Jollibee

I ordered the 6 piece bucket with mashed potatoes and spaghetti with a side of pancit palabok. The chicken was a 3.5 out of 5. Not as crispy today. And the chicken was a little dry. The spaghetti was pretty good. I didn't care for the mash and probably should've gotten rice instead. The pancit was good. My issue as well was that the price on their menu for the 6 piece bucket is $5 less than what they charged me. When I questioned the cashier at the window, she had no comment about it. I believe it's been like this for a while. They need to update their outdoor menu. I would rate a 3 based on this experience, but all of my other experiences were good.

We love Jollibees but tonight's meal was a total let down. We ordered the 6 piece chicken meal deal where you get 2 sides and 2 drinks. Got half spicy and half regular chicken. Got the Palobok too!At the dinner table, I open the top of the bucket lid and my golly Jollibees...a hair on one of the fried chickens! It's crisp and stuck to the spicy toothpick... at first I thought what is that? And while removing it, yep sure indeed was a hair fried with this chicken.What a waste and I did not want to drive all the way back to go and let the restaurant know. Wasted time, money, and dinner..

You guys need to do a better job with your staffing. Why do you have somebody on the front register who is getting overstimulated and can't answer questions. It was literally taking the person in front of me's order for like 10 minutes and then when it was finally my turn, he didn't understand anything I was asking him so I just walked out.I'm sure there are more reasons. This restaurant has such a low star rating, but I'll never be be back to figure out what those other issues are.

We came around 9:00 pm because we were craving chicken. We decided to try Jollibee for the first time and was not disappointed! We got a little of everything because we wanted to get a good idea of what they offer.Must try: The fried chicken was so fresh and I loved the spicy chicken (in bucket and the sandwich). The biscuits were yummy, but the mango peach pie is soooooooo deliciousSkip: fries, pineapple quencher (tasted like canned pineapple juice)50/50: Spaghetti - my daughter loves Filipino spaghetti, but didn't care for the Smokey flavorThe staff was so friendly and quick considering the amount of food we ordered. We will be coming back for sure

Cravings for crunchy tasty fried chicken always satisfied here. Friendly crew, Billie assisted us , was smiling & courteous. CK the manager always visible & attentive to operations. Ambiance family oriented. And always clean place.

The nicest staff of a fast food restaurant workers are here! Every single server was friendly, kind and helpful. Such great customer service. The fried chicken is also the freshest and best flavor anywhere. It's always served piping hot and delicious. Eat it with their steamed or adobo rice and every bite will make you happy! I've decided it's my most fried chicken fast food anywhere. It's world renowned too and found in so many countries! The seasoning is excellent! Their chicken sandwich is also very delicious. It's a cheerful place to have lunch or dinner! I wish we had one in our hometown! Someday hopefully! Until then, we'll be regulars at their locations in Las Vegas!

Love jollibee! The workers are always so pleasant, and the food is always delicious.It's definitely our favorite fast food fried chicken.Their new Ube pies were also delicious! We will return time and time again.

I have to say that as good as Jolibee burgers are, they are overpriced. The best deal here is their chicken bucket deal but their prices is not one that is sustainable to spend on everyday but once in awhile.

Friends were always telling me about this place so I decided to try it . I got there about 9:45 pm. I order the 12pc bucket SPICY but was told only regular was available. I then ask if they can make a batch of spicy for me and I was willing to wait. Then they told me kitchen was closed. I got back home and found out it was open till 11pm. So basically they sold me stuff on the shelf sitting for who knows how long and lies to me that the kitchen was closed. This is wrong in everyway. They had the product, I told them I was willing to wait, they just wanted to serve the old chicken that was sitting there for hours first Update the business owner reply back and instead of addressing the problem. they didn't even bring it up and ask me to visit them again soon so they can serve me another bucket of bullshit.

Chicken was crispy and very flavorful, adobo rice was good and we loved the Peach Mango pie!
