I would like to express my gratitude to Jean Georges for the outstanding service I received, even though I arrived late for my reservation. I had a 10:15 PM booking to celebrate my 25th birthday last night, but I arrived precisely at 10:30 PM, just as the kitchen was closing. The gracious manager still welcomed me and allowed me to place my order. I explained that parking in the Valet was challenging, and I had essentially jogged from North Valet to reach the restaurant. They were incredibly accommodating and treated me as if I had just arrived at the beginning of the evening. I enjoyed a glass of 2021 Chardonnay, which was both refreshing and slightly dry. Now, let me highlight the exceptional food I experienced. For my starter, I chose the Caesar salad, a classic appetizer, and their Caesar dressing was light and flavorful. The 18 oz ribeye was absolutely exquisite! I ordered it medium well, and the grilled jalapeños paired perfectly with it. I also sampled the black truffle mashed potatoes alongside the asparagus, and everything was delightful. To conclude the evening, I was surprised with a complimentary birthday cheesecake with a red berry sauce at the bottom, which was delicious, and a dark chocolate "Happy Birthday" plaque on top. I also indulged in the white chocolate cake served with homemade ice cream and melted chocolate.I must say, this restaurant exceeded my expectations, and I am truly grateful. The entire staff was exceptional, ensuring I had great photos taken. The ambiance of the restaurant was stunning, and I look forward to returning.

To celebrate a good friend's anniversary of moving to Las Vegas we all met up at the Chef's table at Jean Georges for a family style meal. I've heard excellent things about the restaurant and they were all true. A beautiful interior, and a gorgeous back chef's table. We enjoyed all the different cuts of meat, the ever-so-popular caviar egg toast, the wagyu carpaccio and everything else Chef brought out for the evening. I don't recall tasting a single mediocre bite the entire dinner. The duck, the octopus, the foie gras, the bacon wrapped shrimp. Everything was exceptional. I can see why this restaurant has been considered by many as arguably the top restaurant in town. The desserts were exquisite, sweet and succulent, enough to make Wilford Brimley blush. My personal favorite was the chocolate lava cake.Sometimes it's good to have friends at high places, and I felt very privileged to be able to experience such a quality meal at such a quality restaurant.Prices are steep-ish, but if you're looking for a special dinner for a special person, this place is worth it every time.

Stumbled upon this place and was able to get a seat at the bar. Shout out to Jason, our server and bartender. He beyond delivered great service and satisfaction. He made prob one of the best top 5 espresso martinis. He provided recommendation for food. Overall, I wasn't wowed, but it was good plus the A+ service. The interior is beautiful and romantic. Now let's get to the food. Oysters on half shell: had a variety and it was delicious as always 5/5Waygu beef carpaccio: I wasn't wowed by it. I think it was the combination of textures. 3/5 The free bread or butter: this was so yummy! I should've brought it home 5/5Tomato and fruit salad: very refreshing. 5/5New York sirloin: cooked to perfection. Loved the variety of sauces 5/5Overall great experience. Can get pricey, but you come here to eat good. Thanks Jason for the wonderful experience!

I have no clue WHAT happened to Jean George's. I used to love this place so much but it feels like things just went downhill out of nowhere. I used to always come in because the inside is so beautiful & the bar is something out of a movie. The place truly is elegant. Came in with a group of 5 and the service wasn't good at all. Our waiter came off like he didn't want to be there and whenever we asked for anything it felt like we were bothering him. The service was just awful this time around and what's worse is the food wasn't great either. The ribs were just ok and I could barely cut my steak and the Foie Gras addition didn't help. We all really had a poor experience at Jean George's which sucks because I used to love this place. I don't see myself ever going back with all of the other amazing places on the strip

Wonderful fine dining experience. Food, service, and ambiance met our expectations.Wife and I started by splitting the Heart of Palm and tomato salad. Something different, but delicious beautifully presented on separate plates. We each order our own filets and they were cooked to perfection. Tender and juicy. A lightly seasoning of salt and pepper enhanced the prime cut. Exceeded my expectations. We also ordered grilled asparagus and roasted trumpet mushrooms. Asparagus was exactly what you would expect. The mushrooms were thick, and at first site looked like potatoes to me. These are very "meaty" mushrooms and they were good, but different from what I've usually had.Out waiter was all business. Not friendly or personable, but our party of 6 was a late seating (9:45). It was fine, he got the job done.

This is one of my favorite steak restaurants when in Las Vegas. The service is always on point and the ambiance is classic old school steak joint. The bar here is great too. Obviously it's pricey, but worth it if you want a great meal.

We came here for a late dinner on Saturday night and ate our bellies fill. Each of us had a different cut and each were cooked perfectly. Be advised that this spot is quite pricey but well worth it if you can afford to splurge. We paired our steaks with asparagus, truffle mashed potatoes and mac & cheese. We also had a bottle of wine, I wish I could tell you which one since it was delicious but I honestly can't remember which one we picked. Their bread was also paired with this herb-butter that was so yummy. Every bite each was amazing. The staff were also very knowledgeable and kind. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely go back.

My husband and I have been coming to Jean George since it's opened and still one of our favorite steakhouses on the strip. Our server Jom and Israel always provide exemplary service every time we visit. We had the beef carpaccio and octopus for appetizers which were perfect to share and delicious. We of course had to have steaks, ribeye and filet mignon, and never disappoints, cooked to how we ordered. Our sides were the perfect accompaniments, truffle mac n cheese, mushrooms, and I had a hearts of palm avocado tomato salad. The team sent out a dessert board that hit all the sweet tooth spots but couldn't finish we were so full! Thank you JG as always we feel like family and are well taken care of each time.
