Jasmine at the Bellagio is nothing short of spectacular! This high-end, posh Chinese restaurant offers not only incredible food but gave me one of the most memorable dining atmospheres in Las Vegas. We were lucky enough to snag the center seat with a perfect view of the Bellagio fountains--truly a bucket list moment for me!I went in not expecting much from the food, but I was completely blown away. The Peking Duck was perfectly moist and flavorful, served with crepes just the way I like (you do have option for the buns as well). While I wish the cucumbers and green onions were a tad fresher, the overall dish was still fantastic. The highlight of the meal, though, was the Chicken Clay Pot. Our server recommended it, and wow--they were spot on. The aroma alone was enough to captivate us, but the rich, flavorful sauce and tender chicken made it unforgettable. We couldn't stop raving about it!The service was impeccable--attentive without being intrusive. I never had to ask for anything; the staff anticipated every need. Of course, what made the night all the more special was dining with elevated center view to the Bellagio fountain show. It's an experience I'll never forget. If I could return and have that same magical fountain view again, I absolutely would! Jasmine is the perfect combination of delicious food, world-class service, and a setting that takes your Las Vegas dining experience to the next level. I have never felt this luxury. Versace plate is as beautiful in person.

Just a disclaimer for this review, I've only been here during the holiday brunch buffets and never the dinner service. However, I highly recommend coming here for the holiday buffets though because it's absolutely amazing. Last year was already pretty good, but this year, they somehow stepped it up and the food quality was even better (there was king crab this year)! The carving station at the holiday buffets is always the best. The crispy pork belly has such a crunchy skin with juicy fatty meat. The Peking Duck has a wonderful skin with tender meat and is something I would be happy ordering a la carte. The other best section would be the cold seafood section where they had king crab legs, abalone, oysters, and so much more super fresh seafood. The cooked foods are also delicious here. This year, they included some more traditional Chinese dishes and dim sum like stir fried pig trotters and braised chicken feet which I really enjoyed. They also had more approachable dim sum items like all your standard dumplings, pork spare ribs and rice noodles, steamed fish, and it was all very tasty. Usually dessert sections at buffets all feel the same, but the dessert section here was stunning. This year, all of the dessert were Christmas themed and unlike anything I'd seen at any other buffet. They were extremely beautiful and felt like they were truly thought out rather than being an afterthought.

I dined at Jasmine for a birthday celebration. I concierge was kind to have the birthday cake stored at Jasine for dessert. The ambiance is beautiful; especially seated in the lower section to view the Bellagio Fontaine. I ordered the lemon Chicken/Asparagus. The chicken was amazing; tender with wonderful flavor. The asparagus was delicious. All servers were kind, professional, and on their job. At anytime during our dinner, the server was there on the spot to assist. I have been several times to Jasmine. They have passed the test of time, with their wonderful restaurant.

The food was absolutely delicious! Best Mongolian beef I've ever had. The beef was very tender! The lemon chicken was amazing! Great lemon sauce! The dessert was to die for! The staff were amazingly friendly, respectful & accommodating! The restaurant itself was beautiful! Great ambiance. We even had a wonderful view of the Bellagio fountain show! Definitely worth going back!

This was our first time at Jasmine and we had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, some of the best Chinese food I've had. We even had Peking Duck carved table side. It was lovely. We also had a beautiful view of the Bellagio Fountain.

We've been twice. The first time we were pretty impressed. This most recent time was not good. First meal, we had potstickers, Mongolian beef and my favorite, mapo tofu (I don't see that on the current menu). Everything was good and we loved the views of course. Our last visit, we again had the potsickers (good) and the Mongolian beef (good), but we did the lobster, which you can get prepared two ways. Our waiter immediately recommended the fried preparation. That was a mistake. What arrived was a pile of deep fried whole lobster parts - at least, I believe that's what it was. Very hard to eat because you couldn't see from the breading where the meat was. Our server brought over a lobster cracker but we weren't sure how that would help. Maybe we just didn't know how to eat it? But we ended up just leaving it alone. And it was $198. Absolutely not worth it.We also had the walnut prawns, which were very standard - you can get this exact same dish in any strip mall in America. The service is good but they hover. At any given moment we had at least one and usually two servers staring at us intently just out of arms reach from our table. It's weird and it was like that both times. If you like that sort of thing, you're in luck here. This isn't awful food, but our meal was $400 and we didn't finish anything except the potstickers. We won't be coming back.

To start, this restaurant has amazing views of the Bellagio fountain water shows, and beautiful butterfly themed decor within.Having eaten at authentic Cantonese restaurants in San Francisco, San Gabriel Valley, and NYC, the food here is decent. We ordered live spot prawns - 1 order boiled, the other steamed with garlic with vermicelli noodles (market price $110 per 6 pieces), salt and pepper scallops, crispy honey sea bass, and beef tenderloin asparagus with black pepper sauce. The seafood is indeed fresh (judging by taste). Portion sizes are on the smaller side, but the menu has a good variety of dishes. Most tables around us ordered more Americanized dishes, like fried rice and pot stickers. Our waitress - Kathy and service staff were friendly and attentive, and made the birthday dinner experience wonderful for my grandma.(The website and text for reservation confirmation state the dress code as being "smart casual" but it was not enforced and most, if not all customers were in shorts, t-shirts, and athletic sneakers)

Janet , our waitress, was particularly knowledgeable and friendly both times that we dined there this week. Very impressive! The food was delicious. We especially liked the sesame shrimp rolls and the dim sum appetizer. We loved the view overlooking the Bellagio fountain.

Absolutely wonderful upscale experience. Beautiful and elegant decor, excellent service and great food. While it's expensive by Chinese food standards, it was worth every penny. To start with, the ingredients were high quality. For example, the wit wonton soup contained scallops, shrimp, a testy broth and much more. We asked for a received scallions, which added to the great taste. The dumplings were equally excellent. We asked for and used XO sauce, with the server brought along with an additional sauce. Both were great additions as we like spicy and hot. The entrees are also amazing. The kung pow chicken came in nice bite sized chunks, with some vegetables including tasty mushrooms. It was great. Although the main meal and soup were wonderful, the crème brute dessert was the winner. It came served in half of a coconut shell (with the coconut still in it), with small cups of mango crème and sherbet. This was on a thick bed of coconut shavings that were as great to eat as everything else of the plate. The service was very classy and helpful. Clearly well trained and caring employees. For an elegant meal of Chinese food, this is the spot. Reservations highly recommended.
