We went to Jing on a Tuesday night and expected it toBe a little slower. It was...and often times when I find myself in these situations, the bartenders willBe douchebags and clearly not want us there so they can go home. Not in this case. The two bartenders in the photo I will post absolutely MADE OUR night and treated our party so well! Such great energy and smiles on their faces. The drinks on the menu are absolutely incredible and well made. I had a delicious dirty martini and my friend had a cucumber martini which was one of the tastiest drinks I've ever had. Ambience is top notch. Lighting in the entire restaurant/bar makes any photos come out SOOO beautifully. We look hot in all our photos. Haha. I swear they thought this out when designing this place. Thank you, Jing. You exceeded my expectations

My friends and I met up for dinner on a Wednesday night. It was pretty chill and not super busy at the venue. At the entrance the have a fun step and repeat/backdrop which is one of the more popular photo opps that the place offers. We checked in and got seated at our booth. We had pushed back the reservation a couple times but the staff was pretty ok about it.We were given the menus and ended up ordering a lot of appetizers plates to share among 4 people. The drinks we ordered appeared almost instantly: Tiki Mango Mojito, Lychee Martini, Jing Fashioned, I'm with the DJ. All fun names and all quite delicious. For the food, those came out almost immediately, except for the dishes we added on later. We ordered: Jumbo Tiger Prawn Cocktail, Bluefin Tuna Crispy Rice, Edamame, California Lettuce Wraps, Wagyu Sliders, Miso Black Cod, Shrimp Garlic Noodles, Tiramisu, and Macallan 18 drizzled on Creme Brulee. The Tiramisu was comped for our friend celebrating a birthday and they did a little presentation for the two desserts. All of the food was delicious and flavorful. It was also cooked perfectly. The portions we got to share were appropriate as it gave us an opportunity to try multiple dishes. With the service it was top notch and we even got to meet the chef! He had just flown in from another property that day.The vibe is nice for a little lounge feel. It is also good for people watching and nice to just get drinks. We must have stayed awhile because we almost closed the place down. I'll definitely come back to enjoy another meal here with the great service, environment, food, and the cocktails. A must do if you're in the neighborhood. Plus plenty of free parking within the area too!

JING is a VIBE!It's a great spot to meet up with friends or a date night with your Boo.The food is amazing (get the Wagyu steak) and the ambiance is bumping with people conversing and music playing. The servers are great also, attentive and knowledgeable about their menu. The wait times for food and drink are average, no long delays for anything (the times I've been there). Can't wait to go back.

Decided to come back, and it will probably be our last. Service 3/10, Food 7/10, Ambiance 10/10,Is there such a thing as over-service? Five different employees constantly interrupted our dinner. We collectively agreed, about every 3 mins, someone different asked us what we needed. It felt like we were surrounded by sharks as they hovered around our table.Plus they continually kept reaching over us to take away plates while we're still eating! My son was literally eating fries and the guy took away his plate! There were two different servers, then two different food runners hovering us, and then I assume the manager, who wore a tie. It's times like this I miss dining in Europe or Asia where they leave you alone. If you need something, you simply flag them down. For an upscale establishment, the service is mechanical and not genuine, as they just went through the motions. Even the two females at the entrance appeared this way. The Wagyu Beef Cheeseburger was OK. We did enjoy the Tuna Pizza and the California Rolls. However, I recommend only coming for drinks and the cool ambiance, and to sit at the bar.Unless their staff gets better training, we won't be back to this over-hyped spot.

Jing is an overly busy and hectic restaurant that is perfect for those who want the vibe of the strip without driving all the way down to the strip. The restaurant is a moody black and white themed restaurant with overhead neon lighting. In my opinion, it's a tad chaotic given how many wait staff they have running around constantly, but an interesting place nonetheless the less. We had a party of 8 on a Saturday night, and I was impressed with how quickly our table was greeted, brought waters, and first drink order taken. Unfortunately, that was where the speed of service stopped. After our first drinks were delivered it took quite some time for our order to be taken and we didn't see our server again for 45+ minutes. Our food came out relatively quickly, and when several at the table asked if our server could be sent back over we were shocked by how long it took for her to reappear. It was like she had forgotten our table existed. Beyond the underwhelming service, the food was delicious and very high quality sushi! I would strongly recommend the Blue Fin Tuna crispy rice and the nigiri. Unbelievably fresh and delicious! Lastly, bathrooms do not typically factor into my reviews, but it has to this time. Be warned - the bathrooms have bathroom attendants in them after a certain hour which is a personal pet peeve of mine.

Pretty little place for a date night with my husband. Ambiance was beautiful, small, cozy. I bet it's very nice in the summer too! Service was also very attentive. Food was mostly very good. I think my filet mignon was ok, nothing too special . Everything else was great.

At night on the weekends this place turns into a chic, hip environment with a DJ, but during normal weeknights, it's an elegant, contemporary dining atmosphere. It's great for both business meetings as well as casual dining. The server we had was VERY knowledgeable, very friendly and had solid recommendations. She always came to check on us and allowed us to pace the ordering and meal as we wanted. She never rushed us and that was really appreciated. We started with the Chicken Lettuce Wraps as an appetizer and it was really good! The chicken mix was nice and hot and they give plenty of lettuce for the amount of filling. For entrees, the filet mignon was great. Tender, cooked as requested and the side order of mashed potatoes was creamy. Overall - a great dish. The Chilean Sea Bass is a good portion size. It had a crisp on top and was so incredibly tender. It was one of the best I've had. It has some vegetables in an accompanying sauce. All in all - I loved it! For dessert - the Tiramisu was solid. Creamy, soft, and really tasty! The cheesecake is also good - but between the two, Tiramisu all the way!

You know when you have a really good tasting meal and that good taste lingers for a while afterwards...Well yes that was tonight at Jing. Tonight I was blessed with starting my "Christmas season" going out with the family to Jing. Everyone was home and the celebration has started. We went mostly with all of their rolls and a bunch of shareable sides and a few mains. Everything that I tasted was fresh and wonderful. Now being in downtown Summerlin you will have an elevated price point but that is what you need to expect here. Good drinks and good service to match with the meal.

I already love this place. This review is an update to their happy hour. Last year they stopped happy hour on Fridays but now it's back! And it's everyday! They also have lots of weekday specials like Sommelier Tuesdays 50% off select bottles of wines. Great deal! I believe they have ladies night too. The manager is super nice and personally took care of our table as they very busy. I used to love the spicy basil but didn't see on the menu. I asked the manager and he said the chef can make it upon request and it was delicious.
