I just love this place! The food especially! Their BLT is amazing and their is plenty of bacon. I also love their French Toast sticks. I've been eating here since they opened and the service is always fast, friendly and they are always around refilling waters, coffee, and tea!When anyone says where to for breakfast or lunch... the answer is Jamm's.The decor is great too, it's part tea room look and part diner.

Good & friendly service here! Got seated right away and food came out quick. I tried their potato pancake and I was actually really disappointed because it was this ginormous plate of hash browns with a little bit of meat/veggies scrambled throughout. Not at all what I was expecting.However, their menu was huge & I would be willing to come here again and try something else. Maybe it was a one-off.

used to be an option that we would go to, but not anymore. Two incidents have led us to abandon this breakfast spot. The first incident is that they had their hours as closing at 3 PM on Google. I get there around 2:13 PM and they tell me that they aren't seating anyone anymore. I asked them what time do they close and they said 2:30 PM. I told the hostess we drove 25 minutes to get there and we're there before closing time. That didn't seem to matter to them and I told them they should have their times updated so people don't waste their time and money. The second incident some homeless looking guy that they allowed to eat there that was harassing all the customers, including our table as well. We literally had to move tables as it was frightening one of the kids. what a badly managed dump.

Had another delicious breakfast here. Yelp check-in offer of a free pot bread looks like it no valid. Everything we ordered was great and the service started out really good, but we lost our server somewhere about half way. My only disappointment was I never got a single refill my coffee and we had to wait for our check longer that we waited to get a table (15 minutes). We were able to get coffees to go.

Food was delicious and hot. Our server was wonderful, great personality (I don't recall her name). I was with a group & ordered The Mediterranean omelet with white toast, steak and no olives. I also had a pineapple juice. Everything was perfect. I recommend and would visit again.

Browsing through yelp looking to find some cool local spots.. Jamms came up! Decided to come here and order some filling breakfast.Only waited 15 minutes to sit over 7+ people which is amazing. The inside was well kept, clean, and a tiny cute place to dine in.Here was my order:- Ruben Omelette with Potatoes O'Brien with Raising Loaf BredEach bit was very delicious: grilled sauerkraut, corned beef, and Swiss cheese. I would 100% come back and recommend it to anyone wanting a nice breakfast/lunch.

Very neat family owned brunch place with a large variety menu! I had the Jamms cabbage salad which was very tarte on the vinegar side but fresh. The egg salad BLT was the table favorite and of course we had the pots of bread! Loved the original with utter and jam. Service also quick and good.

Jamms is a popular spot, so expect a short wait on the weekends. The wait gave me some time to review their extensive menu! Be sure to ask for the pot of bread as your side. Their pot of bread is so fluffy, hot, and delicious! I ordered the babalama skillet which came on a bed of hashbrowns, and above a mixture of scrambled egg, bacon, tomato, and sliced avocado (hold the cheese). Breakfast was scrumptious, simple, and hearty. Portion was big so I had leftovers. (Yum!) Great cozy gem for breakfast! Can't wait to return and try all the pot of bread flavors.
