Joe on the Go Coffee

I'm not entirely sure this coffee "truck" is still open but it's worth a try if you can find them. Previously, they've been in a bookstore parking lot in Henderson on Horizon Ridge, and a friend reports that they used to be stationed outside of her church on Sundays, but their social media is inactive and their website won't load so take all that with a grain of salt.The drink menu here is surprisingly large considering their limited "kitchen" space. They have coffees, teas, and some other sweet options like sodas and shakes, hot chocolate, etc. Staff were friendly and helpful about picking a good drink to try, though I can't remember what I had specifically. Coffee quality on both visits was solid with a robust flavor and a good kick of caffeine. They also have fresh baked pastries and treats, like giant muffins and cinnamon rolls.

How cute is this trolley coffee cart that sits on Horizon Ridge, across from the post office? I originally found out about it on the next door app, and we visited with our kiddos for hot chocolate. We received friendly service and 50% off at the grand opening sale, and the regular prices are very reasonable. There's an app to preorder and rack up rewards. When we went back on Wednesday, December 16th around 6:40pm, they weren't there My kids were disappointed, and I couldn't figure out where to find out about the hours. I did see on the nextdoor app that they are only there on weekdays, which is sad because we'd love to walk there on weekends! Glad to have Joe on the Go in the neighborhood!

SUPER friendly owner and staff; GREAT coffee (iced and hot), espresso and even some lovely breakfast treats that are delicious ALL DAY LONG!! Come by 1570 West Horizon Ridge Parkway (near Copper Cat Books) 7AM - 11AM and 4PM - 7PM.....give it a try; no matter where you are, worth the drive!!

They're fantastic! Always polite, kind and attentive! So glad they're always there when I need them, refreshing Ice Latte on Sunday mornings and hot latte on Saturday nights! Thank you for always giving me the best coffee!
