Never knew this kind of place existed. Kids Quest is a convenient way to drop of your kids for a date night or to just allow them to have a fun filled day. Kids Quest at Red Rock Casino is located right by the movie theater entrance. It provides the kids with safe and fun place to run around and play while you go and do what you need to do. Everything is pretty new and well kept from games they have to play areas etc. They have plenty of staff that will watch the kids and keep em safe. The place charge you around $13/hr. They have options for the kids can get snacks and food whenever they get hungry. Whatever they get will all get calculated when you are checking out. We've used their services few times thus far and I must say, its been a smooth experience. They do have a 5 hour max limit per day so keep that in mind. It's not all day.

12/23/2023: First night, admitted my 2yrs 10 month old stepson into Kids Quest at 7pm, Wife was worried just due to separation anxiety. Good thing is that we never got a call to pick up our son due to any issues. Came back at 11:45pm to pick him up, but he didn't want to leave...which is a good thing! 5 huge stars for Riley, that really made our son's day. 12/24/2023: Now this is when there were issues. First of all..I think Kids Quest may need to hire staffs that actually do love to be around kids. Riley wasn't there, so that was a huge bummer. Dropped off our son at 1:30pm, got a call back at 3:30pm, keep in mind that my fiance and I were at the strip, trying to spend time together alone. We got a call that our son was crying for the past 2 hours. So from the time we dropped him off, I guess he started to cry. I felt like they need to schedule more staff to at least go more hands on with the toddlers. The older kids pretty much can take care of themselves. When we arrived, we saw him walking around looking so sad, saw his mom and that big ol' smile came out. Meaning he was pretty much ready to leave. Kind of left a bad impression, especially the day staffs. Anyways Riley, Riley needs to get a promotion, more pay or something. Our son had so much fun and pretty much inseparable with her. Riley should be an example of who they should hire at this center. Should I give it another shot? I'm not sure..

We were taking our son to Kids Quest for the last year and had no issues. Our son is allergic to eggs and all dairy products, so they have allowed us to bring food for him, which he eats when he's hungry. Today was a different story. They told us about a "new policy" where kids (with allergies) can't bring their own food, and staff will mandatorily feed the kids every two hours?! We don't believe kids with allergies should be ousted and fed food that can cause serious harm. Not a fan anymore. This was at the Red Rock location.

Staff here is AWFUL. They will make up any and every excuse not to watch kids. While kids are in there the workers will be seen walking around in circles not even paying attention to the kids. Staff is not nice or friendly to parents so I can only imagine how they are with kids. ****Also, VERY poor management by Darlene the Director of this site. Admitted to never answering the phones, lied about conversations she had with me in regards to my reservation, and spoke very poorly(basically crap talking) her workers about being young and lazy.****It's probably best if corporate got rid of the people from the top and hired workers who are actually good with kids. Maybe that also comes with more pay for them? Idk? But something has got to change. Awful place.

Clean , fun, safe place! Kiddo had a blast. It was during non busy day. We got a heads up on how it gets packed and one of the busiest kids club. We anticipated a line , but that day , there was less crowd. My advice just anticipate for things in advance, and probably it's much better if your kiddo is 6 up! Overall lil dude had a blast on the free arcade , played basketball and made friends! While we get some R&R. Shoutout to Bianca who was the sweetest at front desk! Kiddo wants to comeback soon!

I'm glad the staff called me today and spoke to me about the concerns I had which is why she was crying my daughter did have a bowel movement at that time and the staff didn't want her to play because she had a bowel movement it could have gone all over the play area which it's understandable overall my older kids like this place so I will give it another try

I want to share info about an amazing employee at Kid's Quest inside the Red Rock Casino. Ryan from Kid's Quest should get some kind of award for his enthusiasm, patience and care put forth into making sure that my 7 year-old son Carson had an amazing time while being watched there. Ryan helped Carson shoot (and make!) several baskets while I was there observing Ryan and Carson playing basketball in the Kid's Quest gymnasium--it appeared that Ryan's assistance really boosted his confidence--something very important to an impressionable young child! Ryan, you are the best--we will be back!
