Kenkakshen Meals

It's really nice to have a local meal prep so that you can have the freshest product. Having a chef that has fun inventive vegan meals, that are healthy, is even better. She offers delivery for an extra fee, or pick up at the veg in out on sunset. Also they make an effort to have sustainable packaging for the food, and give you reusable cold bags to bring back to them when you come to get your next order. She also has discounts for larger orders, and referalls.She's amazing at adjusting for my food allergies, which I never was able to have accomidated at the level I needed from the other companies I have ordered from. Her menu changes frequently as she is always having new ideas. Some of my favorite items are her overnight oats, especially her black forest cake version. Her parfaits are also amazing, the lemon bluberry, and cookies and cream were the stand outs so far. For main dishes, my top were her tofu sweet chili burger on a pretzel bun, mushroom shwarmas, spicy tuna mango rice bowls, and her garlicky pasta! Honestly though there are many more that gave me joy lolShe operates her company with a vision and thoughtful intentions, and I am excited to see how she keeps evolving how she shares that vision through food!

The care that goes in to these meals is SO obvious! Beautiful fresh ingredients, unique meals, professional communication, timely, and clean but scrumptious eating. Win win. We have been clients for over a year now and will continue to order weekly. Great gift idea too - for newly weds, new parents, those grieving, private dinners, events - whatever - Chef Jess is available and delivers!!

I'm so grateful for kn-käk-shn meals. Everything about them is awesome!! All the food is super tasty, made with love and intention, and highly organic! It's great knowing that every week I have healthy and tasty food for home or work... and I don't have to get recipes, shop, cook, or clean.
