It's very good, but my goodness they are so short-staffed. And it's never even that busy.They can't even start making my sandwiches until 15 minutes after the time it's supposed to be picked up.Don't come during prime lunch hours.

Service could have been better. They messed up my order by giving it to someone who's name sounded similar to mine. They remade my order but they only made it to standard sub order.I had ordered and paid extra for bacon and asked for heavy onions and mayo. The remade sub I got was just a regular. Went back the next day to order the same thing again. I told the counterperson that my order was messed up the day before. He didn't belive me. He told me that I should have called to let them know of the mess up. I didn't know till I got home and started eating (trying to kill the Hanger) I told them the next day. Guess, that wasn't acceptable but since I still had my receipt he redid my order correctly. I didn't know I was supposed to call immediately to complain. Rather snooty way to tell a customer to fix the problem

Went here yesterday to get a couple of dinner sandwiches for my husband and son. We tried to order on the app and to use a coupon, wasn't able to do it however we were able to use the coupon in person. The store is clean and well kept. The cashier and sandwich maker were both nice friendly young men. The sandwiches were made fairly quickly, a chipotle sandwich, and a regular sub. There were only two other customers when I entered, and one customer arrived while my sandwiches were being made. Definitely will be back, especially since I have two more coupons!

Make sure you order your sandwich while you're there. If you do it over the app you get short changed in meat and even have items missing that you ordered.

Friendly staff. Good time management. I was on a walk with my dog and placed an online order (app said it'd be 20min wait) , I advised staff if they could wave me down outside if possible when order was ready bc I had my pup. They made it within 5min, saw I was waiting. Been there a few times when it has been busy and I'm in and out pretty fast.

I have always considered this brand average. They have a bunch of kids running the store. I had made a few requests like no oil and mayo. Guess what? She wasn't paying attention and I had to stop her from making my sub. She re-did it three times. How hard can this be? Poor training or dumb employee? I agree about the young kid with curly hair. He doesn't know how to manage!

Went here for the first time today and honestly, terrible service experience. Will not return. I used the app and ordered ahead to save time - or so I thought. Supposed to be ready at 11:44am, walk in at 11:47 and not ready. Okay no biggie, I'll wait. 20 MINUTES LATER (literally) I got my order... it was not even that busy. Then I get all the way back to my office and my sandwich was completely wrong, not even close to what Iordered, turns out they gave me someone else's sandwich. Had to drive all the way back and have it remade, which was the ONLY fast experience about my visit. Got a quick "sorry about that!". The sandwich itself was fine.

This location has just opened and I placed an order online for pick up!!I arrived and was greeted by a pleasant young lady with a smile and welcomed me in. My order was sitting waiting for me and I grabbed it and left!We opened our order at home and everything was exactly as we ordered it!Great experience and our subs were very tasty!We will definitely return!
