So I did not take pictures cause it's too dark. But again theme of escape the Las Vegas Strip and there gems. This is one of them. This multi restaurant sports bar located in a strip mall in Summerlin is really good. We went for the steak and lobster Saturday night special it's $25. We both upgraded the steaks for $45 to the bone in ribeye, again that's a lobster tail and a 18oz bone in Ribeye. The meat was as good as it gets no grizzle no nothing just a perfectly seasoned and grilled steak. We split an appetizer of the killer shrimp it was simple steamed seasoned shrimp they were nice size probably 8-10 count. I had the cheesy mashed potatoes served in a cast iron skillet Yum. We will repeat it's open 24-7 and has gaming and a full bar. This is for sure an amazing establishment. The service was quick we were seated right away. Thank you

When we first arrived, the restaurant smelled overwhelmingly like fish. My husband is not a big fan of fish so he almost couldn't stay, but this sent faded as we stayed longer.Our server was super nice, she introduced herself as "80" like the number. She was a great server. She made good recommendations.Our food was really good. I don't eat meat so I chose two side items off of the menu. The cheesy potatoes and the brussels sprouts were both amazing. I appreciated how the server mentioned that the brussels sprouts were made with chili oils so she wanted to make sure it was Ok.My husband's wrap was also really tasty. He ordered a hazy IPA. Even though they didn't have anything on the hazy that he was brought was really good. It was a little expensive but not too bad.

The vibe and atmosphere here at John Cutter is relaxing and social. The music also has a low laid back island, reggae-ish sound. The bar area is nice and the alcohol selection is pretty large. I brought my friends here from Houston and honestly, I am waiting to see how good the food is once it gets to our table. Its actually my first time here but Ive eaten at Als garage right next door and it was so delicious!! This spot should be just the same. Standby for an update...Okay, so, the update....The salmon and asparagus was delicious. The caesar salad was just ok. Hannah, our server, was the best. She has a good vibe, she was also laid back and helpful with all of our orders and she was very professional and polite. Thanks to Hannah for serving us today! The restrooms are nice and clean which is always great.

Service was really good. The Nachos were absolutely delicious! I would come back just for those! The soft pretzels were really good as well for an appetizer. For my entree I got the steak and lobster deal. The steak was super tender and juicy. However, I did feel like my lobster tail was a little tough. For my sides I ordered Cesar salad and Mac n cheese. The Cesar Salad was absolutely delicious. I ended up sharing it with my family at the table, because they wanted to try it for themselves. The Mac n cheese is super creepy with a little crunch on top. The ambiance is a tavern atmosphere with seasonal decor and stone walls.

John Cutter was able to get us in right away for lunch for a table of 8 people. The inside is a bit crowded and dark for me. There are booths, high top tables and sitting outside as well. They have 2 single bathroom, ATM and also bar area inside. The kitchen is an open concept and we sat right in front of it, which was a bit busy. I got the chicken sandwich and fries, it was pretty good. All the food that everyone got was great . If you are a party of 8 or more they automatically add a 20% gratuity to each bill in the group. Overall good experience and our waitress Hannah was exceptional!

I've been to John Cutter's, (including yesterday), about 10 times now and here are my thoughts. In my opinion, it is the perfect small town mid sized tavern that has an excellent menu, perfect specials and Happy Hour choices, and has always had excellent service. The ambiance is just right and for some reason, even when it's busy, the sound is never so overwhelming that you can't hear the people at your own table. Their bartenders are amazing. I always order Whiskey Sours and the bar staff is so consistent that they make it perfect every time. I highly recommend John Cutter as a nice escape on the West side of town and you are missing out if you've never been there.

Came out for their steak and lobster deal $19. You get a sirloin steak and a broiled lobster. The steak is small, but still filling. The lobster tail was overcooked in my opinion and didn't have much flavor, it did come with melted butter. We ordered fries which were really good crispy and light and my friend got a baked potato.Service was good. The place is somewhat small. I would say more like a bar environment. It was really loud, but the restaurant was completely filled. They do have outside seating, but it was a little cold to sit outside. I would definitely come to try more items.

Def worth going when they have specials. They also have a rewards program that you get $20 off your first purchase. They email you instantly and it's linked to your phone number. Both steaks in the picture are NY steaks cooked medium with the sauce on the side. They were both cooked medium but one looked larger. During the Sunday special the sides are a la carte but they come family style and they are larger than expected. I got through half my steak and half my side. They also have a kids menu and crayons for the little ones. My little one just ate my food since it's hit or miss if he will actually eat anything.

Great local spot feels very cozy insideFood is absolutely unbelievable and everything seems to be made from scratch. The staff is super nice!
