Jay Bird's

Today was Jay Bird's opening at the Venetian Food Hall. I've heard alot about this hot chicken as being the best chicken sandwich out there so I had to check it out for myself. It's located in the Venetian food court. I had the chicken sandwich with coleslaw and fries. The sandwich was amazing; the chicken crispy and juicy, the slaw just right and the brioche bread was perfect. The golden spicy fries were quite tasty. Very satisfying indeed.The service at this place was excellent. The place was very clean and bright. All-in-all Jay Birds at the Venetian gave me a great first impression. Will definitely come back to try the other sandwiches....and maybe with a hotter sauce next time.

Good place for tasty fried food in the Venetian food hall when you want something quick and satisfying. Reasonable prices by Vegas Strip standards. Fast food but better than other fried chicken places out there.

I would have to say that this is the best branch of Jay Bird's that I've been to. The chicken is very tender, juicy, and perfectly flavored. They also catered to all my requests. Excellent service and friendly staff. Would recommend 100%.
