Outstanding. This is one of those places you go to and think "top 5 dining experiences of my life". Goes without saying, the sourcing, preparation, presentation, taste, of the omakase is top tier. But when I look back I remember fondly how connected we felt to the establishment - genuine interactions with the chef, owner, waitstaff, and other patrons in the room. That extra something that makes this dining experience sublime. There are two menus: premium and regular. Go for the premium. Yes it's nearly double (40%) more expensive than the regular but it's worth the extra price. There are two seatings: 5:30PM and 8:00PM.I won't spend too much time expounding the merits of the food here, as it really does speak for itself. It's art and pure gastronomic hedonism. Taken together I'd be back here. Absolutely stellar. Thank you Chef Eric! See you soon!

Omakase means chef's choice, typically customized to his liking utilizing the beat available and freshest ingredients that can be obtained. In Kame's case, they source their seafood, fish, fruit and wasabi from parts of Japan. All of their items are flown in the week of the reservation and are carefully selected and prepared the day of and in front of you and a handful of others who also reserved a seat. On tap we were presented with a set of eleven fixed menu items; call it an 11 course meal. The alloted time reserved for the meal: 3 hours. This gives time for the dining audience (8 of us, 4 couples) to get a glimpse of the preparation and also explanation of the origin of what we were able to put in our bellies. Here's a brief:1) starterglass like noodles with fish and caviar2) jewelry boxan assortment of fish, fish roe and uni3) sashimifresh raw fish assortment flown in from Japan4) Lobster CarpaccioSliced fresh lobster with topping of uni, roe and 13 month aged caviar5) Appetizer assortmentOyster, crispy crab, clam, tofu, tempura6) SuwaiganiFemale Snow Crab picked and sliced - sweet meat infused with unami flavor with the female eggs6) Sazae (large sea snail)Prepared sea snail meat sliced and presented in its own shell7) Sushi (Nigiri)Fresh sliced fish assortment over rice to include excellent melt-in-your-mouth uni and fatty tuna (chu toro and o toro)8) Certified A5 Waygu NabeyakiSlices of one of most luxurious beef you can get on earth that is certified and laid in a simmering pot cooked to your taste. It is like butter on your tongue.9) Uni PastaFreshly sliced truffles on top of pasta with caviar and silky uni.10) DessertCombination of light sweets including "one tree one melon" flown in from JapanWonderful and fun evening and highly recommended. Note there are different levels of Omakase and we opted for the more expensive version for our LV visit.

This will be short and simple compared to the other reviewsOur omakase experience was incredible. Service was impeccable and we left feeling connected to the staff. Every course left had us saying WOW! Their attention to detail was impeccable. This is an experience I will be recommending to every sushi lover I know. You will be spending a pretty penny here but it is well worth it. We are planning on going again as chef recommends, during the next season! Thank you so much for a wonderful dining experience. As a local it is amazing to have these incredible chefs to enjoy.

One of the best hidden gem in Vegas. It's located of the strip. We came here last night for dinner and have to said everything great. They're offering $350 per person with 7 courses or $500 per person with 10 courses and it's more like private event for each party. The food super tasty and so delicious. The servers were super friendly and attentive and the chefs so great and awesome. We highly recommended this restaurant. Great food, servers, chefs and the vibe.

Five stars simply aren't enough to encapsulate the extraordinary experience we had at Kame Omakase. From the moment I stepped into the intimate dining space, I was transported to a world of culinary excellence and unparalleled hospitality. The attentive and friendly service was exceptional, although one server did seem a bit eager to clear plates at times. However, this minor hiccup was overshadowed by the overall warmth and knowledge displayed by the chefs and the staff members. Their detailed explanations of each dish added a layer of depth to the dining experience. The restaurant itself is a masterpiece. The intimate setting with just a few other guests created a cozy atmosphere, perfect for engaging conversations with talented chefs. Their passion for their craft was evident in every interaction, as they shared fascinating insights into the ingredients and preparation of each dish. While the price point is undoubtedly high, it's justified by the sheer quality and artistry of the food. Every bite was a symphony of flavors, textures, and visual appeal. From the exquisite sashimi to the melt-in-your-mouth A5 wagyu, each course was a culinary masterpiece.Kame Omakase offers two seatings per night, ensuring an exclusive and personalized experience. Our journey began with a velvety smooth chawan mushi, a perfect prelude to the gastronomic adventure that followed. The sashimi course was a breathtaking display of freshness and artistry. The live lobster was tender and sweet, while the toro melted effortlessly on the palate. Each piece was generously cut and showcased the chef's impeccable knife skills. The appetizers were a delightful progression of flavors. The oyster was plump and briny, the A5 Wagyu Shigureni was a heavenly combination of textures, and the Kaki Age was a crispy delight. The corn tempura was a surprising highlight, with the sweetness of the corn perfectly balanced by the light batter. The katsuo tataki was a flavor explosion, with the seared tuna's rich taste complemented by the accompanying ponzu sauce. The sazae, while visually intimidating, was a culinary revelation. The sawagani crab added a unique and delicious element to the dish, challenging my preconceptions about seafood. The sushi course was nothing short of extraordinary. Each piece was a delicate balance of rice and fish, showcasing the chef's mastery of technique. The Hokkaido uni was particularly memorable, with its creamy texture and rich flavor. The softshell crab was a crispy and savory delight, while the A5 wagyu ishiyaki was a tender and juicy masterpiece. The addition of black truffle elevated the dish to new heights. The dessert was the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal. The winter melon was refreshing and light, and the hojicha ice cream was a delightful complement.Kame Omakase is truly a remarkable experience. It's a place where food becomes art and where every bite is a memory in the making.

As someone who loves sushi, I've tried almost every famous omakase spot on the West Coast, but this place is hands down the best I've ever experienced. Five stars simply aren't enough to do it justice. You can tell they use only the freshest ingredients, and there wasn't a single course that didn't blow me away. The attention to detail in the plating was like a work of art, and the explanations of each dish were fascinating. I was happy and excited throughout the entire meal. Usually, by the end of an omakase, I feel full and a bit overwhelmed, but this experience was flawless from start to finish. Chef Jiahn and server Leonie were not just friendly--they were so much fun to talk to. If you're a sushi lover, this is a place you absolutely cannot miss.

I wish I could give Kame Omakase more than 5 stars honestly. This was one of the greatest dining experiences I've ever had and I wish I could eat here everyday! The inside is pretty small and very intimate so perfect for a birthday dinner or anniversary etc. The service is like no other, you truly feel like you're the most important person when dining at Kame! I could say a million things about the food but all that needs to be said is everything was out of this world. Every single bite was like 1 step closer to heaven. Thank you Kame for such an amazing experience

It has been a while back since we went here. I looked at my reviews and did not review this place so this is a late review. This has been the best omakase experience that I had so far. The fresh quality of sushi that melts in your mouth were amazing. The drinks were good. The staff were all so friendly and the experience was worth while. It is definitely not budget friendly but definitely worth to try this place out if you are in town.
