First of all if you walk in and see a party of 10 at a table and over 10 golfers holding a little awards luncheon along with another table full run. We walked in sat down and noticed 2 servers and was thinking if this was a good idea. We waited a while before we were given menus and a set up along with a thank you for the wait. We gave our drink order and the wait was a little long but that was okay as it was busy. When we received our drinks we gave our server our order. Note we only saw the other server once or twice as she was giving beers to the golf guys. We never saw her again. As we were closing in on the hour mark I went to our server at the bar asking how long our food would be. Her response was "she didn't bring your food out?" We walked out. It was obvious they were short staffed. I am not sure what happened to the other server, maybe she was cooking. In this situation maybe the manager should have been called to help. Or advised us they were short there might be a wait. Or close the restaurant if you could not tend to your guests proper. A person in our party noted the table of 10 were finished with their food and most of the golfers had eaten. We are pretty much regulars here and will talk to the manager. Our problem was we waited longer than we should have

Such a pretty location for a restaurant at a country club but unfortunately the food was way too salty. Service was friendly, decor was nice, but the food was not spectacular enough to return. Such a shame...

Great place for what it is. A Country Club Restaurant open to the public for breakfast and lunch. Reasonably priced, great menu, great dining room, great staff. I have had both breakfast and lunch and can recommend both.

Delicious lunch (friend, Italian Wedding Soup, mine, Walnut Pear Salad with Blackened Chicken.) Cute, friendly bartender Maureen. Nice dining room decor. Priced fairly. Just the kind of lunch you wish for when you're on a little vacation.

The avocado toast with truffle oil is so refreshing and satisfying! The staff are so friendly and helpful. Mo has been our waitress every single time we've been and she's AWESOME. She handles our two-yr old like a champ. We love having breakfast here! Such a hidden gem. Don't tell anybody, we don't want it to get super crowded!

All the pretty pictures you see associated with this restaurant NOT realityWe went today for Easter Brunch as we have the past 4 yrs. My sister has lived in the area for over 20 yrs and has gone more than myself. I will never go back. The brunch was $20 more than last yr $65 vs. $40 and did NOT include house champagne - that was extra. I understand with the economy that food prices have gone up but if you are charging me +$20 more per person then I deserve to see same quality of food and CHOICES FOR A BRUNCH. There was ONE type of cracker, there was NO ZERO choices for a protein. Only ham and prime rib were served. since I do not eat meat I had no protein to choose from and in the past there was salmon and/or turkey or both - i don't recall. They had last yr bagels and lox - ZERO this yr, they actually served for dessert a MARSHMELLOW you could dip in chocolate vs. the pretty petite cakes you see in the picture. WHAT??? - The decorations looked like the .99cent store vs the real pretty flowers in the past on ea table.I really don't get it and they should be explaining this. The $28 gratuity was automatically on the bill for a $142 meal pre taxes. For what ???? to serve water? They could have left water on the table. I waited 5 min for a clean fork to arrive I ordered a house wine which went from $9 to $12 for a glass. All in All i have to say what a disappointing outing for a special Holiday meal. WAAAY better places to go for same price point !!! an INSTULT to a hard working retired person just wanting a nice TREAT for brunch. I'll PAY for what things are worth not to get ripped OFF !!!! Food quality has gone way done post pandemic. My lunch FAV to have is their Cobb salad. The last 3 times I had to ask where's the bacon bits, the crumbled blue cheese, the avocado??? things you are EXPECTING to have on a Cobb Salad !!! I should have learned my lesson then.

This place is a hidden gem for sure! The food is delish and the service is even better. The cowboy bacon burger and the Monterey sandwich are my favorites. Heads up...they are only open for breakfast and lunch except for every other Saturday they stay open for dinner.

We tried Janela's for Mother's Day Brunch after a friend who is a member at Rio Secco told us about it. What a beautiful and convenient location for those of us who live in Seven Hills and AnthemWe were greeted and seated immediately and offered Mimosa's as soon as we sat down.Service was impeccable and the servers and staff are superstars.Now...the food. My expectation of the quality of food is high given the country club environment. Brunch offerings were omelet bar, waffle station and breakfast items.Charcutiere, prime rib, turkey and ham and of course dessert. The ham was one of the best I ever had, prime rib on the other hand, rare and bloody, turkey was dry and not enjoyable. For the amount of guests they had two omelet stations were not enough and there was always a line to wait.Again staff is amazing including food servers and handlers and all the wait staff. Food preparation needs attention.
