The sourdough sandwich rolls!Lots of great flavors!I say YES to The Porchetta Sandwich!

Well this one was a miss. Gloves are not a replacement for handwashing. Saw staff go from register to food prep, take AirPods out of ears and go to food prep - no hand washing.Hummus was 10/10. French dip was no good. For a place that prides/sells the concept of rotisserie meats - this did not at all feel fresh. It appeared the meat for my sandwich came from the back of house prep area. It appeared (and tasted) like the meat was cooked, sliced, held cold - and then reheated to order. I could be wrong- but there wasn't any semblance of fresh to my sandwich.....$15 for a sandwich is fine - when the ingredients and preparation warrant it. I don't feel this sandwich meets either of those 2 basic criteria.

First time at Karved this week and it's pretty pricey for a sandwich shop.I ordered a Tri-Tip Beef sandwich and thought it came with Au Jus but it didn't.So I went to buy some and was totally shocked that it was $2.50 for 2oz of broth. And that was a complete rip off.Another thing that was off was that the beef on the sandwich was cold instead of hot which is not acceptable.If I wanted a cold sandwich, I would've ordered something cold.Anywho I think this place could use some improvements to draw customers back in and having cold meat when it should be hot isn't one of them. And then charging a whopping $2.50 for a side of sauce is just not a good business move. My sub with some chips ended up costing $20 and for that price I truly think it should've been better.The customer service was alright and as a rule of thumb all prices should be displayed on the menu so customers know right up front what to expect.Thanks-- but it's sadly a no for me.

Soooo good and excellent service. We got the beef tri tip, french dip, porchetta plate and the Mac and cheese. My favorite was definitely the beef tri tip it was so tasty, tender, bread soft. Just a great sandwich. Although my porchetta was a bit dry I loved the concept of the plate with rice and 2 sides. When you check it you get a free hummus and pita. The warm crisp but still soft pita was amazing. I could have snacked on this all day long. They have a cool mural wall for the kids in the back of the restaurant and just overall the staff was so friendly. Restaurant is very clean and spacious.

I visited the atomic museum with my mom and stopped by Karved for lunch. The menu offers you various options depending on your mood they have sandwiches, soups, bowls and big sides. I went for the Tri-tip sandwich with a side of mashed potatoes and my mom got the chicken cilantro soup. The sandwich comes with chips. The food was overall satisfying. Personally I felt like the bread on the sandwich could have been more flavorful or perhaps better portioned to the meat. It felt like a lot of bread. The Tri-tip itself was tasty and the mashed potatoes were delicious! The service was standard. The restaurant itself was clean in aesthetic as well as literally clean and looked after by the staff. With so many great restaurants in Las Vegas this one is a more local one outside of the strip that has lots of potential.

I visited this place one day before work, and to be honest I'll be visiting again. The lady who was at the counter was awesome. She explained the menu and concept and then told me what was her favorite thing to eat there. I really like the fact that she didn't rush me and she answered the couple of questions I had. I ordered the Karved bowl with Tri Tip and it was just what I needed. The bowl was filling. I think next time I'll order a sandwich, just to try something new.

Been looking for some good rotisserie chicken? This is the place! Clean and bright was the first thing noticed! The employees were very friendly and helpful! The menu is on the wall, and the details are there too! Pretty good pricing, healthy servings, AND it tastes great! I thought I was grown and got the spicy sauce! Beware, it's no joke! But it's amazing! Told the owner he's gained a couple new regulars! Looking forward to the next visit and we just left! lol

Arguable the best chicken I have ever had. The food here was incredible!Service was quick, decor is fun, and most importantly, I'm excited to bring my family to try!Although, honestly, I probably won't bring my family to this location due to how much this area has fallen apart.

What a great little hole in the wall place, with excellent food and great service. The menu is pretty simple but still a nice range of choices for whatever you're craving. We decided to share the half chicken and the tri-tip platters. The girl taking our order was very patient as we made our choices and chased our toddler around. Both plates came with rice, the meat and choice of two sides + a pita bread. We opted for a Mac and cheese each (one of the chefs came out to recommend it and it was great!) and one elote corn (delicious) and one roasted potatoes (a little plain and slightly undercooked but I'll air fry them at home and they'll be perfect). Each one also came with a sauce, which we got bbq and garlic sauce (more like a paste but flavorful) Another guy who I'd assume is the manager came out to see how everything was which is always appreciated. Felt like everyone delivered on friendly and helpful service. The food was a hit as we all enjoyed everything and our toddler ate huge chunks of chicken, which is always a huge plus! The portions were generous for the price which isn't always the case these days. Would definitely recommend to others! Overall we loved the meal, the meat was tender

SO GOOD!! MUST TRY IN LAS VEGAS!! I came here because it was reviewed by Keith Lee and it did not disappoint. I usually don't finish large portions but I ate it all in one sitting. Super fast service and the workers gave me recommendations!
