3.5-4 stars for the Jet Luxury. I booked this place for a few weeknights on Priceline. Just a quick FYI for those of you who use Priceline or a third-party website and see the name "Jet Luxury" pop up, this organization is quite similar to how an Airbnb functions. Jet Luxury is technically not part of the hotel, but rather, they own a set of condominium units that they rent out for a slightly cheaper price (The Signature at MGM Grand, Vdara, etc). This place is a notch below the Trump (hard to beat or top a 5 star hotel). I got assigned a room at the Signature at MGM Grand. The Signature is off the Strip, but has free valet parking (included as part of your daily resort fee), is gated, and there are no smoky casinos. There are three glistening bold gold towers, and I stayed in Tower 1.I honestly wanted to book the Trump, but the rate was a bit ludicrous at 250$ the nights I wanted to book. However, the rate Jet Luxury was offering was more budget friendly at almost half the price for a nice king corner suite with a mountain view, kitchen, two bathrooms, balcony and a tub. You still get daily housecleaning and there's a separate number for property management in case you have any questions or concerns.I docked a star/star-and-a-half because the safe and TV weren't working, some of the fixtures/floors were dated/scratched, and the windows could have used some cleaning. Other than that, a pretty decent stay with great amenities. I may or may not return, but I do tend to prefer suites.

2.5 -3 stars. I stayed in tower 2 via Jet Luxury at The Signature condos @ MGM grand, which is like an extended stay hotel. Next time I return to Vegas, I will choose a different hotel, like Park MGM (which is entirely smoke-free, even in the casino) or The Cosmopolitan (which is more centrally located to everything). Given the location, I think the price should be lower.Pros:I loved how spacious it was, plus it came with a microwave, fridge, blender, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove, pots and pans, utensils, cutting board and strainer -- all the stuff you would need in an extended stay hotel. It doesn't have housekeeping though when booking via Jet Luxury, hence the cheaper rate. Overall, the unit itself was comfortable, but the location was lacking.Cons:The blackout drapes were broken and couldn't be drawn at all, so the sunlight woke me up early every morning. UGH. I contacted Jet Luxury to ask for a credit or partial refund for the trouble, but they were rude in their reply. The window washers woke me up at 7:30 or 8 AM on Monday morning. Good thing I had the sheer drapes drawn otherwise they could've seen me in bed!!! There were also only 3 Kleenex left in the box, meaning toiletries were not fully stocked as their website promised. The carpet and sofa had stains on it. There are other hotels with stores, restaurants, and activities within it. This had none. (Park MGM and The Cosmopolitan look newer and have more stuff.) But this one is connected to MGM Grand which you can walk to through the lobby (about a 1 mile walk though). The location was not good. Although they say it is "on The Strip", it isn't really on The Strip at all. It was at the very bottom of and to the east of it (a 6 minute drive from the airport), which meant you had a long way to walk at the end of the day when returning to your hotel from touring The Strip. You would have to either walk along a major expressway (not The Strip) and giant parking lot or through a very, very long walkway through the MGM Grand casino (extremely smoky), shops, theater, etc.

I really liked our 1-bedroom condo. It had a full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Two bathrooms, one with a large bath tub. 2-in-1 washer & dryer combo. It was roomy for my family of four (for now). What I did not like was the complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner the condo provided. Every item had an almond ingredient. I wish they would provide neutral scent instead. So be aware if you have a severe nut allergy.Maybe because I booked the reservation with Jet Luxury (I didn't really know what the difference was at the time of booking), I felt that the front desk staff was not friendly or helpful at all. It was strictly check-in only, no other information was given such as wifi or valet.Speaking of valet, that was another thing I also didn't like. Nobody (such as front desk) told us that valet stops service at a certain time. So when we returned to the condo close to midnight, we were told that valet was no longer available and that we had to park at MGM Grand.Which led to another issue. There is no short cut or direct access to the condo from MGM Grand. There were no signs directing you where to go. So we had to walk around the perimeter of the condo, the service area/back of the hotel area, without a side walk for pedestrians, to get back to the property. That's an inconvenience I did NOT pay for.So, even though they said that parking was complimentary or included, it is NOT GUARANTEED.

Our 3 night stay was semi pleasant. There were few moths in our condo probably due to us leaving the balcony door open & the knobs on the bathtub was not working properly & malfunctioned on me. When I pushed the third button, the water came gushing out with full force & water splashed everywhere in the bathroom. There was no manual, which definitely needs to be provided. Otherwise no other issues. Everything was stocked. I loved the bathroom with the 2 vanity tables, plenty of space in the bathroom and the condo was very spacious! The receptionist at the front lobby was very pleasant and the staff providing valet parking were very friendly! I don't have a problem with me staying there again as long as these minor issues are fixed!

I would HIGHLY suggest staying at the Jet Luxury suites instead of a regular hotel on the strip. We stayed here about a week ago for Christmas. The room itself has plenty of room to roam around in, private living room, a kitchenette and even a full kitchen in some rooms like the two bedroom our friends were staying in. The bathroom has a sunken in tub...yes please, separate shower, double vanity, phone next to the toilet (in case you need to make a call I guess) lol and a flat screen tv to watch while your putting your makeup on! There are a few different towers however they all connect and are conveniently located next to the MGM Grand for shops and restaurants through a short hallway walk.

We have 1 night left of our 3 night stay and I will NEVER return once we leave. We had 2 nights booked directly through Jet then added a third night through a third party vender. After the first night we were told we had to check out of our room and then check back into another later in the day because we booked the first night through a third party vender. I called Jet to ask about staying in the same room so we didn't have to waste time packing and unpacking (yes, I literally had to call the owners of the hotel from my cell phone because the front desk was not able to help me) and was told over the phone we could stay in the same room and not need to check out. However, this ended up not being the case and we did end up having to pack up all of our stuff and check out of our room. When we came to check back in later in the day, we were checked in to the SAME room we were in before! To remedy this, the front desk offered me a $100 food and beverage credit to use at the hotel. When I went to use it, I was told there was no record of anyone staying in our room, so I wasn't able to spend it. The whole situation was frustrating and wasted a lot of my time. It took away a lot of joy from our trip, which was for a family reunion of 25 people who also stayed at the hotel. Additionally, the rooms are run down, there is no housekeeping, the first night we were given no soap, no shampoo, no lotion, 1 roll of toilet paper only, 2 towels for a family of four.... the list goes on.Staying here sucked and I wish my family reunion group of 25 would have spent our money elsewhere.

We stayed here for 3 nights and will never return. Our room had stains and dings on the carpet, doors, and furniture. The mattress was so worn that it was misshapen. After night two, my husband woke up with back pain. We were told at checkin that because Jet Luxury manages the room we had booked (instead of MGM, since this on their property), we could not check in until 3pm even though our room was ready. I tried checking in 10 minutes early and was told to wait! Terrible customer service. The pool/hot tub closed at 4pm, which is so strange for Vegas! Overall, this place lives up to the cliche "you get what you pay for." It was not the quality of service or accommodations that we had expected, and I would not recommend it.

The room itself is good. It's also attached to the MGM Grand (a short walk indoors), so it's convenient. However, the room is next to the "Grand Pool Complex" outside and music is played from morning until night extremely loud. It vibrates to the hotel room on the 10th floor. You can't take naps or relax in the hotel room at all.In addition, Jet Luxury is like an AirBnB. You can't arrange things or file a complaint directly with the Signature staff. You have to do everything through Jet Luxury, which is just an intermediary. There were several times that they did not answer the phone when we contacted them.
