I've been coming to this place for a few years now and I highly recommend it. They have a wide variety of options for whatever your smoking needs are. This place is family owned and operated. Every time I walk through the door, no matter which family member is working, I am greeted with a smile and "hello sir, how are you doing today?" I always leave the shop with a positive experience.No matter your budget, this store will work with you to get you set up right. They do have sales regularly too. If you need something from a smoke shop, this is the place I go.

Fantastic customer service good prices want to percent overall satisfaction with my purchase I was in there for probably 30 minutes I had a lot of questions and curiosity they were more than helpful I would highly recommend I'll be back.

This is the finest and nicest smoke shop around this area. This smoke shop is so clean compared to other shops. The owner is very helpful and helped me get out the door quick and happy. His store is very organized and clean. I would recommend this smoke shop more than a lot of other smoke shops.

jamez Smokes shop is the richest look and high end style cigar shop in the west side of las vegas. The cigar room is the state of art finished and carries the hard to find best cigars in the world.

I've been buying cigarettes from here for nearly 15 years now and have never had a bad experience with them. Jamez Smokes is family owned and operated business. The people who work there are always cheerful, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Jamez Smokes to all smokers.

Impossible to leave 0 stars but DO NOT BUY CIGARS THERE . my wife bought me a $25 cigar for my birthday, it was in a small closed wooden box, she gave it to me as soon as she bought it, I opened the box and the cigar warmed totally cracked , un smokable. We went back to the store with the receipt, my wife buys a carton of cigarettes every single week there so we thought that being a good customer it would be easy to exchange the cigar to get another one in good condition. The vendor was super rude , refused to do anything and even refused to take a look a the cigar... I buy cigars everywhere here and in Europe since 30+ years and it happened few times where the cigars were bad and every single time they gave me another cigar and apologized... in that shop they just refused to do anything, didn't even look the cigar and was super super rude!!! So disappointed considering that my wife buys her cigarettes there since 8 years

Great shop!!! The staff is always so kind, helpful and friendly. Prices are awesome too!!! They also practice Covid safety guidelines so that you can feel comfortable in their store. Highly recommend checking out Jamez.
