I ordered chicken through DoorDash, and it was supposed to take an hour, so I waited and picked it up. But when I got my order, it was wrong. The portion was way smaller than what we ordered, and the taste was different. So, I called the restaurant to ask what happened.But the employee didn't offer any explanation or even an apology--he just asked, 'What do you want?' We simply asked for an explanation of what had happened. It was a simple question and not a big deal.However, he kept acting like he had no idea what we were asking. So, I asked to speak to a manager. He completely ignored that and just said they would send us new food. I agreed, but then he didn't even ask for our address. When I asked him if he knew our address, he said he didn't and asked me to provide it.Let me ask just one thing--I'm the one who paid, but I got the wrong food. So, was it our fault? This employee was the rudest person I've ever encountered in my life.+I called again and spoke to the manager. She was really nice. But I asked her, 'So, is our food being redelivered?'It seemed like she had no idea about the situation, and in the end, we never received our food before the restaurant closed.Why did he lie to us about sending the food?

Wowwww!!! I can't believe it took me this long to try Jong-Ro Chicken!! Definitely come with a group as their portions are pretty big for decent & reasonable prices. We got the Rose Tteokbokki & Original Fried Chicken. The chicken pieces were huuuuuge & so incredibly juicy & crunchy!!! Paired with the tteokbokki it was an amazing and indulgent dinner. I've went back one more time after my first visit & got the OFC again but for takeout, worker said it'd be a 20 min wait but we were in and out in under 10 minutes! It's definitely better hot and fresh but takeout was great too.

I love Korean food, and their traditional fried chicken. Recently, me and wife (2) just visited this place again, one thing that I really surprised and made me very upset that they charged you gratuity 18% and asking additional gratuity at the end of your bill. Is this now become the norm? Is this place sold to different owner? The fried chicken also taste different from I remember. Very disappointed. I won't come back for sure. I did paid 18% gratuity because I don't mind giving good tips but this is bad norms in my opinion. I can understand if more than 6 or 8. But for 2 people and I have been to this place many times too, never expect Las Vegas become like this.

Came here between lunch and dinner and had many tables to choose from to have our meal. Our server (Corey V) was very nice and answered all our questions about the menu. We enjoyed a Cass beer and Sunkist drinks. We ordered the 8 piece Korean sweet chili wings, 8 piece Korean BBQ spicy wings with two orders of blue cheese. The wings were temperature hot, spicy, big, and delicious!!! The blue cheese was cooling and creamy! The wings also came with a side of daikon radish....which I love!!! They have two big TV's inside and it was playing the channel fail Army which made us laugh. This was a great meal with leftovers for me! Yum!

Great service. Easy parking on a Sunday night. There was only my party and another at the restaurant but a few take out orders during the night.Food itself - fried chicken was standard - not the best I've ever had, but crispy and hot. Star of the show was the rose tteokbokki with onion, fish cake, sausage, and the rice cakes. The rice cakes were cooked to perfection! Good chewiness! And the sauce was delicious!If you're a party of two, it may be ambiguous to order two 8-piece chicken wings... but good for leftovers later.

I've browsed Jong-Ro on Yelp a handful of times and wondered why this place is a bit on the pricier side - they're just wings after all. I finally stopped in one evening and had my question answered. These aren't just regular wings. They're a tray full of big chicken drumsticks and thighs. I could have brought my own Tupperware of rice to complete this meal. We came here mostly for the rose tteokbokki and chicken pairing, hoping to find something similar to a dish I love back home that beautifully marries the two into one meal. It wasn't the same - I'm still on the lookout for something similar, but this experience was one of its own. First off, the portions here are huge. Again, a TRAY full of chicken. And a large bowl of tteokbokki swimming in rice cakes, fish cakes, sausage, and all the sorts. We used the rose as a dipping sauce which was pretty delicious. Aside from that, we were given the opportunity to sample all the sauce flavors and to choose two aside from the ones given with the meal. We decided to do the truffle mayo and the sweet and sour sauce. There was so much food, we couldn't finish it in one sitting. You're given gloves to avoid greasy hands and a table bucket to dispose of chicken bones. This was a great way to keep things neat and clean. Shout out to Noel for his friendliness and top notch customer service. He was so communicative with us, giving us other food recommendations in the area, letting us know that we could stay put as he started cleaning up for the night, working with us as we got free sodas from our Yelp check in. He was great, funny and fun to have around. Can't wait to interact with him again. Great spot, would definitely recommend for a one-one-one date our a group of friends. I

Adrian was most helpful and friendly in explaining the many options of the Korean fried chicken combinations. Highly recommended by Nick Lee, DPT, our physical therapist, we really enjoyed the OFC, original fried chicken, for it being moist, crispy, and packed with flavor even before using the dips! Cheers!

I had Jong-Ro delivered, so can't speak on the service or restaurant, but I can speak on the chicken, and it was delicious!I ordered half original fried chicken and half tare soy. Both were delicious! The chicken was still crispy when it arrived, even the tare soy which had a sauce on the chicken. This was your standard soy glaze. It did not disappoint. The original fried chicken came with some dipping sauce, and one was this garlic sauce that was super good if you're a garlic lover like me! For sides, we just got rice and potato wedges. Both were good and what you'd expect. Great compliments to the delicious chicken! I would definitely be interested in trying some other flavors next time I'm in town.
