Jackpot Joanie's

I waited 2-3 mins outside in this heat until she rang the buzzer to let me in. When I walked in I mentioned why I had to wait so long to get in to gamble. She was so rude. I've never been treated so poorly in my life. I put in $100 and ask 4 a corona. She would not serve me cause I made a fuss about getting in. So I cashed out and left. No corona. Not much gambling but she said she was the manager and she won't serve me cause I caused a fuss about getting in. I'll never be back. So rude. I've never had an experience like this. Ever.

I would like to show my appreciation to an employee "RAY" by expressing my personal gratitude for the kind, patient,and respectful service I have received during my visits to "JACKPOT JOANIE'S" (located on Sahara.) Starting from day one "RAY" will always bring her enthusiasm into her workplace during her shift. Showing her capability with dealing with one or two situations, issues, concerns and complaints from customers and yet seem to solve, attend to , manage and resolve each and every one and do it without complaint. (probably knowing that these kind of pressures will be a thing of the past.) To have a great experience in a nice clean Casino AKA Pub then I suggest that you take a trip to the JACKPOT JOANIE'S located on Sahara during"RAY'S" shift. AND LET ME KNOW NOT FORGET TO MENTION THAT I HIT THE HOT SEAT FOR THE FIRST TIME TWO TIMES DURING MY VISIT....
