when you're ordering online, and they're definitely not "doordash taxing" you here.

I want to start by saying that I work in a job that requires me to drive all over town every day, that being said I have visited almost every L&L location. I have never had a good experience at this one. It is by far the worst one out of all of them, there is a young woman that works the register that gives horrible customer service, she will roll her eyes at you for simply asking for Sriracha and will walk over to get it very slow. There has been times I ordered a chicken Katsu musubi and it was not cooked all the way. There is another location L&L about 10 minutes away in Centennial that is 10 times better than this one. Dont waste your time going to this location

I don't normally leave reviews but I want to save anyone from spending their money here. I ordered the Chicken Katsu and the chicken was anything but white on the inside. The color and smell of the food was very unappetizing. It was grey and seemed to be past its expiration date. I had a couple pieces and tossed the rest away.
