I always recommend kids quest to my friends when they need a place for their kids for a short period of time, especially because of Heaven. Heaven is always so professional, friendly and kids seem to really like her anytime we have gone. I have also been present when Heaven has had to deal with some not so nice parents and I have to say she handles it so well. It's a shame grown adults feel they need to talk down to someone because they are younger, but to see Heaven be able to handle some of the treatment those employees Receive from parents shows the patience she has and need dealing with kids and crazy adults. Thanks Heaven for being great! Thanks kids quest for providing a place to drop kids off!

We usually spend my birthday week, the 4th is July in Ensenada. But this year, with my wife being pregnant, our OB/GYN advised us not to go due to possible Zika concerns. What to do last minute?Vegas, baby! It was too short notice for our baby sitter to join us, so we remembered years ago that we used Kids Quest the last time we were out here for my birthday in 2015. Mason was only 2 then and he had a miserable experience. We were hesitant on Father's Day weekend to bring him back at 4, soon to be 5, and his baby brother, but they had a GREAT time! In fact, our little guy, who's barely 2 had an even better time. So much so, he cried every time we picked him up!Fast forward to my birthday week 3 weeks later and this time, all 3 kids were with us. Even my daughter at 8 had a blast!Mind you, at $9.95/hr, it got kinda expensive over the course of 4 days, but with a sign on special of 1 hr free/kid, and 1 hr free for every 12 hours, we got some discounts. They even change the diapers of the little ones and have juices, snacks and pizza and burgers for the kids to order as they please (extra charge of course). But for a wonderful play experience while mom and dad got to have a quiet dinner or play roulette or the slots, it was a welcome, albeit pricey, reprieve. We're back in LA again and all 3 kids are asking when they're going back! Hmmmm, I wonder if Boulder Station gives comps on Kid Quest points???

Brianne is always very sweet when I take my kids to kids quest. She engages with the kids and makes sure that my kids have the best experience. My kids always talk about how she's always sweet to them and gets to know them. Probably the best employee I know there.

Boulder locationWe are from out of town and wanted to see a movie without the kids. Wouldn't take my kids back here again. Left my 3 year old and 9 year old for 4 hours. Paid $93 dollars, and my oldest said she didn't like the place, the staff was rude and there was no super vision, and my daughter walked away with her head hurt. Here are the things my 9 year old told me she saw while there for 4 hours.*She said most of the jungle gym and Play area were taped off and they weren't allowed to play in it. * you can not walk your children back to get them settled in, nor can you get a tour of what the facility looks like.*no bathroom stall doors. She said the bathrooms are wide open so anyone who walks by has view of all the stalls, no doors on the stalls so boys and other older kids can walk by or stand there and watch you use the bathroom. She was so uncomfortable she held her pee in as long as she could before she had to use it.*no supervision or discipline, she said there was a kid who looked to be 4 or 5 throwing the hard hats. He threw one at a little boy so hard it bounced off his head and struck my 9 year old in her head. The other little boy was crying and my daughter was the only one paying attention and tried to soothe him. When she went to find a staff member the staff member didn't check on her head or the other little boy. Instead she made my child sit down and watch a movie while the kid throwing things got to keep playing. No ice pack was given or any TLC to my child or the other hurt little boy.*no supervision at all. My 3 year old was released with black paint all over her face, in her hair, her hands, arms, and all over her clothes. I asked my daughter what happened and she said some other little girl was painting my daughter. When my 9 year old saw what was going on again SHE had to ask the other little girl to stop and find a staff member to tell them she was being painted on. The staff member didn't clean my daughter up. She told my 3 year old to go clean herself up in the bathroom and then walked off. My 3 year was never even shown the bathroom to go clean up. But who let's a 3 year old in the bathroom alone to clean themselves?*no potty assistance. I told the lady at the front when I checked in that my 3 year old is potty trained, but when she plays she holds it too long and will have an accident if she can't make it to the bathroom in time. The lady assured me that wouldn't be a problem. She said they have a potty reminder set up so every 30 min to an hr someone would ask her to take a potty break. That never happened. My child was soaked in pee for the 4 hrs she was there and no one said one word to me about it. I didn't notice till we got back to our hotel. My 9 year old said my 3 year old never even saw the bathroom, no one came to check on her or ask her to go potty the whole time they were there. * My 9 year old said that the women that were suppose to watch them weren't watching anyone. They just sat down eating stuff. She said it was crazy in there like kids just run wild and no one does anything about kids fighting or being mean. She said when she would try to get there help they would just make her sit down for a movie so she stopped telling them anything because they were not helpful. I felt so bad that they didn't have a good time. Especially for the price I paid. I expected much more from this place. This place is the equivalent of Chuck E cheese minus the pizza and entertainment. Zero supervision or any kind of care from staff. BEWARE!

Was charged $10 an hour for my 21-month old son and $9.50 an hour for my 4-year old. I specifically told the lady handling the registration to give them snacks IF NECESSARY. They have high priced snacks and beverages there and they don't allow outside food/ drinks. After 1 1/2 hour when I picked up my children, my 21-month old was throwing up the snacks they fed him. I looked at the lady mad and was concerned if they forced fed him to charge me the snacks. She said he was crying a lot so they gave him snacks and juice. Now when my children came in, they were rushed into the playground and separated since they have different areas for different ages. When I picked them up they were carried out and rushed out like as if they were animals from a farm. I'm under the impression that these people don't like their jobs nor dealing with children.

Stayed at The Palms and my husband and I really wanted to use our complimentary passes for the Drift Spa together. We took a mini tour of the place (my son is 18 months old) and he immediately found a ball to play with and got on the slide. There was enough to do to keep him busy for hours. Books, cribs for naps (wow), video, toys, snacks, etc. We left him for 1 hour and he was happy as a clam while we were gone. There were 2 other kids and 2 employees. Amber was very friendly and let us know that our son will be in good hands. I brought our own diapers, sippy cup and wipes and they labeled everything as to not mix it up with other kids' stuff. I am sure they have the supplies if you don't bring your own. It was $8.25 per hour on a Sunday afternoon. The only bummer is that we should have let him play there for another hour and enjoy the spa a tad more. To be honest, Kids Quest may be one of very few reasons to stay at The Palms.

My husband and I were so hesitant to bring our 11 year old son. He has mild autism (mostly social) and we were concerned the staff wouldn't know how to deal with him. We are so incredibly grateful we found this place. Ana was incredibly kind and the staff were very welcoming. My husband is in law enforcement so he was very skeptical about the location within a 2 star casino. We stayed at the Paris Hotel so we had to Uber there. We stayed there for about an hour at the bar. We walked by just to check on him. Other than the second hand smoke you smell throughout the casino, it was wonderful. We felt very safe. We left the casino for adult entertainment for about two hours. When we returned he did not want to leave.Thank you so much for giving my husband and I chance to enjoy ourselves!
